Abstract

This study shows that brand trust plays a crucial role in supporting brand sustainability at Gracious Sportwear. Through transparency, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, Gracious successfully builds consumer trust, strengthens emotional connections, and demonstrates a commitment to sustainability and innovation. The brand has engaged consumers through social media and provided clear information about products and operational policies. Partnerships with local manufacturers also support the economy and the environment, reinforcing social sustainability. However, there are opportunities to increase transparency, expand community involvement, and establish more strategic partnerships to strengthen market positioning. The limitations of this study include the narrow scope of data and its focus solely on Gracious Sportwear, which may not be fully generalizable. Future research is recommended to expand the scope and types of data used for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between profitability and firm value in public companies in Indonesia, with capital structure examined as a mediating factor. A literature-based approach was employed by synthesizing findings from national and international research, emphasizing indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Tobin’s Q. The results reveal that profitability generally has a positive impact on firm value, yet this effect is not always consistent due to the role of capital structure. High leverage can weaken or even offset the benefits of profitability, while optimal capital structure enhances market valuation. The study provides theoretical contributions to corporate finance and practical implications for managers, investors, and policymakers.

Abstract

Female lecturers often carry dual roles, both as working mothers and as homemakers responsible for childcare. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenges of balancing work and family roles have intensified. Organizational commitment is not only reflected in lecturers’ involvement with their institutions but also in their ability to remain present and contribute to achieving organizational goals. However, many female lecturers working from home experience work-family conflict, making it difficult to balance professional and domestic responsibilities. This study aims to examine the effect of work-family conflict on the organizational commitment of female lecturers working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research employed a non-experimental quantitative design with a causal method, using a population study of 31 female lecturers at the National Institute of Technology. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. Work-family conflict was measured using the scale by Carlson & Kacmar adapted by Kuntari (2014), while organizational commitment was measured with a tool developed by Ingarianti (2015). The findings indicate that work-family conflict significantly affects organizational commitment among female lecturers working from home, with an R Square value of 0.581, demonstrating an influence of 58.1%.

Abstract

Innovation in public health services plays a critical role in achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC), especially in densely populated urban areas like Semarang City. The Semarang City Health Office has introduced the "Pangeran Diponegoro" initiative to provide inclusive and sustainable health coverage for all city residents. However, this innovation faces challenges in raising broad public awareness and participation. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a creative campaign model designed to strengthen the brand equity of the "Pangeran Diponegoro" initiative and enhance public engagement with the UHC program in Semarang City. The methodology involves Internal-External Matrix analysis to identify supporting and inhibiting factors, VRIO framework to assess the initiative's competitive advantage, and Value Chain Analysis to evaluate the program’s efficiency and effectiveness. The creative campaign strategy was developed using the Double Diamond approach, incorporating exploration, development, and implementation phases of visual and video campaign models. Findings indicate that the creative campaign significantly enhanced brand equity and captured public attention for the innovation, as evidenced by an increase in UHC coverage to 99.23% and positive engagement on social media platforms. This research provides originality by integrating a creative campaign model with a brand equity enhancement strategy in public health services, an approach rarely applied in UHC initiatives in Indonesia. The findings offer valuable insights for other health institutions aiming to optimize public service innovation through creative campaigns.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are pivotal to India's manufacturing growth, yet they struggle with efficient inventory management due to infrastructural bottlenecks, outdated practices, and limited digital integration. This study explores the adoption potential of two transformative approaches—Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) and Cloud-Based Inventory Management Tools—within the industrial cluster of Boisar MIDC, Palghar District. A survey of 380 MSMEs reveals that while awareness of cloud-based systems is growing, actual implementation remains limited. VMI adoption is even lower, hindered by trust gaps and integration challenges. However, early adopters report tangible benefits including reduced lead times, improved collaboration, and operational cost savings. Using path modelling, the study confirms significant positive effects of technology adoption on manufacturing efficiency (β = 0.49) and strategic planning. These findings underscore the need for policy-backed digital training, phased technology rollouts, and stronger vendor partnerships. The study offers a scalable framework for enhancing inventory efficiency across similar industrial clusters in India.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze public asset management strategies through the framework of integrating green sukuk and public-private partnerships (PPPs). A qualitative approach is employed, with data collected through a literature review to gather information on the potential and challenges of implementing such policies. The data is then analyzed descriptively to outline the framework for the proposed strategy. The findings of this study indicate that the primary potential of integrating green sukuk and PPP lies in inclusive and sustainable funding sources, significant environmental and social benefits, and efficient risk management. On the other hand, challenges to be addressed include regulatory complexity, limitations in financial capacity and infrastructure, and fluctuating investor risk perceptions. The framework for integrating green sukuk and PPP in public asset management begins with project planning and fundraising, selection and agreement with business entities, asset implementation and maintenance, followed by evaluation, reporting, and contract renewal. These stages are realized through a policy practice plan based on a pilot project. Keywords: Public Asset, Management Strategy, Green Sukuk, Public-Private Partnership
