Abstract

In the face of an increasingly changing and rapidly developing environment, companies and brands must adapt quickly to remain relevant and well known in the eyes of consumers. Two key elements that are emerging and increasingly popular in order to increase brand awareness are effective digital marketing and company collaboration with influencers. In order to understand and increase brand awareness, it is important to identify the factors that influence brand awareness. This research was conducted to determine and analyze the application of digital marketing strategies and collaboration with influencers in increasing brand awareness. This research method was carried out using a descriptive analysis approach using qualitative methods and literature study by examining theories in books and online journals. The research results show that digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness can be carried out through the use of social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing and relevant online content. Meanwhile, influencer collaboration in increasing brand awareness can be done through steps, namely understanding the Influencer's target audience and influence on their followers, selecting relevant Influencers, as well as creative and authentic content.

Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor supporting organizational success. The success or failure of an employee is contingent upon adherence to standards that gauge their work and evaluation within the supervisory framework established by the company. This study aimed to assess the impact of standard operating procedures and supervision on the performance of employees at Bank BRI Unit Otista. Employing a quantitative research method with an explanatory approach, data were gathered through a questionnaire. The study revealed a substantial influence of standard operating procedures on employee performance, with supervision also exhibiting a significant impact. Abstract

This research discusses organizational planning and control of global marketing operations in the context of Company (G), an information technology company with marketing operations in Indonesia. This research data illustrates how the company manages organizational planning and control of its global marketing operations. Using qualitative research methods, using a literature study approach. This research obtains an in-depth understanding of how Company (G) plans and controls its global marketing operations. The research results show that this company has a matrix organizational structure that allows coordination between global and local marketing teams, as well as policy adjustments to local marketing strategies according to local market needs and preferences. The use of integrated operational control systems and information technology is key in monitoring and managing the company's global marketing performance. However, Company (G) is also faced with various challenges, including coordination between global and local teams, adapting marketing strategies to different local needs, human resource management, compliance with local regulations, and risk management. By considering these challenges and leveraging the advantages of information technology, Company (G) can improve its global marketing performance and remain a relevant player in the information technology industry in the global market.

Abstract

This scientific paper discusses the influence of the use of communication tools on myopia refractive disorders at the Ulak Karang Community Health Center, Padang City. This study aims to find out: (1) whether there is an influence of gadget use on myopia refractive errors at the Ulak Karang Community Health Center in the city of Padang. (2) determine the factors causing the use of gadgets to increase the degree of myopia refractive error at the Ulak Karang Community Health Center in the city of Padang. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study were all purely optical patients in Padang City with a sample of all patients who experienced myopia caused by gadgets, namely 40 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire, then the data was discussed in accordance with the theory proposed in the literature review. The results of this research showed that the average frequency of respondents who answered the questionnaire items with the answer "Yes" which indicated myopia refractive error due to the influence of gadgets was 30 people with a percentage of 75%. The total average frequency of respondents who answered the questionnaire items "No" was 10 people with a percentage of 25%. Based on the research results, it can be seen that 28 (85%) people play gadgets for quite a long time and 12 (15%) people rarely use gadgets. The high percentage of people who use gadgets for a long time can be seen from the answers. Most people nowadays can't be separated from gadgets, whether it's to search for information or to play games or so on. Apart from all that, we have to keep our eyesight in check so that we don't experience interference.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of consumer psychology on facilities and trust on the decision to use air transportation services at the Djalaludin Gorontalo Airport Management Unit Public Services Agency. The quantitative method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that consumer psychology has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions. Strong consumer psychology will increase the speed of consumer decision making. Trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions. If consumer trust is high in the company, consumer decisions will be faster. Facilities have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions. The completeness of the facilities will speed up consumers' decisions in choosing which services to use.

Abstract

Good performance is needed by every company to achieve the goals that have been set. The study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at LPD Pakraman Pedungan. Research population of all employees of LPD Pakraman Pedungan as many as 32 employees. The technique of collecting research samples is saturated sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research organizational commitment (X1), work environment (X2), and compensation (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance LPD Pakraman Pedungan. Hypothesis testing results: H1: organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (significance value 0.013 < 0.05). H2: the work environment positively and significantly affects employee performance (significance value 0.008 < 0.05). H3: compensation positively and significantly affects employee performance (significance value 0.032 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, customer satisfaction, and brand image on the decision to use air transportation with Lion Air at Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport. The sample consisted of 99 Lion Air air transportation users, all of whom were respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Lion Air Air Transportation, Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Lion Air air transportation, Brand Image has a positive and non-significant effect on the Decision to Use Lion Air Air Transportation, and Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Air Transportation with Lion Air at Djalaluddin Gorontalo Airport.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs in Nagari Kinali, and the use of social media as an intervening variable. Respondents in this study consisted of 83 MSME players in the culinary field. Researchers set four hypotheses that were tested to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and social media on the performance of MSMEs in Nagari Kinali. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Nagari Kinali. In addition, social media also has a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Nagari Kinali. However, the results also show that entrepreneurial orientation has a more dominant influence on MSME performance compared to social media variables. This study also highlights the importance of entrepreneurial orientation in improving MSME performance, although the role of social media cannot be ignored either. The implication of these findings is the importance of MSME players to pay attention to and developing entrepreneurial orientation in an attempt to improve their business performance in today's digital era.
