Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media, specifically the Bamboozle platform, in Indonesian language learning for fifth-grade elementary school students on the topic of intrinsic elements of a story. Bamboozle is an online educational game-based learning media that does not require students to create accounts or use special devices, making it highly suitable for collaborative and interactive learning contexts. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. Using a qualitative approach, the study involves Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students as subjects to explore their learning experiences when using Bamboozle integrated with the Discovery Learning model. The results indicate that the use of Bamboozle positively impacts student engagement during the learning process, particularly in aspects of communication, collaboration, and fostering a healthy competitive spirit. This media facilitates the understanding of abstract concepts and increases students' learning motivation through a fun and participatory classroom environment. One of Bamboozle's main advantages is its ability to promote teamwork without the need for complex technological infrastructure. Nevertheless, the study also identifies several challenges, such as the limitation on the number of characters allowed in question creation and the absence of an individual assessment system. These issues present obstacles in objectively evaluating each student’s learning achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to examine efforts to accelerate the Expected Years of Schooling (EYS) and the Mean Years of Schooling (MYS) in West Java. The region continues to face significant educational challenges, including disparities in teacher distribution and quality, inconsistencies in institutional management, inadequate educational infrastructure, and limited access to education particularly in rural areas. These issues hinder the progress toward achieving targeted levels of EYS and MYS. Employing a qualitative approach through a case study method, data collection was conducted using triangulation techniques involving observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings highlight strategies designed to enhance the pace of educational attainment in West Java. These strategies involve coordinated efforts between the Provincial Education Office, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and Higher Education Service Institutions. Despite the integration of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation processes, and the allocation of various funding sources such as Central and Regional School Operational Assistance, as well as the Indonesia Smart Card progress remains below expectations due to persistent structural and systemic barriers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing management and financial management of goat farming in Bantar Panjang Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency. Goat farming is one of the main sources of income for the local community, yet it still faces challenges in marketing and effective financial record-keeping. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, field observations, and document studies with local farmers. The findings show that the marketing strategy is still conventional, relying on local networks, while financial record-keeping is not well-structured, making it difficult to make long-term economic decisions. The study recommends the implementation of a digital marketing strategy, enhancing the farmers' capacity in business management, and using a simple but systematic financial recording system to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the goat farming business.

Abstract

This research examines the role of Majelis Ta'lim Berkat Sidin in Sangatta Utara as a non-formal educational institution in improving religious understanding and social life of the community. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Majelis Ta'lim Berkat Sidin succeeded in deepening the religious insight of the congregation through regular recitations that discussed aqidah, sharia and morals. Interactive learning methods, such as discussion and question and answer, increase participants' understanding of Islamic teachings. In addition, the assembly contributes to social solidarity through community activities such as fundraising and social services. Abstract

The transition to a Circular Economy (CE) has become imperative in addressing globalenvironmental challenges, resource depletion, and achieving long-term sustainability. Thispaper explores the critical synergy between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human ResourceManagement (HRM) in accelerating CE adoption. While CE promotes the reuse, regeneration, and recycling of materials to decouple economic growth from resourceconsumption, its successful implementation demands systemic change not only in technologybut also in workforce practices and organizational culture. AI acts as a catalyst by enhancingpredictive analytics, energy efficiency, waste management, and real-time monitoring, therebyoptimizing resource utilization. Simultaneously, HRM plays a transformative role bycultivating green skills, embedding environmental values, and developing leadershipcommitted to circular strategies. This paper is based on secondary sources of data for arrivingat findings and conclusion. This study proposes an integrated AI-HRM based conceptualframework that facilitates personalized training, predictive talent management, and ethicalworkforce governance, thus creating an ecosystem conducive to circular transformation. Byexamining sector-specific applications and emerging economy contexts, the paper highlightshow digital reskilling platforms and AI-driven HR analytics can drive operationalsustainability and employee engagement. The AI-HRM synergy offers a promising pathwayfor embedding CE principles into organizational DNA, aligning technological advancementwith sustainable human capital development. The paper outlines implications for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers, and calls for future empirical and sector-focusedstudies to validate and refine the proposed framework.

Abstract

The manufacturing sector is a primary contributor to global environmental issues, such as waste production, resource depletion, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. As industries face increasing pressure to align with net zero emission targets, one revolutionary approach to tackling these environmental issues is circular economy. Unlike the traditional linear "take-make-dispose" approach, the CE emphasizes closing material loops through strategies as product life extension, recycling, and remanufacturing, which lower waste and pollution. The current study explores the dual the circular economy's contribution to improving environmental sustainability and changing manufacturing environments focusing on its potential to drive net zero emissions while transforming organizational structures, employee roles and workplace culture. The existing research adopts a qualitative research methodology, leveraging secondary data from industry reports, case studies, and peer-reviewed journals to analyse the application, difficulties, and effects of CE practices in the manufacturing sector. After reviewing the literature, the research findings revealed that CE adoption is gaining momentum globally, with companies integrating strategies like resource-efficient production, closed-loop supply chains and renewable energy use.

Abstract

Heartbreak Motel, a romantic drama written by Ika Natassa, follows the emotional journey of Ava Alessandra, an actress dedicated to embodying every character she portrays. Ava immerses herself in various acting techniques and confronts a wide range of emotions experienced by her roles. This analysis delves into the painful experiences faced by the protagonist, examined through the lens of Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory. Freud’s model explores the dynamic interactions between the id, ego, and superego three elements that shape the human psyche, each influenced by different factors, including traumatic experiences. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the protagonist’s id, ego, and superego interact and manifest through defense mechanisms in response to trauma. A qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method was employed. Data were gathered in the form of narrative excerpts that directly support the study's objectives. The findings reveal that the protagonist’s traumatic experiences significantly influence the function of the id, ego, and superego, particularly through the defense mechanisms of repression, sublimation, and introjection. The study also highlights the impact of trauma on the character’s psychological development and her social interactions, offering insights into how fictional experiences reflect real-life psychological struggles.
