Abstract

The speaking skills intended in this study are the skills to express the articulation sounds or language sounds to express, express, or convey one's ideas, thoughts and feelings to be understood by others. The purpose of this study is to describe the data on how the analysis of students' speaking skills on the theme of energy 6 and the changes in sub-theme 1 energy source class III SD Negeri 2 Bangoan. The research approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive. Related to data collection methods using interviews, tests and documentation. Interview and test methods are used to obtain information about students' speaking skills. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study revealed that the sample taken by the researcher was one male student and one female student said male students were more skilled at speaking than female students.

Abstract

The recearch is aimed to know about the influence of using of Contextual Teaching and Learning(CTL) model toward the result of IPS student in grade V at SDN 15 Ampang Gadang Agam The research design of the research is quasy exsperimental design. Sample of the research is class VA and VB. The coubting result of research of data that used is t testfounded t count> ttable(1,7583>1,68830)at α level of 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the plan, the learning process and the improvement of the student, learning achievemntin Social Studies in the grade V of SDN 20 V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman` The data of the research were the Lesson plan, the teacher and the student` activities, and the student` learning achievement. the result of the research indicated that from the first cycle to the second one, the score of the Lesson Plan Increased from 79% to 96%, the teacher`s aspect increased from 79% to 95%, the student`s aspect from 72% to 93%. keyword : Social Science learning achievement, Social Science learning process, Snowball Throwing

Abstract

This research purposed to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learnig process using Scientific Approach Grade II in Elementary School. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Subjects were teachers and 14 students. This research was consists of two cycles. The first cycle consists of two meetings and the second cycle consists of one meeting with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection .The result of planning observation in cycle I is 81,81% (B) and it increase to be 90,90% (A)  in cycle II. The result of teacher aspect observation in cycle I is 77,5% (C)  and it increase to be 95% (A) in cycle II. The result of student aspect observation in cycle I is 67,5% (C)  and it increase to be 90% (A) in cycle II. The learning outcomes in cycle I is 75(C) and it increase to be 88,21 (A) in cycle II. The research showed the scientific approach can improve the integrated thematic learnig process Grade II at Elementary School.

Abstract

The research background of the fact that learning in elementary school is often dominated by the teacher as a source of information based on observation the researchers found low student learning outcomes. Here researchers using CTL approach to improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research to improve learning outcomes approach Civics using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in class IV SDN 34 Pasar Durian Lubuk Basung Agam District. The study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses four stages of action, namely the planning, action, observation and reflection. The data source is the process of implementation of CTL approach learning in class IV Elementary School District 34 Pasar Durian Lubuk Basung Agam District. Subjects were fourth grade students totaling 16 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, field recording, and engineering tests. The results showed the first cycle I and II meetings that RPP obtained from the assessment scores 71.4 and 78.6, from the aspect of teacher earned a score of 70 and 81.8, from the aspect of the students obtained a score of 65.9 and 82, student learning outcomes acquired nilsi was 57.7 and 88 cognitive, affective values ​​63 and 94, while the value psikomotornya are 60 and 82. While on the second cycle of assessment scores obtained RPP 96.4, from the aspect of teachers obtained a score 95.5, from the aspect of the students obtained a score of 93.2, obtained students' cognitive nilsi was 96, affective value of 97, while the value was 86 psikomotornya , it appears that student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle II. Thus it was revealed that the use of CTL approach can improve learning outcomes Civics in the Elementary School fourth grade students 34 Pasar Durian Lubuk Basung Agam District. Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out about the significant effect of the use of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning technique on the learning result of Social Science subject of the 5th grade students of Semen Padang Elementary School No1. The type of research used in quasi-experiment using the design of non-equivalent control group design. The samples of this study were students of the 5th grader in 5A and 5B class of Semen Padang Elementary School No1. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. At the 5% significance level, the analysis result of the hypothesis test have  obtained tcalculation> ttable (2.44> 1.67). Based on the study results, it is concluded that there is a significant effect on the use of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning technique on the students learning results in the social science subject. Keywords: Two Stay Two Stray, learning result, social science

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe enhancement the learning outcomes of three dimension space with cooperative learning Jigsaw in elementary school. The kind of the research is classroom action research that use qualitative and quantitative approache including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this research are the teacher and 16 students of the fourth grade. The result of observation of RPP in first cycle is 81%, second cycle is 93%, teacher’s aspect in first cycle is 74%, second cycle is 96%, student’s aspect in first cycle is 75%, second cycle is 93%. Learning outcomes of student in first cycle is 70, second cycle is 88,13. In conclusion, cooperative learning Jigsaw can increase the student’s result in studying three dimension space.Keyword:   three dimension space, cooperative learning Jigsaw

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of thematic learning outcomes the student teams achievement model in the grade IV of SDN 56 Anak Air. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) that uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. Conducted in two cycles, with three meetings covering four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were researchers, teachers, and fifth grade students of SDN 56  Anak Air, totaling 30 people. The results of the study were: (1) the percentage of lesson plan observation was 79.16%, an increase of 94,44%. (2) Teacher activities 75%, an increase of 96,42%. (3) Student activities 75%, an increase of 96,42%. It can be concluded that the Student Teams Achievement model can possibly improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research begins from the reality at elementary school. Where the result of learning science is low, because this lesson stil convensional. This research is purpose to inprove the learning process so it can inprove the science result using contextual. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approach, which consists of the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Source of data is the process of the implementation of the learning science by using contextual approach is 4th grade of elementary school 03 Koto Bangun Kapur IX with the subject is teachers and 4th grade students. Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning with the cooperative model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) in class V SD Negeri 16 Kampung Nan VI, Lubuk Sikaping District. This type of research is classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study was a teacher (practitioner) and 20 students. The results showed an increase in a). RPP cycle I averaged 82.15% with Good qualifications (B) increased in cycle II 92.85% with Very Good qualifications (SB), b) Implementation in the teacher aspect of cycle I averaged 82.81% with qualifications Good (B) increased in Cycle II 93.75% with very good qualifications (SB). While the implementation of the aspects of students in cycle I averaged 81.25% with good qualifications (B) increased in Cycle II 93.75% with very qualifications  good (SB), c). Assessment of student learning outcomes in cycle I an average of 72.92 with sufficient qualifications (C) increased in cycle II 82.80 with good qualifications (B).
