Abstract

Indonesia's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises sector in 2022 will reach 9.1 million. One of the MSMEs developing in Indonesia is furniture at the East Jakarta Furniture Industry Center. Based on researchers' observations of furniture workers at the East Jakarta Furniture Industry Center, many workers still work without personal protective equipment, and the working environment conditions are poor. Testing has been carried out. In tidying work activities such as sanding, the worker's body posture can cause work fatigue, which causes accidents and work-related illnesses that cause losses. They are proving the effect of work posture on work fatigue of furniture workers in the furniture industry center. This research design was cross-sectional, and the sample size in this study was 127 respondents, with data collection using a reaction timer and questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate tests, bivariate tests, and multivariate tests. Multivariate analysis results show that work posture factors (p=0.002) have an influence on work fatigue after being controlled by work climate factors (p=0.012), history of illness (p=0.06), and workload (p=0.09) with a value of 0R = 4.061. Entrepreneurs/employers should provide short chairs, drinking water, and exhaust fans, conduct regular health checks, and regulate workload. The government strengthens labor supervision and makes regulations that require periodic health checks and company compliance to participate in BPJS.

Abstract

This research concludes that from the Al-Qur'an perspective, the maritime concept with a blue economy perspective is an integral approach, where the utilization of marine resources, which are referred to as al-Bahr and al-yam in the Al-Qur'an, needs to integrate several aspects interrelated maritime affairs. Reduction of one maritime aspect can result in ineffectiveness in dealing with the complexity of maritime problems as a whole. The framework used in this research includes the following aspects:First, Aqidah: Humans are seen as caliphs who are responsible for the universe that Allah rules. Second, Sharia: Maritime natural resource utilization activities must be in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. Third, Morals: Improvement with adaptive innovation for the efficiency of natural resources, fair distribution, and consumption that does not damage or waste natural resources. This research supports the views of several figures such as Robert Maltus, Langdon Gilkey, Seyyed Hossein Nasr, Donella H. Meadow, Arne Naess, Edith Brown Weiss, and Gunter Pauli, who emphasize the need for wise management of natural resources for sustainability. The research method used is a qualitative method with the Tafsir Maudū'i (thematic) interpretation method. This research differs from the views of several figures, such as Hugo Grotius, Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Immanuel Kant, and Garret Hardin, who have different views regarding natural resource management. Thus, this research proposes a holistic approach based on Islamic values in viewing and managing marine resources to achieve economic and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) has become a challenge for the media world. Even though they have been declared cured, some Covid-19 survivors still have health complaints. Abnormal symptoms, signs, or clinical parameters that persist two weeks or more after the onset of COVID-19 and do not return to their initial healthy state are potentially considered long-term effects of the disease. Although such changes are primarily reported in people with severe and critical illness, lasting effects also occur in individuals with mild infections that do not require hospitalization. This study aims to explore the role of antioxidants on the pathogenesis of Covid19 and its relationship with SOD1, 2 and 3 genomic variations. Getting alternative biomarkers for long covid19 detection. Research Method: The research sample is blood and questionnaires that will be taken from respondents affected by Covid19 a maximum of 6 months before data collection is held. Furthermore, DNA isolation, DNA amplification, cutting with restriction enzymes, and DNA band documentation with gel electrophoresis will be carried out. Symptoms related to systemic are the most common symptoms found in respondents with Long Covid19. A total of 8 respondents had systemic related symptoms, namely weakness, lethargy and sweating, while skin-related complaints were found in three respondents and one respondent had lung-related complaints. Abstract

The State of Indonesia could be a nation that, in its improvement, puts forward the concept of good and solid natural perspectives recorded within the Structure Article 28H passage (1) and Article 33 passage (4) of the 1945 Structure. In this manner, Indonesia's natural administration and protection concept must have a Allow. Amdal. One of the things within the Work Creation Law No. 11 of 2020 that raises a problem is the expulsion of the article with respect to the commitment for an Natural Allow; within the Work Creation Law, Natural Grants are not entirely directed. In any case, to get a business allow, the candidate must get a choice with respect to natural feasibility. The substance of the Natural Allow contained within the UUPPLH has been changed to gotten to be an natural assention within the Work Creation Law. The issues contained in this article examine natural things contained within the Work Creation Law, look at issues of natural authorizing related to human rights, and give recommendations for advancements with respect to the environment within the Work Creation Law based on MK Choice No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, with the comes about of the trial uncovering the truth that the arrangement of the Work Creation Law did not give space for open cooperation. Indeed in spite of the fact that the Work Creation Law remains conditionally valid, if within 2 a long time the Work Creation Law does not make enhancements, the Work Creation Law will be declared unconstitutional. So, the modification of the Work Creation Law after the Sacred Court's choice with respect to the environment must organize human rights and maintainable improvement that's ecologically sound, especially by obliging  environmental permit obligations in the form of an Amdal.
