Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to analyze the effect of company size, retun on assets and leverage on a company's value. The size of the company is projected by total assets, number of employees and total sales. Return on asset is proxyed by ROA ratio. Leverage is projected with a Debt to total asset ratio. This type of research is quantitative. The population used in this study is all manufacturing companies of sub-sectors of foods and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. The study's hypothesis testing used secondary data with purposive sampling techniques and companies that met the criteria of 16 companies. The analytical methods used are cross section data multiple regression test, classical assumption test, goodness of fit model accuracy test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially showed that the size of the company had a significant positive effect on the value of the company, return on asset had no significant effect on the value of the company and leverage negatively and significantly on the value of the company.Keywords: Company Value; Company Size; Leverage; Debt to Total Asset Ratio; ROAABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, retun on asset dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan diproksikan dengan total aset, jumlah karyawan dan total penjualan. Return on asset di proksikan dengan rasio ROA. Leverage diproksikan dengan debt to total asset ratio. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor foods and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria perusahaan sejumlah 16 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi berganda data cross section, uji asumsi klasik, uji ketepatan model penduga (goodness of fit) dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, return on asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan; Ukuran Perusahaan; Leverage; Debt to Total Asset Ratio; ROA

Abstract

AbstractPurchasing decisions are part of consumer behavior that provides everything in the consumer's foundation when buying services in the form of goods and services. This study aims to examine the effect of store atmosphere, location and product diversity on consumer purchasing decisions at Apotek Gondang Watumalang Wonosobo. The sample used is the consumer of Apotek Gondang Watumalang Wonosobo as many as 128 consumers. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results obtained are the store atmosphere variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and product diversity has a positive effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Purchase Decision; Store Atmosphere; Location and Product Diversity AbstrakKeputusan pembelian adalah bagian dari perilaku konsumen yang memberikan segalanya dalam fondasi konsumen ketika membeli layanan dalam bentuk barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh store atmosphere, lokasi dan keberagaman produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Apotek Gondang Watumalang Wonosobo. Sampel yang digunakan adalah konsumen Apotek Gondang Watumalang Wonosobo sebanyak 128 konsumen. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu variabel store atmosphere berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dan keberagaman produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Pembelian; Store Atmopshere; Lokasi; Keberagaman Produk

Abstract

ABSTRACTLuwak White Koffie is the first instant white coffee in Indonesia produced by PT Java Prima Abadi in 2015 and has been able to become a top brand every year until now for the white coffee category. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived quality, word of mouth, and advertising on purchasing decisions of Luwak White Koffie in Semarang. This study has a sample of 100 who are consumers of Luwak White Koffie in Semarang with a minimum age of 18 years and have consumed Luwak White Koffie at least 2 times. The data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis method. The hypothesis proposed is the perception of quality, word of mouth, and advertising each has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results showed that the word of mouth variable had a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Luwak White Koffie in Semarang and the hypothesis was rejected. While the perception of quality and advertising have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Luwak White Koffie in Semarang so that the hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Perceived Quality; Word of Mouth; Advertising; Buying DecisionABSTRAKLuwak White Koffie adalah kopi putih instan pertama di Indonesia yang diproduksi oleh PT Java Prima Abadi pada tahun 2015 dan mampu menjadi top brand setiap tahunnya hingga saat ini untuk kategori kopi putih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari persepsi kualitas, word of mouth, dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian Luwak White Koffie di Semarang. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel sejumlah 100 yang merupakan konsumen Luwak White Koffie di Semarang dengan usia minimal 18 tahun dan sudah pernah mengonsumsi Luwak White Koffie minimal 2 kali. Data diolah dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah persepsi kualitas, word of mouth, dan iklan masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel word of mouth berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Luwak White Koffie di Semarang dan hipotesis ditolak. Sedangkan persepsi kualitas dan iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Luwak White Koffie di Semarang sehingga hipotesis diterima.Kata Kunci: Persepsi Kualitas; Word of Mouth; Iklan; Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

AbstractThe success of a government agency in achieving its goals cannot be separated from the participation of employees. The importance of the existence of human resources encourages government agencies to pay attention to matters relating to employee satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work facilities, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study wereall employees as many as 109 respondents. The sampling technique used is the census method. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) workload had a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction; (2) work facilities have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction; (3) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Workload; Work Facilities; Work Environment; Job SatisfactionAbstrakKeberhasilan suatu instansi pemerintah dalam mencapai tujuan tidak bisa lepas dari peran serta pegawai. Pentingnya keberadaan sumber daya manusia ini mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk memperhatikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 109 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai yakni metode sensus. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (2) fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja; Fasilitas Kerja; Lingkungan Kerja; Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACTEvery company seem to be competing in quality development to meet their customer’s requirement. But making so is not always that easy. Companies need to conduct and update customer shift of desire / changes regularly, in order to be able to prepare in time for whatever that their customer want. One of good tool can be used to development product quality is Quality Function Deployment (QFD).The finding of this study undisclosed five of the fourteen tourism attributes that became priority interests were the application of health protocols, promotions, playgrounds, easy access to tourism, and safety signs. The tourism attributes with the highest priority interests can be fulfilled by the manager by focusing on improving and developing five of the thirteen technical descriptions of companies that have the highest importance value weights. The technical description of the company is Health Protocol Reminder Officer, New Facility Construction, Maintenance and Development, OHS Room, Management Meeting.Keywords: Product Quality; Product Attribute; Quality Function DeploymentABSTRAKPada persaingan bisnis semua perusahaan berlomba dalam pengembangan kualitas agar produk sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Namun, pengembangan kualitas produk tidaklah murah dan mudah. Perusahaan secara berkala perlu melakukan update riset mengenai kebutuhan dan keinginan terkini atas konsumennya. Tujuannya tentu untu mengetahui kekurangan dan melakukan pengembangan kualitas produk secara tepat. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan kualitas adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD). QFD mampu menerjemahkan kebutuhan konsumen dan menghasilkan cara pemenuhannya lengkap beserta prioritasnyaHasil penelitian menghasilkan lima dari empat belas atribut wisata yang menjadi prioritas kepentingan tersebut adalah penerapan protokol kesehatan, promosi, taman bermain, kemudahan akses wisata, dan rambu-rambu keselamatan. Atribut wisata dengan prioritas kepentingan tertinggi tersebut dapat dipenuhi oleh pengelola dengan berfokus melakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan lima dari tiga belas deskripsi teknis perusahaan yang memiliki bobot nilai kepentingan tertinggi. Deskripsi teknis perusahaan tersebut adalah Petugas Pengingat Protokol Kesehatan, Pembangunan Fasilitas Baru, Perawatan dan pengembangan, Ruangan K3, Rapat Pengelola.Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk; Atribut Produk; Quality Function Deployment

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of the soundness of Indonesian Islamic State-owned Banks (BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri) before and after the merger into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This research was conducted using indicators of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of the financial statements of BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters of 2020, and the financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in 2021. The analytical method used in this study is comparative analysis using the H-Kruskal Wallis nonparametric test. From the results of the study, it is known that the CAR, NPF, BOPO, and FDR of Indonesian Islamic Banks after the merger are better than before the merger.Keywords: Islamic Bank; Merger; Bank Soundness; BSI ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan tingkat kesehatan Bank Syariah Indonesia BUMN (BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, Syariah Mandiri) sebelum dan sesudah merger menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Biaya Operasional dan Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari laporan keuangan BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, dan Bank Syariah Mandiri pada periode triwulan 2, 3, dan 4 tahun 2020, dan laporan keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia pada periode triwulan 1, 2, dan 3 tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis komparasi yaitu uji nonparametrik H-Kruskal Wallis. Abstract

ABSTRACTDuring the old government, Indonesia used a centralized system, where everything was decided and determined by the central government. Meanwhile, during the Reformation period, a regional autonomy system was implemented where the regions had the right to regulate their own regions with certain limitations. This study purposes to know the factors that affect the Capital Expenditure allocation in the Government of Central Java Province. This research was conducted because there were inconsistent results from previous studies.The data used are secondary data using the period 2017 - 2020 in the district / city in Central Java. Where there are 29 Regencies and 6 Cities. The number of observations was 140 observations from 35 counties / cities observed over 4 periods. Based on the title, background, and problem formulation, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which purposes to measure the strength of the linear association between two or more variables.The results showed that the General Allocation Fund had a significant positive effect on capital expenditure, the Special Allocation Fund had a significant positive influence on capital expenditure, Regional Original Revenue had a significant positive influence on capital expenditure and Gross Regional Domestic Revenue had no influence on capital expenditure.Keywords: General Allocation Fund (GAF); Regional Original Revenue (ROR); Special Allocation Fund (SAF); Gross Regional Domestic Revenue (GRDP); Capital Expenditure

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and promotion on online repurchase intention mediated by consumer satisfaction (Study on ShopeeFood). The population in this study were all students of Dian Nuswantoro University Semarang who had ordered food or drinks through ShopeeFood. Respondents who processed as many as 112 sample data with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique, which was operated using the Smart PLS program. The results showed that price and promotion had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, and price and promotion had a positive effect on repurchase intention, and consumer satisfaction had positive effect on ShopeeFood's repurchase interest.Keywords: Price; Promotion; Consumer Satisfaction; Online Repurchase Interest AbstrakTujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Promosi terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Online yang Dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi pada Shopeefood). Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the variabels of E-WOM, brand image, product quality, price perception on purchase decision with purchase intention as an intervening variabel on customers of Grab in Semarang. Data were collected by using Google Form questionnaire which is shared via WA, Twitter and Instagram of Semarang citizens who have used Grab at least 3 times, with a minimum age 17 of years old. Data were obtained by using purposive sampling method taken from 133 respondents using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The result showed that brand image, product quality and price perception variabel have a direct effect on purchase decision and purchase intention, E-WOM variabel only directly affect purchase intention and did not directly affect purchase decision, and purchase intention directly affect purchase decision.Keywords: E-WOM; Brand Image; Product Quality; Price Perception; Purchasing Decision; Buying InterestABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel E-WOM, brand image, kualitas produk dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna Grab di Semarang. Abstract

This study examines inventory management research. This study uses the package (biblioshiny) in the 'R' tool to perform inventory mapping and science analysis by extracting data from Scopus. A total of 4127 research documents were reviewed, including 3562 articles and 565 conference papers. The analysis results show that the development of articles on the theme of inventory management has ups and downs from year to year, so it is considered insignificant. The authors who published the most Inventory Management articles are Cardenas-Barron, LE, Shah, NH, and Taleizadeh, AA. The year with the most inventory management publications was 2007. The highest source is the Journal of Cleaner Production. With 17.6 percent of document publications in 2016, Decision Sciences was the most mentioned subject. The United States has the highest number of published articles. Inventory Control became the primary focus of this topic's research. The study's findings will help businesses gain a better understanding of inventory management. Meanwhile, academic researchers and students can find findings and recommendations for inventory research.Keywords: Inventory; Inventory Management; Bibliometrix Analysis; Inventory Control
