Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. This study examines the mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. This research is included in the mixed method research where both quantitative and qualitative are used. The research method used in this research is an unbalanced mixed method (concurrent embedded design) conducted on farmers in Mulyoagung Village. The research sample was taken using the quota sampling method with the sample size calculator as the method for determining the number of samples. Data collection was carried out online through a questionnaire form for 2 months on 219 farmers in Mulyoagung Village. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. as well as for qualitative research using documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that there is a direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. Not only that, there is a mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. Abstract

Advances in technology such as the presence of social media require companies to be able to adjust in carrying out their activities such as marketing using influencer marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions for the Makassar branch of Chaca Burgo. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting observations, questionnaires, and interviews. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method that used SPSS data processing results to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the influencer marketing variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. So that the better influencer marketing is in carrying out promotions, the purchasing decisions by consumers will increase.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to ascertain how the level of service at Cafe Banua Coffee in Makassar City affects customer satisfaction. The research method utilized in this file is a quantitative research approach with an associative research type. This study found that service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction at Café Banua Coffee in Makassar city. Quantitative research is a research method based on the positivist philosophy, used to examine specific populations or samples. Data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. This suggests that the business might raise client happiness by enhancing the caliber of services offered.

Abstract

As it expands, modern retailing must always be able to adapt to the lifestyle trends in society and understand the aspects that influence consumers' shopping behavior by implementing a unique store concept. Shopping has become a habit for some people, including women, who are becoming more numerous and financially empowered. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and in-store displays on impulse buying among female consumers who use and buy branded fashion products at the UNIQLO store in Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying and in-store displays had a significant effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Through customer satisfaction at Marinar Café Makassar City, this study aims to analyze the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and product variants on consumer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach to collect data from 100 respondents who are customers of Marinor Café in Makassar City. Participants in this study were all visitors to the Marinor Cafe in Makassar City. Path analysis (Path analysis) is the data analysis method used. The findings show that customer satisfaction at Marinor Café Makassar City is positively and significantly influenced by store atmosphere, service quality, and product variants. Therefore, it can be said that customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality and product variety on customer loyalty, but does not mediate the effect of store atmosphere on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the composition of shares that can be formed into an optimal portfolio of IDX High Dividend 20 shares listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2022 using the single index model. (2) Knowing the proportion of funds that must be invested in each of the IDX High Dividend 20 shares listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period which forms a portfolio. (3) Knowing the amount of return and risk from the optimal IDX High Dividend 20 portfolio recorded on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2022 using the single index model. The sample of this research is 29 company shares selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation. Data analysis technique uses a single index model.The results of this study indicate that there are 12 company shares included in the optimal portfolio, namely ADRO of 11.9%, BBCA of 8.7%, BBRI of 2.5%, BMRI of 13.1%, LPPF of 3.5%, ITMG of 11.3%, PTBA of 0.6% , TOWR 0.5%, DMAS 2.2%, ANTM 14.5%, HEXA 25.3%, and MPMX 5.9%. The expected return that investors get from the optimal portfolio formed is 0.0279 or 2.79% per month. The portfolio risk borne by the investor on investment from the optimal portfolio is (portfolio variance of 0.0144 or 1.44% and a standard deviation of 0.12 or 12% per month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether role stress has an influence on the performance of nurses at the Faisal Islamic Hospital in Makassar City. The population in this study was 23 people, so a saturated sample was used to take the population as the sample. Data collection used by using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the role stress variable (X) has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses (Y) at Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar City. Based on the results of the regression test, it was found that role stress (B = -0.586 and Sig. 0.000) had a negative and significant effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This sample was taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which can be accessed via the website (www.idx.co.id), the research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method of 22 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from financial reports that have been audited and published by manufacturing companies listed on the 2019-2021 Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data collection is done by using Documentation technique. In this research, the data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used in this study include: Using Descriptive Statistical Tests and Difference Tests (Paired Sample T-Test) The results of this study indicate that it is concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. NPM, ROA, and ROE underwent significant changes after the pandemic, indicating a decrease or increase in the financial performance of these companies. These results indicate the need for companies to adapt their business strategy and financial management to face the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the continuity and profitability of the company in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, the subjects in this study were 51 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of -3.055 where <t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The results of the study show that compensation has no significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of 0.615 < t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.541 > 0.05. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 11.859 > 3.19 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.565 + 0.302 X1 + 0.155 X2 +e and the significant effect of F count 41.345 > F table 3.094 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.471 indicates that 47.1% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of sales promotion and brand awareness, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables not included in the this research. Based on this description.
