Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Assets Turnover (TATO) terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2022. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2022 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 perusahaan sesuai dengan kriteria purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa model layak digunakan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Hasil dari uji hipotesis uji t (parsial), variabel Net Profit Margin dan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2022, sedangkan variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2022.Kata Kunci: Net Profit Margin (NPM); Debt-To-Equity Ratio (DER); Total Assets Turnover (TATO); Pertumbuhan Laba; Properti; Real Estate

Abstract

In the modern business landscape, traditional methods of understanding consumer behavior are constrained by time, cost, and depth limitations. The emergence of Digital Twins, which are virtual replicas created through real-time data integration and advanced algorithms, has fundamentally transformed how we perceive consumer behavior and market responses. This study aims to address challenges related to data security and privacy, exploring potential solutions within the context of applying Digital Twins in drive-thru services. Using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 2000 American drive-thru service customers, the research employs SEM-PLS for data analysis. Online questionnaires are distributed through Triaba to collect targeted data. The findings indicate that while process efficiency in drive-thru services has little impact on service quality, Digital Twins can still lead to waiting times that challenge customer expectations. Although limited to America, this research confirms the significant role of Digital Twins in enhancing drive-thru service efficiency and customer satisfaction, providing valuable insights for users and system integrators during implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and find out how rewards, work stress and punishment influence employee performance at CV. Sarao Esa Prima. The objects of this research are all CV employees. Sarao Esa Prima. as many as 51 employees. In determining the sample size, researchers used the census method where all members of the population were used as the research sample. The number of samples in this research was 51 employees. Trials of research items were carried out on 15 employees. Validity test uses Pearson Product Moment correlation. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, observation and documentation. Analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Punishment has no significant effect on employee performanc

Abstract

Each business has its marketing strategy. In the digital era, utilizing social media become part of the marketing strategy that every single business has used. Through social media, businesses can reach out to various types of customers and decide who will be their customers. This study aims to find out how digital marketing strategies in Arunika Eatery, Kuningan, increasing consumer purchases, the types of marketing content that can increase the promotion of Arunika Eatery, Kuningan, and what the supporting and inhibiting factors in marketing their products through social media. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Arunika Eatery, Kuningan, has implemented a digital marketing strategy through social media with a 70-20-10 strategy. Arunika Eatery, Kuningan carries out its marketing strategy with diverse and exciting content, which contains event promotions carried out by Arunika Eatery Kuningan, information about Arunika Eatery Kuningan, short videos, quotes, and question and answer sessions to its followers. This research focuses on the analysis of marketing strategy for the food and beverages business, especially in the Kuningan area. The researcher is the first one to conduct research about Arunika Eatery, and there's no previous research.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDigital marketing has had a long-term impact and made a game changer in the business world. The use of social media has been growing since 2020—the phenomenon of decreasing the number of followers harms sales. Seller is conscious about improving and maintaining their followers on social media to keep running the business well. Purpose to find out the extent of the participation of Instagram social media as a promotional medium to increase the marketing of culinary business products on @siomayjodoh's Instagram accounts.This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Data triangulation methods were used to analyze in this study through data reduction, data presentation, drawing, and conclusion.The results showed the use of Instagram social media as an attractive promotional medium with various features that can be used to support the increase in culinary business products in online marketing.This research only collected data on MSME's “Siomay Jodoh" Instagram from 2022 until 2024 as data collection. MSMEs “Siomay Jodoh” is a local business in Cirebon, and there's no previous research about the MSMEs “Siomay Jodoh”.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The phenomenon of choosing the House of Smith online store product is caused by product sales decreasing on average for 3 product brands in 2021-2023. This is certainly interesting to research, what factors influence buying interest in House of Smith online store products. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors, brand personality on purchasing interest with brand image as an intervening variable in House of Smith online store products. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents, where the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling determination based on criteria determined by researchers including consumers who purchased products at the House Of Smith Store Online Store, at least 17 years old, domiciled in Semarang and have purchased at least 2 times at the Online Store House Of Smith Store. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of brand ambassadors on brand image, there is a positive and significant influence of brand personality on brand image, there is a positive and significant influence of Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Interest, there is a positive and significant influence of brand personality on purchase interest, and there is positive and significant influence of brand personality on buying interest. Abstract

Human resources (HR) in private companies and government agencies are the main key in achieving the company goals, so that there is no vacancy in the position that will result in disrupting the company operations. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, commitment, and motivation on employee performance in CV. Kalihmekar Semarang. The population in this study is the workers of CV. Kalihmekar Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study is by census, which is taken from the entire working population of 60 people. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study show that work discipline, commitment, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline, commitment, and motivation simultaneously affect the employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of business strategy with a business model canvas approach and to determine SWOT analysis at company X. This study uses a qualitative research method using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a guide to identify business models and then uses SWOT for each metrics. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been produced, there are several business strategies that need to be carried out by PT. X, including producing high enough products, developing target markets, carrying out product development, selling outlet products, e-commerce, and various social media, conducting development of new innovations for products and many more.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham dengan memperhatikan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 78 perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor makanan dan minuman, terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, selama periode 2021-2023. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam periode tersebut dan memiliki laporan keuangan yang lengkap. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sementara ukuran perusahaan tidak memoderasi hubungan antara profitabilitas dan harga saham, artinya ukuran perusahaan tidak berperan dalam memperkuat atau melemahkan dampak profitabilitas terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bahwa investor cenderung lebih memperhatikan profitabilitas daripada ukuran perusahaan dalam membuat keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Kinerja Karyawan merupakan keseluruhan hasil atau output dari suatu pekerjaan dalam sebuah organisasi yang menghasilkan kuantitas serta kualitas terstandarisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh organisasi dimana semuanya bergantung kepada berbagai factor yang digunakan pegawai dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh Kelekatan kerja, Motivasi kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Hotel Plaza Semarang yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel sensus .Metode analisisdata yang digunakan adalah Regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu variabel Kelekatan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh tehadap Kinerja sedangkan Variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh Positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
