Abstract

Indofood is engaged in the distribution of food and beverages, which faces business competition with several other companies. This study aims to identify patterns and trends in big business data, predict future behavior and trends, and provide insight into ongoing business performance using data mining. This article discusses the application of data mining at PT. Indofood to analyze sales data and see which sales are most in demand by consumers, especially sales of food and beverages. Qualitative and clustering methods are used in this study, and the application applied can assist companies in making decisions to improve product sales models. The benefit is that it makes big data analysis easier and provides insight into processed sales data. In this study, the results obtained in the form of applications that can assist companies in making decisions to create a better product sales model.

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality and Officer Performance on the Level of Community Satisfaction in the Implementation of Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) Padang Panjang Barat District With Facilities As Intervening Variables. The total population in this study was 1,073 people while the sample was 130 people. With using the age of Hair et al, Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale model and then being tested for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Smart PLS method. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). service quality has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction in the Implementation of the Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) in Padang Panjang Barat District b). The performance of officers has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction in the Implementation of the Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) in Padang Panjang Barat District. c). service quality has a positive and significant influence on the facilities in the Implementation of the Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) in Padang Panjang Barat District. d). the performance of officers has a positive and significant influence on the facilities in the Implementation of the Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) in Padang Panjang Barat District. e). The facility has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction in the Implementation of the Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) in Padang Panjang Barat District. f). service quality cannot be mediated by facilities on community satisfaction in the Implementation of the Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) in Padang Panjang Barat District. g). the performance of officers cannot be mediated by facilities on community satisfaction in the Implementation of the Online District Village Service Program (LAKON) in Padang Panjang Barat District Keywords: Service Quality (X1) Officer Performance (X2) Facilities (M) and Community Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of lifestyle on product purchase decisions using the e-money application "shopee pay", (2) determine the effect of consumptive behavior on product purchase decisions using the e-money application "shopee pay", (3) determine the effect lifestyle and consumptive behavior on product purchasing decisions using the e-money application "Shopee Pay". This research method is included in quantitative research with associative causal research. As for data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The population in this study is PGRI Madiun University students who use the "shopee pay" e-money application. The sample in this study was 126 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 which showed that variable X1 had a significant effect of 52.3% partially. While the variable X2 has a significant effect of 6.8% partially. While the rest is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

E-Kinerja was created by the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment which has been implemented at the State Personnel Agency since 2016. This digital-based system innovation was formed in order to make it easier for employees to input their daily performance results which are expected by appraisers to have convenience in supervising and assessing employee daily performance which has been listed in the State Civil Apparatus Act No. 5 of 2014. This study aims to be able to describe how employee performance analysis is produced by the existence of e-performance applications. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research. The location of this research is in Lubuk Sikarah, Solok City. The technique used by researchers in determining informants is purposive sampling technique with data collection techniques including interviews, observations and documents. While the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study indicate that the analysis of employee performance based on the e-Kinerja application at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office has been said to be good, but there is still a need for improvement in terms of human resources, and support from superiors in order to create more effective and efficient performance.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that a corporation decides voluntarily to contribute for better society and clearer environment. A corporation could identify its stakeholders and internalize needs and values into strategic decision-making process and corporate’s ethics operation. CSR is one of ethics items in building long term performance. CSR is what should be or what corporation must do for society. By implementing CSR, society will feel secured and CSR is needed to cope vertical and horizontal conflicts. Therefore, CSR could strengthen corporate’s reputation and business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of price on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (2) To determine the effect of facilities on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (3) To determine the effect of location on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (4) To determine the effect of information quality on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (5) To determine the effect of price, facilities, location, and quality of information on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students. . This research method is included in quantitative research with the type of associative causal research. As for data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The population in this study were PGRI Madiun University students who used boarding houses. The sample of this research is 152 respondents. The results showed that variable X1 had a significant effect of 14.2% partially, variable X2 had a significant effect of 17.6% partially, variable X3 had a significant effect of 14.7% partially, and variable X4 had a significant effect of 22.7% partially. While the rest is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of price on purchase intention, (2) determine the effect of product quality on purchase intention, (3) determine the effect of brand image on purchase intention, (4) determine the effect of promotion on purchase intention, (5) determine the effect of price, product quality, brand image, and promotions on buying interest. This research is included in the quantitative research with the type of associative causal research. The population in this study were 178 consumers of Chako drink. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 123 respondents. In this study, data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used was the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially there is a positive and significant influence between price on purchase intention of 18.4% (2) partially there is no positive and significant influence between product quality on purchase intention (3) partially there is a positive influence and significant relationship between brand image and purchase intention by 60.2% (4) partially, there is a positive and significant influence between promotion and purchase intention by 33.1% (5) simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect between price, product quality, image brand, and promotion on purchase intention of 60.4%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the effect of work period on work productivity, (2) determine the effect of work environment on work productivity, (3) determine the effect of job satisfaction on work productivity, (4) determine the effect of work period, work environment, and job satisfaction work on work productivity. This research method is included in quantitative research with comparative causal research. The sampling technique used is the sample population where the entire population is sampled. The population in this study were all Family Planning Environmental Extension Officers (PLKB) in Madiun Regency, totaling 46 PNS employees and 6 non-PNS employees with a total of 56 employees where all of these employees would be the sample in this study. Data were analyzed using variable test, prerequisite test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially there is a positive and significant influence between tenure on work productivity 9,8, (2) partially there is a positive and significant effect between work environment on work productivity 9,7, (3) partially there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on work productivity 3,1, (4) it can be concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between tenure, work environment, and job satisfaction on work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP students of PGRI Madiun University in terms of the influence of the campus environment, family environment and family economic education. This research is expected to be a means of broadening horizons and additional reference sources as well as knowing the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP students of PGRI Madiun University empirically. This research uses a quantitative approach using numbers or scales. This study used a sample of 280 students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The results of the study are (1) The campus environment has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP students of PGRI Madiun University. (2) The family environment has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP students of PGRI Madiun University. (3) Family economic education has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP students of PGRI Madiun University.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of price on customer satisfaction in baso aci acila, (2) determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in baso aci acila, (3) determine price and service quality on customer satisfaction in baso aci acila. This research method uses quantitative research with SPSS version 26 as a data processing tool. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and documentation. Isindetal sampling is used as a technique for sampling. The population in this study are baso aci acila customers. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the price variable test (X1) on customer satisfaction variable (Y) partially indicates a significant positive reaction. The results obtained are based on the results of the t test with a value of 0.000 <0.05 which indicates a positive result and H1 is acceptable. The partial test of service quality variable (X2) on customer satisfaction variable (Y) also shows a significant positive reaction. The results obtained are based on the results of the t test with a value of 0.000 <0.05 which indicates a positive result and H2 is acceptable. the results of the f test simultaneously show that the price variable (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with fcount > ftable 3.092 simultaneously showing positive results and H3 is acceptable. This explains that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) can simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at baso aci aila in Gulun, Madiun City.
