Abstract

An imbalance in workload and employee readiness for demands at work has the potential to cause burnout. This research adds job crafting as a skill to reorganize work in the most appropriate way. The research aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy on burnout which is mediated by job crafting. The research method uses a path analysis approach, with the research object being 100 employees at PT PLN Indonesia Power. This research found that there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting and the influence of job crafting on burnout. Employees who have self-efficacy and are given good job crafting are less likely to experience burnout.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between supply chain management and information technology on the operational performance of SMEs in Makassar. A quantitative approach was used in this research. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data from Makassar SMEs. Data was obtained directly from informants who were selected purposively, while respondents were selected randomly (Random Sampling). The selection of respondents was based on the assumption that the population was relatively homogeneous. The research results show that supply chain management and information technology have a positive and significant effect on the operational performance of SMEs in Makassar. Likewise, information technology has a positive and significant relationship to supply chain management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership and motivation on work engagement among civil servants at UIN Alauddin Makassar. Data collection by observation and distribution of questionnaires via Google Form to 155 civil servants. This research used quantitative methods, with the data analysis tool used was Smart-PLS. The results of this research showed that (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, (3). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work engagement of civil servants at UIN Alauddin Makassar. These results showed that the transformational leadership style applied by the leaders of UIN Alauddin Makassar operates efficiently and effectively through exemplary methods. This method can increase strength as a component of employee work engagement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of Capital Structure, Profitability, Tax Planning and Deferred Tax Expenses on Corporate Income Tax in companies in various industrial sectors. The data collection technique used is secondary data in the form of annual reports for the 2018-2022 period on companies in various industrial sectors. The sample in this study was taken from the financial reports of companies in various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 so that the data obtained was 24 companies x 5 years = 120 data. The data will be analyzed using quantitative methods. The results of the research show that Capital Structure, Profitability, Tax Planning and Deferred Tax Expenses have a significant and significant effect on Corporate Income Tax and only the Tax Planning variable has a positive effect on Corporate Income Tax in various industrial sector companies while the other variables have a negative effect on Corporate Income Tax in companies various industrial sectors.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what influence the store environment, product innovation and service quality have on consumer purchasing decisions at the Ming Kopi Medan Coffee shop. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive research method, sampling was carried out using snowball sampling techniques and using the Cochran formula because the population size is unknown. The number of samples taken was 97 consumers and data was collected through questionnaires distributed directly to consumers. To assess respondents' responses, the author uses a Likert scale which uses several question items to measure individual behavior by responding to 5 choice points for each question item. Analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25 program (IBM SPSS Statistics 25). The research results show that simultaneously, the calculated F value (20.555) is greater than the F table value (2.70) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 which shows that H4 is accepted which shows a positive and significant influence from store environment, product innovation and service quality on purchasing decisions. Partially, hypothesis testing reveals that store environment (t = 3.934), product innovation (t = 2.227) and service quality (t = 2.171) each have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions because they are greater than the t value table (1.985), with the significance level for each variable being 0.000; 0.028; and 0.001. Therefore, the conclusion of this research is that store environment, product innovation and service quality, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the Ming Kopi Medan coffee shop.

Abstract

Jember University is the largest academic community in the Jember region, East Java, which has 1,312 teaching and educational staff consisting of 544 educational staff . permanent/PNS (Civil Servants) and 768 contract education staff /PPNPN ( Non-Civil Servant Government Employees). Seeing the enormous potential of Jember University to develop rapidly, it is necessary to improve the quality of its human resources. Study This aim For analyze influence leadership style, psychological work environment, perceived organizational support (POS) through intrinsic job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of non-civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the University of Jember. This research using explanatory research type . The population in this study was all PPNPN education staff that is as much 768 people with a research sample of 263 people. Technique taking sample in study This use method purposive sampling . Analytical tools used in this research use method analysis Structural Equation Model – Analysis of Moment Structure ( SEM- AMOS). The research results show that there is a significant influence between Leadership Style , Psychological Work Environment , Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Intrinsic Job Satisfaction and Organizational behavior Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And intrinsic job satisfaction is able to mediate Leadership Style , Psychological Work Environment , and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational behavior Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

This research is a continuation of community service activities entitled "Introduction and Training of the Sportif.App Application as an Effort to Increase the Readiness of Sports Human Resources and Digitalization of Sports Data Information Management at KONI Surakarta City." Through this tridharma activity, the writing team continued with research aimed at describing and analyzing the benefits of Sportif.App in increasing the readiness of sports human resources through digitizing sports data information management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which is based on the results of interviews and observations. The Sportif.App application really helps sports human resources by providing data management services that are easy to access and provide information at any time. Administrative requirements can be integrated with sports databases (such as sports, achievements, coaches, referees, etc.), documented, and uploaded through the information system, including verification mechanisms and information about required administrative completeness, as well as monitoring data progress. In this way, sports human resources can work effectively and efficiently in reporting at any time without being limited by time and space. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and Shopee's chatbot on consumer satisfaction of the Shopee e-commerce platform in Medan. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through online surveys of 120 active Shopee users. The regression analysis results show that AI and Shopee chatbot have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (p < 0,000). The ease of use features, response speed, and information accuracy of chatbots are key factors contributing to increased consumer satisfaction. The implications of this research provide insight into the development of AI technology in improving customer service in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is whether there is an influence of 1) office facilities on the performance of village officials? 2) work motivation on the performance of village officials? 3) work discipline on the performance of village officials? 4) office facilities, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of village officials. The population in this study were waihatu village officials in Kairatu District, West Seram Regency, totaling 30 people. The population and sample used in this study amounted to 30 people. Data collection methods using questionnaire methods, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption analysis and regression. The results showed that there was 1). a positive and significant effect of office facilities on employee performance, according to the results of the first hypothesis test 2). a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance, according to the results of the second hypothesis test. 3). the existence of a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, according to the results of the third hypothesis test. 4). the existence of a joint influence between office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, according to the results of the fourth hypothesis test 5). The contribution of the influence of office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance (R2) is 95.5%. Work discipline has a greater influence on employee performance.

Abstract

From the initial research that researchers did, the Ramen and Burger House was a place to eat that sold Japanese specialties and others. This Ramen and Burger House sets prices that are relatively cheap and can be reached by all levels of society. This is a very good strategy to survive in competition with similar companies. Besides setting a relatively cheap price, the Ramen and Burger Houses also always provide a variety of quality products for all consumers. Currently there are more than 77 types of products that are presented with good quality every day. Ramen and Burger houses offer a variety of products for consumers to choose, it will make the Ramen and Burger House more crowded by consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the effect of product, price and location on the satisfaction of direct consumers and consumers of Grab Food at Ramen and Burger Houses. The number of samples in this study was 100 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously product, price and location variables had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction both directly and through Grab Food at Ramen and Burger Restaurants. Product variables, price variables and location variables contribute to direct consumer satisfaction variables of 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% are determined by other variables outside the contribution of this study. For ordering through Grab Food, the product, price and location variables contribute to the consumer satisfaction variable of 22.6% and the remaining 77.4% is determined by other variables outside the contribution of this research.
