Abstract

Companies or agencies/organizations must have quality human resources (HR) to achieve good performance results so that the company or agency/organization can achieve its goals. One way for companies/agencies/organizations to improve employee performance is by paying attention to the employee's work environment in the office to create a comfortable atmosphere for employees in carrying out their work. This research aims to find out how the work environment influences employee performance. This research used a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling), with a sample of 34 respondents from the Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) representing the province of South Sulawesi. This research uses quantitative, descriptive methods and the analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis in this research show that from the analysis of the coefficient of determination the R-square value is 0.380, meaning that 38% of employee performance is influenced by the work environment, the remaining 62% is influenced by variables other than the work environment. Likewise, the results of the t test (hypothesis) show that the t-count is greater than the t-table (4.433 > 1.691) and the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then H0 is accepted (there is an influence of variable Y). Thus, companies/agencies/organizations need to consider the work environment as a factor that can improve performance.

Abstract

Social security is a welfare guarantee regulated by the government in providing benefits for workers / laborers and their family members. There are several social security programs which include, Work Accident Insurance; Death Guarantee; Pension Security; Old Age Guarantee; Health Insurance and the latest scheme is Job Loss Insurance. As one of the government's efforts in helping the welfare and protection of workers / laborers if affected by Termination of Employment (ToE). This article discusses the polemical background of the development of the job loss insurance program in Indonesia, especially on the provision of job loss insurance benefits for workers who are laid off with expired contract periods. The research method used is the study of literature. As for job loss guarantees, there are still some problems that arise among the community in receiving benefits that are only given to certain criteria, namely being affected by termination of employment (ToE) due to resignation. As a suggestion from this study, this job loss guarantee scheme needs to be reviewed and socialized that can be adjusted to market conditions in receiving benefits from the program.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the business market for social media management services and its impact on the growth of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). In this digital era, the use of social media has become a key element in marketing strategies, especially for MSMEs who are trying to achieve their targets. This journal conducted an in-depth review of social media management strategies offered by service providers to MSMEs. This research includes market analysis, seeking an in-depth understanding of MSME needs, and evaluating the extent to which social media management services businesses can meet expectations and improve MSME marketing performance. Through interviews, surveys and market data analysis, this journal provides a comprehensive view of market dynamics and the impact of social media management strategies on MSME targets. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insights for service providers and MSMEs to improve their collaboration in the digital realm, while strengthening the role of social media as an effective tool in supporting the growth of small and medium scale businesses

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of SWOT analysis as an effort to enhance competitiveness and overcome challenges in managing the KRUV social media service. The research method applied is a quantitative descriptive approach. The SWOT analysis approach includes descriptive methods, SWOT matrix, and SWOT diagram analysis. Data collection is carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews. The research findings indicate that further evaluation is needed for the SWOT analysis strategy to improve competitiveness, thereby strengthening the performance of the KRUV Social Media Management Service, both internally and externally, in expanding its business.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out about the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment together on employee performance. performance is the success of an employee's work that has been carried out on the tasks or work assigned to the employee with indicators a. Work quantity includes completing work programs, completing work, making work reports, achieving work quantities, and adjusting work plans; b. Work quality includes developing competence, creating work strategies, having work quality standards, and being motivated to complete the leader's work immediately; c. Efficiency includes the amount of funds provided, working methods, competition with other employees, paying attention to work needs, suitability of work schedules, and completion of work administration; d. Effectiveness, including achieving work targets, utilizing potential, utilizing work time, setting work goals and work responsibilities, and e. Initiative includes several aspects such as the ability to take appropriate steps in the face of difficulties, the ability to do work without assistance, and the ability to take the first step in an activity. There is a positive and very significant influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment together with employee performance.

Abstract

Teacher performance indicators can be the basis for planning teacher performance assessment, which includes teacher planning in learning activity programs, learning procedures, and learning assessment. Digital literacy is very important in the current digital era, because it allows individuals, especially teachers, to adapt and communicate effectively in various situations. aspects of life and career. Apart from that, teachers can also apply a servant leadership style, namely a leadership model that places service as the main priority. This research aims to determine efforts to improve teacher performance by strengthening variables related to teacher performance, namely Digital Literacy and Service Leadership. The research results concluded: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Digital Literacy and Performance; 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between Servant Leadership and Performance; 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between Digital Literacy and Servant Leadership together with Teacher Performance. This shows that strengthening digital literacy and servant leadership can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This journal aims to analyze organizational performance evaluation by focusing on the impact of leadership at The Jungle Waterpark Bogor. The research involves data collection through feedback from various levels and functions within the organization, encompassing the perspectives of employees from various departments. Performance evaluation is conducted by considering factors such as employee well-being, recognition of rights, and interactions with leadership. The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of how leadership influences organizational dynamics and employee performance in the entertainment industry.

Abstract

Bank BJB KCP Mojokerto which is located on Jl Majapahit No. 333C-333D, Kranggan, Mojokerto City is one of the banks that provides credit facilities for the public. This research aims to determine the credit assessment mechanism of Bank BJB KCP Mojokerto in minimizing credit risk. This research uses qualitative methods with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research results show that bank BJB KCP Mojokerto has implemented good credit assessment using the 5C principles with character and capacity as the bank's main assessment in minimizing credit risk. This research suggests banks improve the risk analysis system, strengthen risk management, strengthen collaboration between the credit assessment department and the risk management department, and provide education to creditors regarding the systematics of credit applications.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for the government and public sector to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service to the community. The government needs to adopt concrete steps to improve ASN competency so that they can keep up with developments in information and communication technology (ICT). Implementation of the ASN competency development strategy will enable ASN to use artificial intelligence facilities for analytical purposes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on the work productivity of employees at the Sidrap Regency Civil Service Police and Fire Department. The sample in this study was 85 people, namely all employees at the Sidrap Regency Police Service and Fire Department. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from distribution via questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between the variables work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee work productivity (Y) as proven through analysis of the T test and f test, where variable X has t count > t table (X1) 6.178 > 1.98932 and (X2) 2.566 > 1.98932. The results of this research also show that the calculated f value > table f (0.000 < 0.5). And R square is 35.9%.
