Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload on employee turnover intention. This research method is quantitative, and the population used is employees of PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia with a sample size of 50 respondents to Business Unit X employees. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, literature study. The instrument test results in this study used multiple regression analysis, t test, and then f test and the results obtained from this study are that on the Job Stress variable (X1), positive and significant results are obtained for the employee turnover intention variable (Y), which can be interpreted as having high work stress for employees, so will high turnover intention. the workload variable (X2) has a positive and significant relationship to employee turnover intention, which means that there is a high workload, the higher the turnover intention.

Abstract

It is hoped that this research can determine how much influence Salary and Work Inspiration have on the Implementation of City Representatives in the Ciampea Region. This kind of exploratory strategy is a quantitative technique. The instruments used in this study are important information obtained from the survey and optional information from the Ciampea area profile connection. The population in this study are sub-area workers and cities in the Ciampea region. Tests in this study using a quantitative strategy with an example of 50 respondents. The consequences of testing the test equipment using different direct relapse investigations, half-way speculation testing (T) and concurrent theory testing (F), which shows that there is a very large impact between remuneration and work inspiration on the performance of representatives with the consequences of various relapse checks of Y = 1.923 + 0.130 X1 + 0.0393 X2. The results of the work preparation t test were obtained at t count 3.234 > t table 2.0117, so at that time ho1 was disbanded and ha1 was recognized, where there was an influence between Remuneration on Representative Implementation. While the result of the work inspiration t test is obtained t count 5.643 > t table 2.0117, this means that ho2 is omitted and ha2 is recognized, where there is an influence between work inspiration and representative implementation. Moreover, the result of the f test obtained f count 16.727 > f table 3.20 this shows that ho3 is rejected and ha3 is recognized, where there is a synchronous impact on Representative Execution.

Abstract

In investing in shares is not just about including capital into a company, but it is necessary to conduct an analysis to find out the performance of the company, especially in fundamental and technical analysis. The fundamental factors used are variables Earnings Per Share while the technical factors used vary Trading volume, market capitalization, and book value to the market.This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of variables Earning Per Share, Trading Volume, Market Capitalization and Book to Market Value on the Stock Price of the Banking Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data and the analysis methods used are panel data regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that partially the variables Earning Per Share, and Market Capitalization have a significant positive effect on stock prices while the variables Trading Volume and Book to Market Value do not have a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously the variables Earnings Per Share, Trading Volume, Market Capitalization and Book to Market Value have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

In West Sumatra Province, judicial power within the religious judiciary is carried out by the Padang High Court of Religion and 18 work units of the Religious Courts throughout West Sumatra. Court service is an activity in the context of fulfilling service needs for the community, specifically justice seekers based on the laws and regulations and the principles of public service. As an institution with the principles of public service, the judiciary must continuously improve organizational performance. Improved organizational performance will be achieved by increasing the performance of the apparatus on duty in each work unit within the judiciary. Factors that affect the performance of the judicial apparatus can be internal and external factors. This study aims to reveal the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of the judicial apparatus with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Religious Courts of West Sumatra. The subject of the study was the apparatus of the Religious Courts of West Sumatra as many as 106 people were determined using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model of 5 alternative answers. Data analysis was performed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which was operated based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with three independent variables and one dependent variable. This study found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the judicial apparatus, while job satisfaction had no effect on the performance of the judicial apparatus in the Religious Courts of West Sumatra, however, organizational culture and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the judicial apparatus in the Religious Courts of West Sumatra. Meanwhile, work motivation does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with the performance of the judicial apparatus in the Religious Courts throughout West Sumatra.

Abstract

Garbage is the residue of human daily activities and/or natural processes in solid form. Waste can come from various activities such as household waste, agricultural waste, building waste, trade and office waste, and industrial waste. The amount of waste stockpiles in Payakumbuh City until June 2023 is 100,386 tons per day. With details (1) Waste transported to the Final Processing Site (TPA) every day is 83,862 tons without segregation, (2) Waste processed at TPS3R is 0.252 tons with 6 units of equipmen, (3) Management at the unit waste bank 0.041 tons, (4) management at the main waste bank 7 tons, (5) Informal sector/ lapak as much as 7.4 tons, (6) Magot as much as 0.31 tons, (7) A total of 1.52 tons of waste has not been managed properly. Of the total amount of waste disposed of at the Temporary Final Processing Site (TPAS), 60 percent is organic waste. This study uses a qualitative technique with a grounded theory approach. The author conducted direct interviews with internal parties (Bappeda Payakumbuh City) and external parties (Tool Manufacturers, Equipment Users and the Environment Agency) to determine the impact of using a mobile organic waste counter machine in reducing the amount of organic waste in Payakumbuh City. Based on the research results, it was found that the coding scheme consisted of 41 codes that formed 9 categories and gave rise to 4 themes with a total score of 41. The highest score in coding was 23 on the theme of technology use. So it can be concluded that the use of technology greatly affects the reduction of organic waste in Payakumbuh City.

Abstract

“Puber Anak Melania” is a Program of the Payakumbuh City Government, in this case the Population and Civil Registration Office as a new innovation in providing convenience in obtaining family cards, birth certificates and baby identity cards for the people of Payakumbuh City. It is an acronym for "Pulang Bersalin Anak mendapat Akta Lahir dan Identitas Anak". This innovation program is a collaborative program with the Payakumbuh City Population and Civil Registration Office with RSKIA, Community Health Centers and independent practicing midwives throughout Payakumbuh City for mothers who give birth in health facilities in Payakumbuh City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Puber Anak Melania service innovation program in accelerating birth certificate ownership in Payakumbuh City, the inhibiting factors and to find out the efforts made by the Payakumbuh Population and Civil Registration Office using a grounded theory approach. Based on the research results, the authors concluded that the implementation of Puber Anak Melania Service innovation was quite effective. Even though there were obstacles such as the parents had not prepared the documents and requirements for issuing a birth certificate, the parents' data and documents had not been valid, and the baby's name had not been prepared by the parents so that the issuance of the birth certificate could not be processed. "Puber Anak Melania" is a Program of the Payakumbuh City Government, in this case the Population and Civil Registration Office as an innovation in providing convenience in obtaining family cards, birth certificates and baby identity cards for the people of Payakumbuh City. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the implementation of the service innovation "Melania Childhood Puberty" has been going well but the results have not been optimal, namely there are obstacles such as documents and requirements for issuing birth certificates that have not been prepared by parents, data and documents of parents are not yet valid, and names the parents had not prepared the baby so that the issuance of the birth certificate could not be processed.

Abstract

The movement of people from one place to another is getting faster and wider, this is indicated by the large number of residents who are not native to a certain area but live and settle in that area for a long time. These residents are called non-permanent residents. With the increased mobility of non-permanent residents, it is necessary to describe the condition and development of non-permanent residents as well as the availability of data on non-permanent residents in provinces, districts/cities. The Payakumbuh City Population and Civil Registration Office as the implementing agency is responsible for carrying out non-permanent population data collection. This is in accordance with Permendagri Number 14 of 2015, that Implementing Agencies are district/city government apparatus that are responsible and have the authority to carry out services in Population Administration matters. However, the implementation of Non-Permanent Population Data Collection is not easy, and has not been fully running well. This study aims to identify what are the obstacles in collecting data on non-permanent residents. The analysis carried out includes the coding stage, the concept formation stage, the categorization stage, and the theory formation stage. The findings show that external influences greatly affect the low data collection of non-permanent residents in the city of Payakumbuh

Abstract

The policy of bureaucracy simplification through the transfer of structural positions (level IV) to specific functional positions designated by the Central Government, which is applied comprehensively to both the Central and Regional Governments, has significant impacts on Civil Servants (PNS) who undergo such position transfers. The Regional Development Agency (Bappeda) of Kota Payakumbuh is one of the Local Government Institutions that has implemented the transfer of positions from structural to functional. This study uses SWOT analysis with the grounded theory method to understand the impacts of this transfer on the career, position, income, quality, and competence of individuals, as well as the work motivation of Civil Servants in Bappeda Kota Payakumbuh after the implementation of this policy. The research findings show that the positive impact of transferring positions from structural to functional includes the opportunity for faster career advancement, which is supported by several factors such as professional recognition, a strong organizational structure, clear job evaluations, and a well-defined job map

Abstract

The following developments in new technology, especially e-commerce, have reached all areas of the general public and businesses in Indonesia where these developments affect existing market conditions resulting in customers having high impulse buying. Impulse buying is the decision to buy an item that is carried out quickly or spontaneously. The following study aims to know and analyze the Effect of Access Speed and Brand Ambassador on Impulse Buying of the Shopee Application to North Sumatra State Islamic University Students. The following research is quantitative research through the population, namely all students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The sample in the following study amounted to 100 respondents through sample assessment techniques using the formula presented by Umar. The techniques used in the following study are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of research show that Speed of Access and Brand Ambassadors simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. While partially, Access Speed has a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, the Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on the Impulse Buying of the Shopee application to students of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the appropriate strategy used by Bappeda in implementing regional development planning services. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a grounded theory approach as a research model. Data collection was carried out by researchers by conducting semi-structured interviews, field observations, document analysis and literature studies. By conducting a SWOT analysis and a grounded theory approach, an explanation was found regarding the strategies needed to provide the best service for the implementation of regional development planning. Based on the results of the study, 14 coding forms 11 categories and simplified into 3 themes with a total score of 25. The highest score for coding is the service theme. It takes the right strategy in implementing regional development planning services in order to produce quality plans. From this grounded theory approach a new understanding can be found that "To produce quality planning documents, Bappeda needs to provide services in terms of planning to Regional Apparatuses related to equalization of perceptions in carrying out each planning process", because this creates opportunities and strengths from the Bappeda organization that is utilized to carry out regional development planning services in order to produce higher quality plans
