Abstract

Job search apps like KitaLulus are essential in helping graduates find jobs based on their skills and interests. Sentiment analysis is needed to understand user opinions about the KitaLulus application. The Naive Bayes method is used in this analysis because of its high efficiency and accuracy. This research used 597 data and achieved an accuracy rate of 91%. The eval_uation results show positive sentiment values for precision, recall, and f1-score of 0.99, 0.94, and 0.97 respectively. On the other hand, the model performance is low for negative and neutral sentiments. The aim of this research is to increase user understanding of the KitaLulus application and provide valuable assistance to developers in their efforts to improve the quality of the application.

Abstract

Monetary policy is a policy set by the central bank to influence the circulation of money in the economy, which is reflected in the development of the money supply, interest rates, credit, exchange rates, and various other economic and financial variables. This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of women's rights in the Manpower Law on the level of welfare of women workers in the industrial sector. In the context of gender inequality that still occurs, it is important to explore how existing regulations can improve women's living and working conditions. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample consisting of female workers in several industrial companies. Data was collected through surveys that assessed the understanding and implementation of women's rights in the workplace, as well as their impact on their well-being. Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques to test the hypothesis proposed. The results of the study are expected to provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of existing policies and their contribution to improving the welfare of women workers. The findings are also expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and companies in formulating better strategies to support women's rights in the industrial sector.

Abstract

Financing is one of the main functions in Islamic banking, the risk that can occur in such financing is non-performing financing or Non-Performing Financing (NPF). This study aims to determine the factors that affect the NPF of Islamic commercial banks in the period 2018-2022, the variables used in this study are Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Inflation, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP), this study uses a quantitative approach, using panel data regression analysis with the Generalized Least Square (GLS) estimation method. Partially, the CAR variable has a positive effect on NPF, the FDR variable has a negative effect on NPF, while the Inflation and GDP variables have no effect on NPF

Abstract

The projected increase in the number of telecommunication towers in Indonesia by 100% by 2026 reflects the rapid growth in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, driven by increasing data demand and the adoption of 5G technology (WCA, 2021). In the Asia-Pacific region, similar demand indicates a huge opportunity for the expansion of this industry. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (Mitratel) is one of the companies that excels in the Telecommunication infrastructure industry in Indonesia. This study uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, which is effective in measuring the efficiency of organizational units in various fields. The results show that in five years of observation, Mitratel managed to achieve full efficiency in almost all years of observation, with high efficiency level results comparable to PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk. Meanwhile, the annual efficiency level for Indus Towers and China Tower is quite volatile, although it remains at a high value. Trend analysis and Pearson Correlation coefficient between average efficiency and input/output variables show that the current assets, non-current liabilities, and CAPEX variables have a significant influence on Mitratel's efficiency with a negative correlation, while the current liabilities variable has a significant influence with a positive correlation.

Abstract

Ad hoc organizers such as PPK, PPS, PPLN, KPPS, KPPSLN, Panwascam, PKD, Overseas Panwaslu, and TPS Supervisors are pioneers in the process of organizing elections in Indonesia. Therefore, the selection process carried out must be honest, fair, and independent to make ad hoc organizers professional and integrity. To create a professional election administration with integrity, regulations or guidelines are needed so that the ad hoc body has guidance in working so that the election administration carried out produces independent elections. The method in this writing is a qualitative descriptive method. The main data collection that the author uses in this article is a journal on Election Management. Article analysis uses analysis content. The result of this research informs us that in the ad hoc election body selection process, there are still several regulations issued by the KPU and BAWASLU that are still less efficient in the election ad hoc body selection process which results in the selected election organizers being less qualified. This article hoped to provide input on the process of holding elections in the following year.

Abstract

Under Presidential Decree No. 60 of 2021, on National Priority Lakes Rescue, Lake Sentani is one of 15 priority lakes to be rescued. In the annex to the President's regulation, it is mentioned to date about 90 tons or ± 5 m/year of sediment entering Lake Sentani with a total count of 62,0679.78 tonnes/year entering lake Sentani, with a storage capacity of 1,782 billion/m3. The water supply of Lake Sentani is obtained from the supply of 14 large and small rivers. With a slope inclination between 0% - 40% of the amount of sediment transported during the rainy season causes the decline in water quality and the high erosion that occurs. This study aims to find out the impact of land-use change and the effect of sediment control buildings on the number of sediments that enter Lake Sentani. From the results of the analysis the impact of land use change before the construction of the sediment control building based on the analysis carried out by the Papua River Regional Hall the known potential sedimentation rate is of 0.6 mm/th whereas the potential sedmentation rate analysed after the existence of the building of the Sediment Controller is of 0.012 mm /year. This indicates a change in the rate of potential Sedimentation entering the lake of sentani affected by the building sediment operator. When it rains with repeated flooding Q20, Q25, Q50 and Q100 years with conditions of 1 (one) sediment control building so that it can be judged to be a very heavy erosion class with land loss of more than 280 tons/ha/years with a potential sedimentation rate thickness between 2.55 mm/years to 2.85mm/years.

Abstract

In the current digital era, Instagram is not only a place to share personal moments but also a political arena where individuals participate in discussions, campaigns, and other political activities. This research aims to understand the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) on social media, Instagram, among Generation Z during the 2024 presidential election using Alfred Schutz's phenomenological theory. This research employs the phenomenological method, where data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The study uses an interpretive paradigm to allow the researcher to observe and understand the meanings, values, and behaviors of Generation Z in using Instagram to spread campaign tweets and even comment during the 2024 presidential election. The results of this research show that Generation Z feels a greater desire to use Instagram during the presidential election period. FoMO is a common experience among the informants, particularly related to the fear and anxiety of missing out on important information or discussions happening on Instagram during the 2024 presidential election. The FoMO experienced by the informants indicates a pressure to always stay up-to-date with the latest information, which can negatively impact the informants.
