Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of the law to criminal acts of property damage in Case number 1237/PID.B/2020/PNBGR. And obstacles in implementing the law against perpetrators acting in the name of students in demonstrations. This research method includes surveys, direct interviews, documentation studies. Data collection techniques include primary data, secondary and tertiary data. Describes a detailed description of the Application of Law to the Criminal Act of Damaging Property by Provocateurs in the Name of Students in Bogor. Case Number 1237/Pid.B/2020/Pn Bgr. The respondents in this research were Bogor District Court Judges, Bogor District Court Registrars, Students. Conclusion in the application of criminal law by the Panel of Judges at the Bogor District Court in Case number 1237/PID.B/2020/PNBGR which stated that the defendant was legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act with joint force in public. Obstacles in implementing the law against perpetrators who act in the name of students in case number 1237/PID.B/2020/PNBGR do not understand the law in depth, so that the way of conveying these aspirations goes off track which results in being caught in the law, having a critical social environment for students, not having permanent job, so they have free time so they can take part in demonstrations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the review of Islamic criminal law regarding perpetrators of criminal acts of fraud using fake identities. The data collection technique uses the library research method and uses descriptive data, in-depth direct interviews with respondents. This research is a descriptive analysis which aims to explain data about fraud using fake identities which is then analyzed using theories in Islamic law. The results of the research show that there is a specific and detailed explanation regarding the meaning of fraud using a fake identity regarding fraud using a fake identity, but in Islamic law there is no punishment for this criminal act. So we see similarities with the Baitul Maal stamp fraud case during the time of Umar bin Khattab, which punished the perpetrator with ta'zir, namely, being whipped 100 times and exiled for a year. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the punishment for perpetrators of fraud using fake identities is ta'zir.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the position of crown witnesses in the criminal justice process for corruption. And the strength of evidence against crown witnesses in corruption cases. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with normative law. Data collection techniques include observation to observe the legal status of crown witnesses. In-depth interviews with key informants to obtain accurate and valid data. Documentation study with a number of data from existing archives as well as notes from the trial. The results of the research show that basically the strength of the evidence of crown witnesses is the same as that of witnesses in general and is in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The strength of the evidence of the crown witness regarding the issue of corruption as valid and convincing evidence as the strength of the evidence of the crown witness has met the applicable requirements.

Abstract

This research aims to determine law enforcement against perpetrators of online social gathering fraud crimes. Method The empirical juridical approach is legal science research that examines law as a fact that can be consolidated or observed and is value-free and has characteristics, namely, distinguishing facts from norms, legal phenomena must be purely empirical, namely social facts. Field observation data collection method to observe scientifically, empirically and value-free. Direct interviews with respondents directly. Literacy study of archives and records of siding results. The results of research on Jambi Regional Police's law enforcement efforts regarding cases of fraud under the guise of online social gatherings in the Jambi City jurisdiction, namely that based on the role of Jambi City Resort Police legal officers, criminal acts of this type of fraud under the guise of online social gatherings can be prosecuted. Law enforcement efforts carried out by the police are carried out in two stages, namely the prevention stage and the action stage (refresive). The process of resolving criminal cases of fraud under the guise of online social gatherings at the Jambi Regional Police from 2018-2021 as many as two of the same cases can be resolved by the Jambi Regional Police, which is carried out in four stages, starting from the investigation stage, investigation stage, examination stage to the settlement stage and handing over the case to the Public Prosecutor (JPU)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the criminal act of theft committed by children, and to analyze the judge's considerations in handing down decisions in cases of criminal acts of theft of minors (Decision Number 10K/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Tng). This research method uses the type of research carried out in this thesis is qualitative. Meanwhile, this research is included in the category of normative or doctrinal research. The research approach used in this research is normative juridical. The data collection method used in this research is document study. Also, data collection techniques are document study methods and library research methods. The data obtained will be processed using qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that the judge's considerations for the child are in accordance with the provisions of the juvenile justice system, in some of the judge's considerations the child was sentenced to only a third of the full sentence demanded by the public prosecutor, the child should have been sentenced to 10 months but at the judge's discretion the child was sentenced to only 6 months. As well as the qualifications of criminal acts of theft with aggravation committed by children from the perspective of criminal law.

Abstract

The activities of STIQ Amuntai’s student, which is very different from student life in general, entering a new environment for students become a stimulus that sometimes causes various problems, one of which is self-adjustment, either with themselves, peers or the surrounding environment so. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of emotional maturity and the level of discipline of students along with to determine the influence of maturity on student discipline at STIQ Amuntai. This research method is a quantitative method by taking 44 student samples. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method consisting of 2 scales, namely the emotional maturity scale and the discipline scale. To find out the effect of emotional maturity on discipline, this data analysis technique will eliminate the rebound with the IBM 25 SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results obtained, namely the distribution of the high category there are 4 students representing 9.1% while in the medium category there are 36 students with a percentage of 81.8%, in the low category there are 4 students representing 9.1%. The dominance of the results of the research on emotional maturity in STIQ Amuntai students shows the dominance of the results in moderate categorization. The level of discipline of STIQ Amuntai students is predominantly moderate, the distribution of discipline categorization is as follows: 63.6% is classified as moderate amounting to 28 students, 18.2% is classified as high amounting to 8 students and 18.2% is classified as low amounting to 8 students. Based on the results of the study which shows that STIQ Amuntai is dominated at a moderate level of categorization. It is known that the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) of 0.318 means that the correlation between emotional maturity and discipline in STIQ Amuntai students is 0.318 or classified as a sufficient correlation coefficient because the value of the correlation coefficient is at a value of 0.26 – 0.50 and is in the category of sufficient correlation relationship. In addition, a significance value (p) of 0.035 < 0.05 can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional maturity and discipline. Here it can be interpreted that emotional maturity has a significant influence on the discipline of STIQ Amuntai students

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on field research. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, utilizing purposive sampling and snowball techniques. Descriptive analysis was used to interpret the data. The findings indicate that Islamic religious education at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandung is implemented effectively and thoroughly. Religious values are integrated into daily activities, including greetings, handshakes, polite speech, courteous behavior, and mutual respect among teachers and peers. The religious curriculum includes programs such as TPA, congregational dhuha and dhuhur prayers, and activities like tahfid, speeches, cultum, lectures, studies, infaq, and memorization of selected Qur'anic verses. Exemplary behavior and discipline are consistently promoted by all school members. Intracurricular Islamic religious education follows the 2013 curriculum, emphasizing student-centered learning and contextual examples. The practice of religious values is assessed through attitude evaluations, monitoring of attitude development, and religious practices.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an accurate depiction of the relationship between the implementation of local cultural values and the development of students' morals at MA Al-Ma'arif Pinrang. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research required direct fieldwork to observe and interview subjects. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation from relevant sources. The findings indicate a strong correlation between Mandar culture and the formation of students' morals at MA Al-Ma'arif Pinrang. In conclusion, the integration of local cultural values plays a crucial role in shaping students' morals, making its ongoing implementation within the school environment essential.

Abstract

This study applies the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) program evaluation model with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection refers to the CIPP evaluation instrument table which is compiled based on predetermined criteria, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and data verification. The results show 1. Evaluation of the program context in the number of students who have talents and creativity that are facilitated more optimally. The excellent class program to create superior students and shows that Muhammadiyah schools have quality students. 2. The Input Evaluation applied includes student screening, testing, willingness to join the excellent class. 3. Evaluation of the program performance process is not optimal. The relationship between the implementer and students is going well, with full trust from the parents of students regarding student development. 4. Evaluation of the program's product results showed good achievements, although not yet fully maximized. 80% of Muhammadiyah graduates successfully continued their education to favorite state schools. The superior class program to be continued with the condition of reformulating the initial objectives of the program.

Abstract

This study explores the formation of social care character through Social Studies learning at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandung. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes data collection techniques including interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that Social Studies learning significantly enhances students' social care character. This process involves integrating social care values into the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and applying these values through Direct Learning Practices (PPL). Social care character formation is achieved through both classroom instruction, where teachers provide explanations aligned with social care material, and practical activities. Students integrate these values into their daily routines, fostering a culture of social care at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandung.
