Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Motivation, Communication, and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The research sample consisted of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Long Ikis employees who met certain criteria, with a total of 40 people. A questionnaire was distributed as part of the data collection strategy. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this investigation, and SmartPLS assisted in data processing. The results of the study indicate that motivation, communication, and work discipline all have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 73 PNS employees of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and uses the SPSS program. The results of the study show that work discipline, motivation, and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service. It is recommended to pay attention to other factors in an effort to maintain and improve the performance of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dari variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja ,dan Kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. MNC Finance - Balikpapan Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS.Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan di PT. MNC Finance - Balikpapan sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode kyang digunakan dalam kpenelitian ini kadalah kpendekatan kuantitatif. Alat Uji yang digunakan untuk menguji adalah Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis Penelitian. Hasil analisis Regresi Linear Berganda menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh Positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh Positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the product, price, location, and promotion simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. And to find out whether the product, price, location, and promotion partially affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study was 268 Consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling and the sample method used is Accidental Sampling. The data analysis model used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The test equipment used is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted as true, namely, it is suspected that the product, price, location, and promotion partially affect the purchasing decisions of consumers at Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan, as evidenced by the t-count value is greater than the t-table value. And product, price, location, and promotion simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of consumers of Cafe Too Ez For Coffee Balikpapan, it is proven because the calculated F value is greater than the F table value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of consumer behavior partially on purchasing decisions. The data used are sources that already exist, both internal and external data, and the data can be accessed through the internet and information publications. Methods of data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, t Test. The results of the analysis show that the culture variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Social variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Personal variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Psychological variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Resource Equipment Indonesia, with 48 respondents, this research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data by means of observation and distributing questionnaires through google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis by performing instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variables of communication, motivation, and work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Cahaya Pengajaran Abadi of Balikpapan City. This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples in this study were 55 employees of PT. Cahaya Pengajaran Abadi of Balikpapan City and uses sesus which means whole. The study uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 28 application is used to test CAlassical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypotthesis test. The results showed that partially Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of PT. Cahaya Pengajaran Abadi of Balikpapan City. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect of Workload, Work Environment, and Job Stress on Employee Performance. The data used is an existing source of both internal and external data and the data can be accessed through the internet and is readily available to the public information. Data analysis methods were used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, and t-Test. The results of the analysis show that the Workload variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Variable Job Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance as well as the most dominant element on Employee Performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle, location and price both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative research methods by collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, observations and also supported by secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was the probability sampling technique which consisted of 317 respondents. This study uses several analytical methods, including; validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, the hypothesis is tested by F test and t test. The results of the F test show that Lifestyle (X1), Location (X2) and Price (X3) have a significant influence simultaneously on Purchase Decision. Meanwhile, in the t test, Location (X2) and Price (X3) have a significant influence on purchasing decisions partially, but Lifestyle (X1) does not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Abstract

This research was conducted to examine Work Environment, Communication, and Work Discipline partially affect the employee satisfaction of PERUMDA Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan. This type of research is quantitative with data source from the results of questionnaire. The sample in this study was 79 employees at PERUMDA Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan using incidental techniques. Researchers used ibm spss statistical application Statistics 28. The application is to test Instrument Tests, Calssical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear regrease Analysis, and Research Hypothesis Tests. The result of the analysis show that the Work Environment has a significant effect on employee satisfaction. Communication has a significant effect on employee satisfaction. Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee satisfaction Keywords: 1st work environment; 2nd communicaation; 3rd discipline; 4th job statisfaction
