Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi audit delay dengan return on asset sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sektor property & real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada perusahaan ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Uji Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA), Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa komite audit, audit tenure dan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh terhadap audit delay. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay. Return on asset mampu memoderasi pengaruh komite audit, debt to asset ratio dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit delay. Sedangkan return on asset tidak mampu memoderasi audit tenure terhadap audit delay. Kata Kunci : Komite Audit, Audit Tenure, Debt to Asset Ratio, Ukuran Perusahaan, Return On Asset, Audit Delay

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of service quality variables (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on consumer satisfaction at Shanty Salon Sungai Ampal Balikpapan Branch. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 270 consumers who carried out hair, face and body care transactions at Shanty Salon, Sungai Ampal Balikpapan Branch. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test tools used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. The empathy variable has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at Shanty Salon Sungai Ampal Balikpapan Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and incentives on the performance of Employees of the North Penajam Paser District Transportation Office. This research was conducted at the North Penajam Paser Regency Transportation Service, with 35 respondents, this research method used quantitative methods. Data collection by observation and distributing questionnaires using Google From. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by conducting instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of leadership style, motivation and incentives had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction performance of Employees of the Department of Transportation, North Penajam Paser Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial distress, leverage, audit tenure, and company size on the integrity of financial statements. The data used in this study is secondary data on State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) for the 2022-2024 period. The data collection technique uses the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that financial distress has no effect on the integrity of financial statements. Tenure audits have no effect on the integrity of financial statements. The size of the company has no effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Meanwhile, leverage affects the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competence, motivation, and reward variables on the performance of employees at PT. Pama Persada Nusantara Kutai Timur. The population used in this study were employees of PT Pama Persada Nusantara Kutai Timur, totaling 420 employees. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. This is a quantitative study. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that partially, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and 1 reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pama Persada Nusantara Kutai Timur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the partial effects of brand image, product quality, and social media on purchase decisions at Puan Coffee Balikpapan. The population for this study consists of 600 individuals, with a sample size of 187 taken in June 2024 using probability sampling techniques based on predetermined criteria. The method employed is multiple linear regression. The results show that social media, brand image, and product quality significantly influence the variables and purchase decision intentions at Puan Coffee Balikpapan. The partial test results indicate that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while social media does not have a significant impact on purchase decisions at Puan Coffee Balikpapan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of Product, Price, Place and Promotion variables on Wall's Ice Cream Purchase Decisions in Balikpapan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 236 consumers who purchased Wall's ice cream in all stores in Balikpapan. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The test equipment used is instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the Product, Price, Place and Promotion variables have a positive influence on the Purchasing Decision variable, either partially or simultaneously. Product variables have the most dominant influence on satisfaction with purchasing Wall's Ice Cream in Balikpapan

This research aims to determine the partial influence of motivation, compensation and work environment variables on the job satisfaction of PT. Arexas Indonesia employees. This research was carried out at PT Arexas Indonesia Balikpapan, using a sample of 40 contract employees PT. Arexas Indonesia. The data analysis tool used is Smart-PLS. The type of research used is quantitative research. The results of this research indicate that the variables of motivation, compensation and work environment do not influence the job satisfaction of PT. Arexas Indonesia employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, discipline and work environment on the work spirit of Balikpapan University educational staff. The population in this research was 62 Balikpapan University education staff. By using a census or total sampling with a total population of 62 Balikpapan University education staff. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS to process data. The results of this research indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the work spirit of the Balikpapan University educational staff. The discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the morale of the Balikpapan University educational staff. Work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on the work spirit of Balikpapan University educational staff.

Abstract

The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is an index that reflects the performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There are many factors that affect the composite stock price index, such as macro and microeconomic factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the economic factors consisting of the inflation rate, the rupiah exchange rate and the interest rate level on the composite stock price index for the 2020-2024 period. The sample used was 60 companies. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The test results show that inflation has a significant effect on the composite stock price index, the rupiah exchange rate does not have a significant effect on the composite stock price index, and the interest rate level has a significant effect on the composite stock price index
