Abstract

The research aimed at improving students’ science learning outcomes by using Contextual Teaching and Learning civics using model Cooperative Learning Type Two Stay Two Stray. The subjects of the research were teachers and 16 four grade students. The research findings showed that there was such improvement. In cycle I obtained the average percentage of student learning outcomes 62,5% and in cycle II is 95%., the Cooperative Learning Type Two Stay Two Stray model approach can improve student learning outcomes in learning Civics in four grade  SDN 05 Koto VIII Mudik Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.key word : Result Study, Civics, Cooperative Learning and Two Stay Two                 Stray

Abstract

This research aims to improve the fifth grade students' natural science learning outcomes at elementary schools. The design of the research was class action research. It was done at SDN 21 Parak Kopi  Padang. The subjects were the teacher and twenty eight fourth grade students of the school. It is found that there are some improvements from cycle I to cycle II. The score of the lesson plan increased from 76.8% (B) in cycle I to 89,3% (A) in cycle II. In term of the teacher's aspect, the score enhanced from77,3% (B) in cycle I to 89,8% (A) in cycle II. Meanwhile, in term of the students' aspect, the score also improved from 78,4% (B) in cycle It 85,4% (A) in cycle II The score of the students' cognitive improved from 81,8 to 88,8. Their affective's score also increased from 66,3 to 84. Finally, their psychomotor's average score enhanced from 68.1 to 84. It can be analyzed that the average score of the students' learning outcomes increased from72 (B) in cycle I to 85,4 (A) in cycle II.

Abstract

The students’ result in 5th grade of elementary school 03 IV Koto Aur Malintang are still low. The cause is the teacher has not used a good method yet in teaching. This thesis is to describe the improvement of students’ result in learning civics through problem solving method at 5 grader SDN 03 IV Koto Aur Malintang. Abstract

The purpose of this research to knowing the differences in cognitive learning outcomes student of Mathematics Between Model Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) with model Realistic Mathematic Education (RME). This type of research is a quasi experiment research with non equivalent control group design. The sample in this research is class VA and VB SD 38 Lubuk Sao. Teknik data collection using test. Test the hypothesis in this study using the formula t-test. Based on the results showed that the average of the CTL class was 83,63  and the RME class average was 77,125. Based on the calculation of t test (t-test) on posttest obtained tcount (5,12) >  ttabel (1,69). As Ha is accepted, is mean differences in cognitive learning outcomes student of Mathematics Between Model Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) with model Realistic Mathematic Education (RME).

Abstract

 The purpose of the research is to describe the improvement of Integrated Thematic Learning Proccess by using Problem Based Learning Model at grade IV SDN 12 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. The subjects of the research were teachers (observers), researder ( practitioner) and the students grade IV SD Negeri 12 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. The result of the research showed that there was an improvement of integrated Thematic Learning process using PBL Model at cycle I and II. The Average of percentage of Teacher in designing Lesson plan improved from 74,5 % categorized fair to 95% categorized very good. The average a percentage of teachers’ activity improved from 75 % categorized fair to 94% categorized very good, Furthermare, the average of percentage of Students’ activity improved from 72,5% categorized fair to 95% categorized very good. Hence, Problem Based Learning model can improve students’ Integrated thematic learning process grade IV SDN 12 VII Koto Sungai Sariak.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the increased learning outcomes of integrated thematic learning using NHT-type cooperative learning models in elementary school V-grade. This research is a class action research with a Model NHT type can improve the results of integrated thematic learning in class V SDN 16 Tarok Dipo qualitative and quantitative approach to the subject of this study is teacher and 22 students. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, I conducted 2 × cycle meetings, and the II cycle consisted of 1 meeting time. Through the implementation of the NHT type Cooperative learning Model, student learning outcomes experienced an increase from cycle 1 to cycle II i.e., 64% in I cycles increased to 91% in cycle II. Abstract

The research was conducted because of low science learning result in the fourth grade of Elementary School 31 Batang Barus Solok, and a classroom action research (CAR), consists of two cycles, four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This study is using Discovery Approach. It showed an increase in learning result, cycle I 68.43, second cycle of 77.62. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Cooperative Learning Model through Talking Stick on the integrated theatic learning outcomes of the fifth year elementary school students in Elementary School Cluster 4 in Padang Timur Sub-District, Padang. This study used a quasi-experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The sample of this study was the fifth year elemtary schol students in Elementary School Cluster 4 in Padang Timur Sub-District, Padang.18 students at Class VB of SDN 35 Parak Karakah were chosen as the experimental class, and 22 students of SDN 17Parak Karakah were chosen as the control class. The results of this study show that the average pretest score of the experimental class is 54,07, and the average pretest score of the control class is 54. Meanwhile, the average scores of the both the experimental class and control class are 84,07 and 64,94, respectively.furthermore, the results of the analysis of the hypothesis testing at a significance level of 5% are tcount>ttable (6.13 > 2,024), soit can be concluded that using Cooperative Learning Model through Talking Stick elementaryschool students in Elementary School Cluster 4 in Padang Timur Sub-District, Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is increase the result of students learning by using investigation group teaching (gi) for grade 5th at elementery school or SDN 23 Marapalam. The subject of this research is students grade 5th and a teacher, for this occasion, the researcher as a teacher and the total number of this research students. The result of this research point out uprading such as:  (a) RPP in 1st cycle, te result score average is 71,42% (B) and 2nd cycle become 89,23% (SB). (b) Assesment of students aspect in 1st cycle is 74,99% (B), as the result score average and 2nd cycle become 93,18% (SB). (c) The result of students score in 1st cycle is 73,85%(B), as a score average and 2nd cycle become 90,90% (SB).(d) Student learning outcomes in cycle I with an average of 67,53% (C) in the second cycle increased to 83,71% (B). It indicates that the result of students score in category social studies learning is improved by using investigation group model.Keywords: group investigation; social studies learning

Abstract

AbstractThe researchis animed to improve the students’ learning outcomes in learning the Social Study Subject by using the Cooverative, Think Pair and Share Model at5th grade of SD Semen Padang 1. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Subject of this research were teachers (practitioners) and 21 students. The result of this research shows an excalation from cycle I to cycle II on :a) planning of 7.2%, b) implementation, teacher aspect and student aspects of 19,6%, and c) student learning outcomes of 8,7%. It can be concluded that used Cooperative Model Type Think Pairand  Share can improve students achievement in learning social study of elementary school. Keywords :  Learning outcomes, Social study, model
