Abstract

Study This aims To know And analyze The influence of Risk Awareness on Employee Performance in Banking in Balikpapan And analyze the influence of Development Source Power Man on the Performance of Employees in Banking in Balikpapan. The method study used is method quantitative. The number of respondents was 84 people. Analyze data using analysis regression linear multiple with the use of Soft Ware SPSS. Results study show Risk Awareness is influential in a way significant to the Performance Employee of banking in Balikpapan, matter This concluded from the data obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this research, prove that Risk Awareness Which Good capable increase Performance in Employee, Development HR has a significant effect on Employee Performance in banking in Balikpapan, this is concluded from the data obtained with the value results significance as big as 0,000 < 0.05. From results show that the Development of HR Which is Good increases the Performance of employees together, the variable Risk Awareness And the Development of HR are influential and significant to the Performance of Employees. The more good Risk Awareness And Development HR given to Employee Performance in Banking in Balikpapan will increase.

Abstract

In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the business group that has the largest number and has proven to be resistant to various shocks from the economic crisis. MSMEs are encouraged to be able to expand to the global market, not just on a national scale. Strategy is very important to determine the company's success in achieving its long-term goals. By choosing the right strategy for a particular company position, a company will have a competitive advantage. The aim of this research is to find out what is the most appropriate strategy for CV. Dua Putri Sholehah "Hunay" Probolinggo as MSMEs in facing global business competition. This research method uses SWOT analysis and IFAS, EFAS, by previously collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, observations and also literature studies. The results of this research indicate that the strategy that must be carried out by CV. Dua Ptri Sholehah "Hunay" is in quadrant I, namely the quadrant that supports an aggressive growth strategy which shows that this company has the strength to take advantage of existing opportunities, especially in export development. Currently the organization is in a strong condition so it is possible to continue to expand by opening branches to the countries it will target, increasing growth and achieving maximum progress.

Abstract

The relatively high potential for natural wealth has apparently not been able to overcome the problem of poverty in the Bone Bolango area. The problem of poverty does not only occur in Bone Bolango district but is still a national problem. This research aims to determine the achievement of SDGs targets as the basis for economic development in Bone Bolango Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses expert respondents who are related to or know directly the SDGs achievement indicators for Bone Bolango district. Data analysis uses procedure hierarchy analysis (AHP) using expert choice 11 software. The results of the research show that there are six indicators that are problems in Bone Bolango district based on the SDGs achievement categories. Based on the results of the analysis of the answers given by respondents, the values obtained based on importance are: 1) eliminating extreme poverty (0.368), 2) reducing the percentage of poverty (0.240), 3) reducing the percentage of poverty based on gender and age (0.223), 4 ) increasing the proportion of women in parliament (0.075), 5) increasing GDP per capita (0.054), and 6) increasing the tax to GDP ratio (0.040). Achieving the SDGs indicator targets which is a problem in Bone Bolango Regency requires support, so there are five aspects assessed in this research, namely regulatory support, RPJMD priorities, institutional support, budget support and partnerships.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of business communication, trust, and price on purchasing decisions at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama. The research method used is associative descriptive with a population of 83 customers of the company. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sample technique, and data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneously, the F value of 357.532 was greater than the critical F value of 3.11 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis was accepted, demonstrating a positive and significant influence of business communication, trust, and price together on purchasing decisions. Partially, hypothesis testing revealed that business communication (t = 2.040), trust (t = 2.774), and price (t = 3.202) each had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, with significance levels of 0.045, 0.007, and 0.002, respectively. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that business communication, trust, and price, either partially or collectively, significantly influence purchasing decisions at PT Autostar Mandiri Teknotama.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to explore the integration of educational, spiritual, and scientific principles with business dynamics to optimize educational quality and sports achievement. The study employs a Link & Match concept, emphasizing the correlation between educational leadership and business realms. Through purposive sampling, school principals and professionals from various fields will be selected. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to identify patterns and connections between educational leadership, business practices, and holistic development. The findings are expected to highlight effective strategies for synergizing educational, spiritual, and scientific aspects with business principles, ultimately enhancing education quality and fostering sports excellence in educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of the diversity of facilities and business locations on increasing consumer interest in multibeauty.id salons. This research was conducted for 6 (six) months, starting from September 2023 to February 2024. The respondents of this research were consumers from the multybeauty.id salon, totaling 64 (sixty four) people. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from facility diversity variables, business location variables and business success variables. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis test or t test and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis for the facility diversity variable, business location variable and business interest are in the very good category. Based on partial analysis, the diversity of facilities has a positive and significant effect on increasing consumer interest in the multibeauty.id salon. The business location variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on increasing consumer interest in multibeauty.id salons. Based on a simultaneous analysis of the diversity of facilities and business locations, it has a positive and significant effect on increasing consumer interest in the multibeauty.id salon.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of understanding taxation, justice, discrimination, tax rates, taxation systems, tax sanctions on student perceptions of tax evasion. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique used by researchers in this study was a questionnaire method. The population in this study were students majoring in Accounting at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling method. The data source used by this researcher is primary data. Data analysis techniques through statistical analysis. SPSS. The results of this study are that tax understanding has no effect on student perceptions of tax evasion, high or low understanding of taxation will not affect tax evasion. Justice has no effect on student perceptions of tax evasion, high or low justice will not affect tax evasion. Discrimination affects students' perceptions of tax evasion, the higher the discrimination by the government, the more ethical tax evasion is considered. Conversely, the lower the discrimination, the tax evasion is considered an unethical thing to do. Tax rates have no effect on student perceptions of tax evasion, high or low tax rates will not affect tax evasion. The tax system affects students' perceptions of tax evasion, the better the tax system, the tax evasion is considered an unethical act. Conversely, the lower the tax system, the more ethical tax evasion is considered. Tax sanctions have no effect on student perceptions of tax evasion, high or low tax sanctions will not affect tax evasion.

Abstract

The success of a company is not only measured by the company's ability to raise funds. The development performance of a company is influenced by several factors, including: natural resources, capital resources, technological resources, facilities and infrastructure resources and human resources. Among the resources above, human resources have a dual function, namely as object resources that are managed, on the other hand as subjects who manage and control all other resources to realize the goals that have been set in each economic activity. Human resources who work in the company receive income in the form of salaries. Salary is one of the important things for every employee who works in a company, because with the salary earned, a person can fulfill their daily needs. Apart from that, salary is an important element that can influence employee performance, because salary is a tool to meet various employee needs, so that with the salary given employees will be motivated to work harder.

Abstract

Fertility is influenced by the low age at first marriage, high population growth is a burden on national development, so efforts are needed to reduce the rate of population growth. Population growth in Jembrana Regency cannot be separated from fertility, because the low age at first marriage has an impact on early marriage which is triggered by factors such as the respondent's education, parents' education and income, premarital pregnancy and area of residence. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of respondents' education level, parents' education and income, premarital pregnancy, and area of residence on early marriage among women in Jembrana Regency. The number of samples in this study was 100 PUS women who were married and lived in Jembrana Regency. The sample determination method used was nonprobability sampling , namely Quota Sampling and Accidental Sampling . The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that, simultaneously, the respondent's education level, parents' education and income, premarital pregnancy, and area of residence have a significant effect on early marriage among women in Jembrana Regency. The respondent's education level, parents' education, namely the father, and parents' income partially have a negative and significant effect on early marriage among women in Jembrana Regency, while the respondent's mother's education does not have a negative and insignificant effect on early marriage among women in Jembrana Regency. Premarital pregnancy causes more early marriages compared to not premarital pregnancy and the difference is significant . Area of residence means that respondents who live in villages experience early marriage at a higher rate than those who live in cities and the difference is significant.
