Abstract

Amplang XYZ is processing bussiness using milkfish (Chanos chanos) as primaryi ngrediemt . The purposes of the study were to: 1) analyzing consumer characteristics; 2) measuring CSI; 3) identifying the attributes that to improved a quality in Amplang XYZ. The study conducted from June 2021 to September 2021. Sampling method was non probability sampling with 50 respondents by using accidental and purposive samplings. Analysis method employed descriptive analysis, CSI, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study showed that the majority of Amplang XYZ consumer were 17-23 years old female, senior highschool graduated with married marital status and student with income range monthly less than Rp.500.000. CSI of Amplang XYZ was 73,63%, which mean overall Amplang XYZ consumer were satisfied of the amplang attributes, but some attributes that to improved i.e the clarity of the halal and the clarity of the expired Keywords : Amplang XYZ, consumer characteristics, customer satisfaction, product attributes ABSTRAK Amplang XYZ adalah usah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the expenditure and revenue of the catfish business and the feasibility of catfish farming in Lake Gap, Long Iram Village, City based on the RCR, Payback Period, and ROI indicators. This research was conducted from November 2021 to July 2022. Sampling used the census method by using a total of 10 respondents, namely cultivators in Lake Gap. The main data (primary) was obtained from cultivators by means of interviews using a list of questions. The results of the analysis show that the expenditure is Rp. 42,336,000/year/respondent and the income is Rp. 80,220,000/year/respondent. Based on the RCR, Payback Period, and ROI indicators, the RCR is 1.3, the Payback Period is 1.8 and the ROI is 55.83, these results indicate that the business is feasible to run.Keywords: Cages, Catfish, Economic Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the value of profits and efficiency of the Joint Capture Fisheries Business Group in Handil Terusan Village. This research was conducted in June 2021 – June 2022 in Handil Terusan Village, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The data collection method used is a case study, which is a detailed study of a research subject. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. The data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative-quantitative method with a focus on the method of analyzing the value of profits and efficiency of the Joint Capture Fisheries Business Group. The benefit of using gill nets is Rp. 52,615,675 per month with an average profit of Rp. 2,287,638 per month. The advantage of using skeleton fishing gear is Rp. 25,645,571 per month with an average profit of Rp. 5,130,914 per month. The advantage of using fishing gear is Rp. 8,274,028 per month with an average profit of 4,137,014 per month. The results of the profit and efficiency analysis show that the Joint Capture Fisheries Group can be said to be profitable and efficient to continue, as evidenced by the average R/C ratio for gill net fishing gear of 2.8, for skeleton fishing gear of 2 ,5, and for fishing gear it is 2,9. The value of R/C ratio > 1 means that for gill nets it is 2.8 times larger, for skeletons it is 2.5 times larger, and for fishing rods it is 2.9 times larger. Eko Wahyudi, 2022. Analysis of Milkfish Amplang Processing Business in Muara Sembilang Village, Samboja District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency (Supervised by Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Helminuddin.,MM and Wahyu Fahrizal, S.Pi.,M.P). The purpose of this study is to determine the profit of milkfish amplang processing business (Chanos chanos) based on business analysis which includes: Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR), Price Break Event Point, Sales Point Break Event, Production Point Break Event, Payback Period, Return On Investment and knowing the factors that become obstacles and drivers of milkfish amplang processing business. This research was conducted from March 2022 to June 2022. The type of research data used is qualitative data with primary data sources obtained from interviews using questionnaires that are guided by a list of questions made according to the research objectives. The results showed that the value of RCR = 2.33, the breakeven point of the price was Rp. 10,000/pack < actual price of Rp. 4.285/pack, the break-even point of sales is Rp. 9.057.326/month < actual sales of Rp. 45,000,000 per month, the break-even point of production is 889 packs/month < the actual production is 4500 packs/month, the payback period is 3 months, and the results of the ROI analysis are 224%. The results of the overall business analysis show that the milkfish amplang (Chanos chanos) processing business in Muara Sembilang Village, Samboja District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency is profitable and feasible to run. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the stages of sangkuriang catfish hatchery and to calculate performance of economic business sangkuriang catfish hatchery based on a eligibility analysis which cover; Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR), Price Point Break Event, Sales Point Break Event, Production Point Break Event, Payback Period, and Return On Investment. This research was conducted from July 2021 to February 2022. The type of research data using quantitative data and primary data obtained by interview using questionnaires. The research showed that value of RCR = 4.25, break even point of price in amount of Rp. 101/tail < actual price in amount of Rp. 450/tail, break even point of sales in amount of Rp. 694,705/month < actual sales in amount Rp. 39,000,000/month, break even point of quantity in amount of 1,951 tail/month < quantity in amount of 90,000 tail/month, payback period for 11 months 24 days, and results of ROI analysis obtained amount 93.25%. The results analysis performance of economic indicate that business of sangkuriang catfish hatchery business in CV. Sumber Rezeki profitable and feasible to do.

Abstract

The of this study are to determine the cost, revenue, income and revenue cost rasio. This study was carried out from august 2021 to september 2021. The sample taken was 36 respondents consisting of 2 commodities, common carp and tilapia. The sampling method used is census. The data analysis method used is income analysis and revenue cost rasio. The results showed that the profit from the fish farming business in cages in Rebaq Rinding Village averaged Rp. 2.875.714/Harvest for common carp dan tilapia averaged Rp. 1.585.912/Harvest. Abstract

This research began in November 2021 – August 2022 in Jembayan Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of income and analyze the impact of the pandemic before and during Covid-19 on tilapia farmers in floating net karamba. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of income and analyze the impact of the pandemic before and during Covid-19 on tilapia farmers in floating net karamba. There were 15 respondents studied in this study. Data analysis of the study obtained the final results, namely the average income of cultivators was Rp. 23,737,861 during Covid-19 and Rp. 34,752,681 before Covid-19. The final result of income can be explained that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has an effect on reducing the income of cultivators. Ikhwan Fadhli, 2022. Socio-Economic Institutional Patterns of Retainers and Fish Traders at the Selili Fish Landing Base (PPI) Samarinda City. (Supervised by Dr. H. Bambang Indratno Gunawan, S.Pi, M.Si. and Mrs. Dr. Hj. Fitriyana, S.Pi, M.Si.). The purpose of this study was to determine the institutional pattern of Punggawa and Fish Traders at PPI. Selili. Knowing the formulation of development strategies based on SWOT analysis, by identifying internal and external factors, IFAS and EFAS, strategy diagrams, and alternative strategies. This research was conducted from October 2021 to September 2022. Types of research research data using descriptive quantitative data and primary data obtained by interviews using questionnaire. The result of this research is the pattern of Punggawa and Fish Traders at the Fish Landing Base (PPI) Selili, which are agents and retailers as a component of fish marketing distribution, all of which are distributed through a trading system. The distribution channel for fish marketing begins with Punggawa who buys fish from collectors and is marketed within the PPI., then Fish Traders who buy fish from Punggawa and re-market outside the PPI. The formulation of the development strategy based on SWOT analysis, obtained the results of a strength value of 0.557 and an opportunity value of 0.701. then occupy the position of quadrant I carrying the strategy (S-O) which is aggressive by maximizing strengths and opportunities. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the types of ship specifications, types of fishing gear, fishermen's catches and facilities at the PPI Tanjung Limau Port, Bontang City. Primary data were taken in March 2022, sampling using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 30 respondents. The research data were analyzed by analytical descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the specifications of fishing ships have Grosee Tone (GT) ranging from 1 - 30 GT with the types of engines used are Mitsubishi, Domfeng and Jhiandong. The types of fishing gear used by fishermen are serok, tonda fishing rod, purse seine, transporter, swamp fishing rod, and gill net. The types of fish caught are skipjack tuna, kite fish, bawis fish and snapper. The fisheries facilities at PPI Tanjung Limau consist of 3 classification sections, namely basic facilities, functional facilities and supporting facilities. Abstract

Salman, 2022. Economic Analysis of Dogol Fishery Business in Muara Telake Village, Long Kali District, Paser Regency. Under the guidance of Bambang Indratno Gunawan. and Said AbdusysyahidPaser Regency, especially in Muara Telake Village, which is located in a coastal area which has enormous potential to support fishing activities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the profits of the dogol fishery business in Muara Telake Village, Longkali District, Paser Regency. Sampling using the census method. With the number of respondents as many as 30 people, the data analysis method uses business cost analysis, revenue analysis and profit analysis. According to the results of the analysis of the average operating costs incurred Rp.10.375,000/per month/respondent, the average revenue is Rp.16,800,000/per month/respondent and an average profit of Rp.6.425,000/permonth/respondent.
