Abstract

One of the systems for cultivating oil palm plantations used by residents in Allied Jaya is the profit sharing system (musaqah). For farmers who do not have garden land, they work to manage the gardens of other farmers who have land. All costs in terms of cultivating the land are borne by the land owner. Apart from that, the custom of the people of Aller Jaya Village in carrying out cooperation in sharing plantation products is not to set a time limit, not to write down a written agreement, and there are no witnesses in its implementation. The provisions in muamalah fiqh state that every time an agreement is made, a time limit must be set and it should be written down to avoid disputes between the two parties. However, this cannot be separated from the knowledge and understanding of the people of Aller Jaya Village. The aim of this research is to find out how the oil palm plantation profit sharing system affects the welfare of the community in the village of Allyr Jaya from an Islamic economic perspective. Checking the validity of the data using Triangulation techniques and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants for this research are land owners and land cultivators. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the existence of this profit sharing cooperation has an impact on the welfare of the community in terms of material needs, increasing income so that daily needs are met. However, not only material needs can be met, spiritual needs can also be met. However, the oil palm plantation profit sharing system in Allyr Jaya Village is not fully in accordance with Islamic economics in the musaqah agreement.

Abstract

The law governing about employment in Indonesia is Act No. 13 of 2003. Basic of the employmeint reilatiionshiip iis workiing contract. Eimploymeint contract iis diiviideid iinto two typeis, nameily eimploymeint contract liimiiteid tiimei (PKWT) and thei Eimploymeint contract for an unliimiiteid tiimei (PKWTT). Iimpleimeintatiion of a liimiiteid tiimei eimploymeint contract (PKWT) iin labor reilatiions accordiing to Law No. 13 of 2003 on Eimploymeint iin Iindoneisiia has not run iin accordancei wiith appliicablei reigulatiions. For thei busiineiss seictor iin thei many ciity iin Iindoneisiia, reilatiiveily feiweir offeinseis commiitteid by eimployeirs reilateid to thei proviisiion of workeirs' riights. Howeiveir, thei opposiitei occurreid iin thei areia. Eimployeirs havei iignoreid thei maxiimum tiimei liimiit alloweid by Act No. 13 of 2013 on Eimploymeint about PKWT tiimei peiriiod. Grantiing riights of workeirs giivein tiimei such as wageis, hours of work and sociial seicuriity iis stiill not meit eixpeictatiions. Constraiints iin thei iimpleimeintatiion of PKWT accordiing to Law No. 13 of 2003 liieis iin two thiings, thei fiirst factor on thei iimpleimeintatiion PKWT ruleis that do not conform to thei reiquiireimeints. Eimployeirs may not reicruiit workeirs for someithiing that iis not neieideid iin thei coursei of thei company. Most of thei typei and naturei of thei work reiquiireid iis thei work that goeis iinto thei corei work of thei productiion proceiss and arei fiixeid. So iin thiis casei theirei has beiein a viiolatiion of artiiclei 59 fatal Eimploymeint Act, whiich iis causeid by thei objeict of thei work that iis prohiibiiteid by thei proviisiions of law to PKWT. Judgiing from thei facts giivein tiimei workeirs should havei swiitcheid thei status of a PKWTT, beicausei theiy havei beiein doiing work that iis fiixeid. Thei seicond factor, thei omiissiion of thei deiviiatiion PKWT proviisiions iin thei eimploymeint reilatiionshiip iis also causeid by veiry lax goveirnmeint oveirsiight of thei reialiity on thei ground and nothiing puniishmeint on artiiclei 59.

Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is a company that provides network services. PT Telkomsel Surabaya oversees several card products, namely Telkomsel Postpaid Card, Telkomsel Prepaid Card, and By.U Card. In addition, they also offer modem products such as Orbit and Indihome as part of their sales portfolio. Direct selling is one of the most frequently used promotional and marketing methods by Telkomsel, including organizing events and collaborating with various events through sponsorship and partnerships. This research is written using a descriptive method, analyzing the results directly from the company during the internship period.

Abstract

Kopo Sayati, more precisely Miko Mall Bandung, is one of the traffic jam points in the city of Bandung, West Java. From these problems, each individual with a different character, as a driver, must have their own point of view in overcoming the problem. The impact that arises must vary according to their respective nature, behavior, and personal character. The purpose of this study is to open the mind and process the EQ (emotional intelligence) of each driver so that they drive properly, not harming themselves or others. Traffic jams have an impact on emotional intelligence for motorists and are very reliable when they are stuck in these conditions. The methods used by these researchers are useful for achieving goals such as, facilitating connectivity and traffic accessibility, in addition to providing alternatives for citizens to increase economic productivity

Abstract

Currently, there are many internet providers in Indonesia that offer various benefits, such as digital providers. Demand for the internet continues to increase every year. by.U is the first digital provider in Indonesia targeting the millennial or Gen Z demographic, which has attracted researchers' interest in conducting further research about the company. Researchers used a qualitative approach known as a case study which aims to study the marketing communication methods and promotional mix used by Telkomsel to promote by.U cards to the youth market. Interviews, documentation of event implementation, and observations were carried out to collect data. The data processing method used by the author is descriptive. A brief description and analysis of data collected from various sources, both direct and indirect, is presented previously. The focus of this research is the process of implementing marketing communications by the by.U. company, the data for which was collected through interviews and observation. After that, the data will be analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Marketing communications used by event sponsors to increase sales of by.U products consist of sales promotions, personal sales and direct marketing. This research shows that by.U controls its marketing communications by using social media, influencers, and digital placements to make customers want to buy its products. In this research, marketing communication strategies include digital placement and influencer marketing.

Abstract

The gallon drinking water market in Indonesia is one of the most competitive markets. This is due to several factors, including the high public demand for drinking water liters and the large number of competing brands. Ultimately, choosing the best brand of bottled water will be a decision based on individual needs. The purpose of this study is to help people make better decisions in choosing the appropriate gallon bottled water for consumption. The population in this research is consumers of gallon drinking water on the Aqua and Le Minerale brands in the Bina Bangsa Campus environment, especially regular management students 4 semester 5, with a sample size of 300 people. The results of hypothesis testing show Competition in the Gallon Drinking Water Market in the Aqua and Le Minerale Brands. We recommend that gallon mineral water in the Aqua and Le Minerale brands maintain quality by maintaining water purity.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Budget Participation, Budget Emphasis on Budgetary Slack with Ethical Consideration as Moderating Variable. This kind of study is quantitative research with primary data collected in a questionnaire distributed to 38 respondents. The data is processed with multiple linear regression analysis by using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that budget participation and budget emphasis has effect on budgetary slack. Meanwhile, ethical considerations cannot moderate the relationship between budget participation and budget emphasis on budgetary slack.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, competition between companies is increasing in achieving excellence. So companies that have competitive advantages will be able to survive in the competition. Apart from that, with conditions like this, every company is required to survive and have the ability to compete in order to face this competitive climate. Quality of service towards customer satisfaction is one of the factors that plays a very important role in the survival of a company, because this will make the company bigger and able to win every business battle. Therefore, every company tries to ensure that customers are satisfied and trust the company so that it has the potential to provide benefits to the company in the long term. In this research the author uses a descriptive approach in that the research is only descriptive, namely to find out or describe the reality of the events being studied so that it makes it easier for the author to obtain objective data in order to know and understand the development of the Quality Management System at LPK Wajo Intelektual Mandiri. Quality Management System LPK WIM is implemented based on the Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) process which consists of planning steps, plan implementation, checking the results of plan implementation, and corrective action on the results obtained which basically uses Management functions in their implementation based on management achieving quality of both products and services. The implementation of a system formed by the internal LPK Wajo Intelektual Mandiri will certainly have a positive impact on the company, namely improving and guaranteeing the quality of the products or services produced so that in the end it will increase the level of customer satisfaction with the products or services provided.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the design of bead products, procurement of materials for bead product production and the manufacturing process for bead product production at Lamudra.id. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The bead craft business is one of the micro businesses in the city of Padang. Seeing the obstacles faced by business actors and the desire to improve and develop the bead craft business, assistance is needed to achieve the desire to improve thebead craft business,namely by providing creativity and innovation training in making bead crafts so that business actors have the skills in making various kinds of bead products. Then another obstacle is that the tools are still simple, so procurement of tools is very necessary to speed up the process of making bead crafts and improve the quality produced. The impact of this service is expected to improve quality and innovation in bead craft products. So it is hoped that business actors will increase their income and become more independent.
