Abstract

This research aims to know, describe, and analyze the quality of human resources in the Nendali Village Office, East Sentani District, Jayapura. In this study, the researcher uses the Human Resource Quality Theory that has been adjusted and modified to meet the needs of the research. The researcher applies a qualitative approach because the object of this research involves the activities or actions of individuals or several office officers in carrying out their duties as public servants. Qualitative research methods are used to study the condition of objects naturally, in contrast to experiments, where the researcher plays the role of the main instrument. The data collection technique is carried out through triangulation (method combination), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the research results focus on interpretation. Based on the analysis of theories and findings in the field, it can be concluded that the quality of human resources at the Nendali Village Office, East Sentani District, has not fully met the expectations of the community, so improvements are still needed in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to present an in-depth study of the role of children's literature as a medium for internalizing cultural values and exploring social issues. The aspects discussed in this research are obtained from library research on related research, then presented with descriptive analytical methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that children's literature with the mission of dulce et utile (entertaining and useful) plays an important role in the practice of character education, introducing cultural values, and sharpening sensitivity to social issues. The interaction between children and children's literature usually requires the role of adults as facilitators of literary works, especially in the pre-literacy phase which does not allow children to read literacy symbols independently. The practical implications that need to be considered by parents and teachers relate to four major classifications, namely considering the relevance of the work to the child's condition; adjusting the formulation of language content to the language skills of children/learners; using illustrations/intonation in the delivery of literary works (especially for children/learners who are not yet able to read independently); and providing direct assistance when children/learners interact with literary works. The mission of literature as an evocator of human consciousness (especially children, in this context) requires collaboration from various parties. Parents, educators, children's literature writers, and even the government as policy makers need to play an active role and realize the urgency of implementing children's literature in their learning.

Abstract

Administration in a company is essential. Every day, the administration department is bustling, submitting damaged goods and negative stock. However, there are shortcomings in the administrative process, which still uses a manual method, namely using a logbook, so that the queue to submit damaged goods and the completion of stock minus becomes long and inefficient. The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to the administrative process problems. One way to increase the speed of the administrative process is to implement a digitalization system that employees can use. The data collection method used in this study is by conducting observations and interviews with employees. The implementation of this study is to make two app-sheet-based prototypes that cover the needs in submitting ADF for damaged goods and minus stock so that, from the results of this implementation, the administrative process runs quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

Fluctuations in the price of broiler eggs can have an impact on decreasing people's purchasing power, so a form of price control through forecasting is needed. The existence of missing data in broiler egg price data can interfere with the accuracy of forecasting results. This research is carried out in two stages. The first stage is handling missing data. Missing data handling is done by comparing two methods, namely the linear interpolation method and the simple moving average (SMA) method. The second stage is forecasting with the autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) method. The objectives of this study are to handle missing data on the data of broiler egg prices with linear interpolation and SMA methods, evaluate the results of the comparison of missing data handling methods, forecast future broiler egg prices, and evaluate the results of forecasting. The data used is daily data on the price of broiler eggs in Bogor Regency / City in the period January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2023, as much as 1,826 data. The results of the comparison of missing data handling methods showed that the linear interpolation method is declared better with an accuracy value using MAPE of 0.005%. The results of forecasting the price of broiler eggs show that the forecasting results with the ARIMA (1,1,3) model follow the actual data pattern, with a MAPE accuracy value of 0.601%; it is stated that the forecasting performance has performed well.

Abstract

The increasing challenge faced by guitar major students in mastering classical guitar techniques highlights the need for innovative approaches in music education. Many students transitioning from acoustic or electric guitars struggle with fundamental classical guitar techniques such as posture, hand positioning, and specific playing techniques like tirando and pizzicato. This research aims to address these challenges by developing a structured approach to creating classical guitar ensemble works tailored for the Jakarta Enam Senar extracurricular group. The importance of this research lies in its potential to enhance the compositional and performance skills of students, fostering their ability to contribute to ensemble repertoires and strengthening their understanding of classical guitar techniques. The study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach, complemented by Practice Led Research to bridge theoretical and practical knowledge. Techniques such as composition workshops, expert-led discussions, and iterative practice sessions were utilized to refine the students' skills. The findings demonstrate significant improvements in the students' ability to create and perform classical guitar ensemble works. The research concludes that structured creative practices and theoretical grounding are essential for overcoming technical challenges and inspiring innovation in music education. These results contribute to the development of effective pedagogical strategies for classical guitar education and provide a model for integrating creative practices into music curriculums.

The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique involving 150 active respondents on social media. Data was collected through a questionnaire with the Likert scale. The results of the validity and reliability test show that the research instrument meets quantitative research standards. Correlation analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between online customer reviews and consumer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.569. Positive reviews increase consumer confidence, while negative reviews decrease buying interest although the impact can be minimized through quick and professional responses from sellers. In conclusion, online customer reviews play an important role in creating consumer satisfaction, so companies need to manage these reviews effectively to maintain customer loyalty in the digital age.

Abstract

Tax revenue is the main source of state revenue, but disputes often arise related to the application of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAs). These disputes generally revolve around the fulfillment of administrative requirements, especially the inclusion of a Domicile Certificate (SKD). This research aims to analyze the application of material and formal legal principles in two Tax Court decisions, namely PUT-001293.35/2020/PP/MXVIIIA Year 2022 and PUT-004868.13/2021/PP/MXIIIB Year 2022, as well as the implications for legal certainty and taxpayer protection. The research uses normative juridical method with statutory, case, and conceptual approaches. Data is obtained from literature studies in the form of laws and regulations and legal doctrines. The results show that decisions that prioritize material legal principles provide substantive justice but have the potential to weaken the application of tax regulations. Conversely, decisions that prioritize formal legal principles provide legal certainty by emphasizing the importance of fulfilling administrative requirements. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the need for a balance between substantive justice and legal certainty in the application of P3B. Implementing regulations, such as PER-25/PJ/2018, are important instruments to ensure P3B is used appropriately and prevent misuse, thus supporting the optimization of tax revenue
