Abstract

This study aimes to describe the increase in the implementation n by using problem based learning (PBL) mode.This study approach which are qualitative an quantitative. This type of research is class action. This research was conducted at 34 Public Elementary School, Air Pacah, Padang City. The results showed there were 1. the assessment of planning for implementation in cycle 1 75% and then to increase 93.75% in cycle 2.observation on teachers aspects in cycle 1 78.57% and the observation on teachers aspects in cycle 2 of 92.85%. on the  skills aspect of cycle 1 76.29% and in the aspects of the second cycle 85.5%.

Abstract

Purpose of this research was to describe plan, implementation, and increase of study resultspiece as ratio and scale with Problem Based Learning in fifth level elementary school. The kind of this research was Action Classroom Research with qualitative approach and quantity approach. Subjects of this research were students from fifth level in elementary scool who consist of 14 male and 9 female and also a teacher. This research was implementation on two cycle. It consist of plan, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of research indicated increase on a) Increase plan of first cycle was 76,79% up to 89,28% in second cycle, b) Implementation of teacher aspect on first cycle was 70% increased up to 90% and implementation of students aspect was 67,5% on first cycle and increased up to 90% on second cycle, c) Study result of students on first cycle was 73,30% and 81,69% on second cycle. The conclusion this research was learning  with Problem Based Learning can increased study results of piece as ratio and scale in fifth level elementary school.  Keywords: study results; piece as ratio and scale; problem based learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the student learning outcomes in the Civics learning used Cooperative Learning Type Think Paire Share (TPS) in grade V elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were teacher and students of  VA grades were 27. Research conducted in two cycles. The research procedure includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of this research I to II cycle. (a) Lesson plan. The cycle of I was 71,4% increased to 96.4% in the II cycle. (b) Implementation, teacher’s activity of I cycle was 73,2% increased to 95,8%. Students activity of I cycle had averaged was 71,4% increased in the cycle was 96,4%. (c) The students learning outcomes in the I cycle was 74,8 increased to II cycle wa 82,7. Therefore, Cooperative Learning Type Think Pair Share appoach can increase the students learning outcomes in the Civics learning in the VA grade of elementary school of 09 In Belakang Balok, Bukittinggi Town. Keywords: Learning outcomes, IPS, Model Cooperatife learning Tipe TPS

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to see the effectiveness of worksheets in the presentation material of lectora inspire-based data with contextual tecahing and learning approaches to learning outcomes of students in grade IV SD Plus Marhamah, Padang City. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of pre-experimental, one group research design pretest-posttest design, Purposive Sampling sampling technique, namely 22 students in the experimental class. The results of the study show that the experimental class students after using the worksheet on the presentation material of lectora inspire-based data with contextual tecahing and learning approach have a higher average value than the students before using the worksheet of students presenting lectora inspire-based data with a contextual approach tecahing and learning. In testing the hypothesis, the results obtained using the T-Test technique obtained tcount 5.98> ttable 2.07, at a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

This study motivated the low student learning outcomes in mathematics teaching material multiple small alliances (KPK). Research purposes to describe the Planning, Execution and Learning Outcomes Improvement Multiples Small Guild (KPK) to Approach Contextual Teaching Learning in Class IV of Padang Alai SDN 03. Methodology in this researched is a classroom action research, the quantitative approach used is qualitative. Observations obtained student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 66, while on the second cycle of student learning outcomes dikperoleh 87.21.   Keywords:  learning outcomes; commission; contextual teaching learning (CTL)

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to improve learning outcomes on fraction material in grade IV elementary schools. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were 16 students in grade IV SD N 01 Ladang Laweh. The results showed an increase. In the first cycle, the RPP observation results were from 83.7% to 93% in the second cycle. Implementation in the aspects of teachers and students in cycle I 81.7% to 92% in cycle II. The average assessment of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 75.5% to 86.8% in cycle II.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the improvement of reading comprehension ability by using the PORPE strategy on the 4th grade students of Elementary School No.34 Simpang Haru, Padang. Research subjects were teachers and 32 students in the 4th grade of Elementary School No. 34 Simpang Haru, Padang. This study is a classroom action research that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that the students’ ability in reading comprehension increased from 82,4 (Good) with 78,1% level of mastery in cycle I, to 90 (Very Good) with 95% level of mastery in cycle II. The percentage of improvement from cycle I to cycle II is 7,6 %. Based on these results, it is concluded that the PORPE strategy can improve the ability of reading comprehension of the 4th grade students of Elementary School. Keywords: Reading comprehension ability; PORPE strategy

Abstract

Purpose of this  research is to describe in creasins students achievement in social subject (IPS) on cooperative learning type group investigation (GI) model at grade students of SDN 17 KayuArokotapadang.This research use qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research are teacher and 22 students. The observation result for cycle I 73,2in crease on cycle II 92,9. The observation result for teacher aspect on cycle I 72,5 increase on cycle II 92,9. The observation result for students aspect on cycle I 70 increase on cycle II 87,5. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low of student learning outcomes in class V SDN 04 Latang Sijunjung Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of the results of integrated thematic learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class V SDN 04 Latang, Sijunjung Regency. The research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 21 students. The research location is SDN 04 Latang, Sijunjung Regency. The results showed an increase in: a) observation of RPP cycle I was 89.77% (B), cycle II 97.73% (A); b) observation of teacher aspects of cycle I 89.06% (B), second cycle 96.87% (A); c) observation of aspects of student cycle I 89.06% (B) and cycle II 96.87% (A); d) learning outcomes in the first cycle 76.69% (B +), and the second cycle 85.51% (A-).

Abstract

This study comes from the reality on the ground is at SDN 18 Sungai Aur that teachers use Cooperative Model Study Group Investigation (GI) so that the students are learning hard to understand the material properties of a flat wake, resulting in decreased student learning outcomes. Seeing the above phenomenon researchers interested in applying Cooperative Model Study Group Investigation (GI) to improve student learning outcomes in the classroom V SD. Research purposes to describe the plan, execution, and learning outcomes wake properties flat with Cooperative Model Study Group Investigation (GI) in class V SDN 18 Sungai Aur District Pasaman Barat. This research is action research, qualitative and quantitative research. consists of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The subjects were teachers and fourth grade students of SDN 18 Sunagi Aur District Pasaman Barat. The results showed Cooperative Study Group Investigation (GI) can improve student learning outcomes. The first planning meeting of the first cycle of 50% less criteria, implementation of aspects of teachers 59% less criteria and aspects of students' criteria 59% less, then continued in the first cycle II planning meeting 67% of the criteria sufficiently, the implementation of aspects of the 71% criterion of good teachers, and aspects of the students 62% criterion enough, then continued on the second cycle of planning aspect is very good 92% criteria, the implementation of aspects of teachers 93% criterion very well, and aspects of students 90% criterion very well, has been an increase from the first cycle of meetings I and II to second cycle. It can be concluded by using Cooperative Study Group Investigation (GI) improved learning outcomes. Kata kunci: peningkatan; hasil; belajar; model; kooperatif; gi.
