Abstract

This study aims to describe the most common types of English and Simalungun suffixes found in narrative texts and find similarities and differences. The author uses descriptive qualitative research to obtain valid data. After investigating the data, the writer found several findings based on the analysis of the types of English suffixes and simalungu n.English suffixes have four types; nominal, verbal, adjective and adverbial suffixes. There are one hundred and three suffixes that are categorized as suffixes in simalungun language. In contrast, there are one hundred and seventy-four endings which are categorized as endings in English. The writer finds differences and similarities between the two; it depends on their breed. In English suffixes and Simalungun languages suffixes have adverbial suffixes. The same type of suffixes in English and Simalungun are that both have suffixes that form nouns, verbs and adjectives.

Abstract

The purpose of developing game-based mathematics teaching materials in the early grades is to increase student motivation and interest in learning and to be able to help students think logically in solving problems. And improve students' ability to apply difficult mathematical concepts. Because there are so many educators who focus more on learning mathematics that use learning resources from textbooks that contain material and formulas that do not explain real mathematics learning. thus causing boredom and boredom, it is necessary to apply the development of game-based mathematics teaching materials. Where there are several game development methods that need to be applied in the classroom: math duel and ice breaking. So that by developing this game method, students' interest and motivation in learning will be more enthusiastic and there will be no more boredom in the classroom. As well as increasing students' self-confidence in dealing with mathematical tasks or problems and increasing students' ability to work in teams or socialize with classmates.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the guidance and counseling management applied to SMAN 2 North Sangatta, this research uses a qualitative approach. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis used in this study is an interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in the study were school principals, counseling teachers, subject teachers and students. The results showed that guidance and counseling management at SMA 2 North Sangatta consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising had been carried out quite well but there were several obstacles. (1) Planning, the BK program is based on an analysis of student needs, is flexible, but not yet based on environmental analysis (2) BK is organized, the division of tasks is in accordance with the mechanism but is constrained by time constraints, and still does not have a special schedule for meetings between BK teachers and the elements involved. involved in the organizational structure due to insufficient time, (3) Implementation, the counseling program uses a 17 plus pattern, but some services have not been carried out optimally because the ratio of counseling teachers and students has not been balanced, namely 1:150 students, so program implementation still prioritizes things that are incidental, (4) BK supervision both from internal and external has been carried out but there is no schedule related to the evaluation is still based on needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is that the writer intends to find out the effect of the habituation of the Duha prayer in congregation on the social piety of class VII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Bandung. This research is motivated by the idea that the habit of praying dhuha in congregation can affect social piety. Therefore the hypothesis put forward is that the higher the habit of praying dhuha in congregation, the higher the social piety. The method used is descriptive correlational method. As for data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Then to analyze the data using a statistical approach.

Abstract

This research generally aims to see the application of the question and answer method of learning as an effort to improve student learning outcomes in Fiqh lessons. Learning is a process or a person's efforts to gain additional knowledge, understanding, skills and attitudes, which are the result of interaction with the environment. One way to see whether the learning process is effective or not is to carry out learning evaluation activities, where students' abilities can be measured whether they have met the teacher's expectations or not. In this study the focus is on testing the theory (quantitative), hypotheses are formulated from the framework of thinking in the form of statements. Technically, the process is known as operationalization. The hypothesis is a temporary answer to the research questions posed to the problems that have been tested. The clarity of the relationship will make it easier for the statistical test model to be used. In this study, the temporary conclusion from the observations was that there was an effect of the application of the question and answer method on improving the learning outcomes of MI students in fiqh subjects at MI Persis 259 Firdaus Pangalengan

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that one way to foster bertasamuh is through Islamic Religious Education and Character Education which has an urgent role in shaping the character of students, an effort to meet the demands of the modern era where all elements of society are responsible for creating lasting peace. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Primary data source for Islamic Religious Education teachers. Secondary data: supporting books, journals and websites. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: The internalization program is implemented in the form of daily programs, weekly programs, monthly and annual programs. Apart from the programs above, this was followed by several learning programs based on religious moderation which were included in the learning material in class, namely: Organizing corpses for class XI, Hajj, Zakat and Endowments for class dissemination of the moderation program to GPAI Bandung city. Meanwhile, implementation in developing an attitude of religious moderation is carried out through three processes, namely value transformation, value transaction and value transinteralization.

Abstract

Learning outcomes have an important role in the learning process. Learning outcomes are used to determine the extent to which students can understand and understand the material provided. There are so many aspects that affect learning outcomes, including motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlative descriptive method. This study was conducted with questionnaires and test results on 30 respondents (students) SMKN 7 Bandung City. As for the processing and analysis of data with statistical analysis techniques SPSS V. 25. The results of the study, showed, that: There is a positive and significant and linear relationship with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) between the Learning motivation variable and the learning outcome variable of 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant correlation relationship between the two variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internalization of students' disciplinary character values at SDN Taman Pagelaran Bogor Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a phenomenalogical type of research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that: 1.) The efforts of SDN Taman Pagelaran Bogor Regency in improving the character of student discipline are starting from a school policy, the enforcement of the rules of SDN Taman Pagelaran Bogor Regency, discipline by forming a disciplinary enforcement team, instilling discipline awareness in students by applying discipline attitudes every day so that it becomes a habit, instilling a disciplined character through several activities; 2.) The implementation of internalization of students' disciplinary character values at SDN Taman Pagelaran Bogor Regency is instilled through several activities including: Introduction Week, Monday ceremony, morning tadarus and extracurricular; 3.) The results of internalizing the disciplinary character of students at SDN Taman Pagelaran Bogor Regency are: students are more orderly &aware of discipline and the activities of SDN Taman Pagelaran Bogor Regency run smooth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Development Of Project Based Learning (PjBL) Learning E-Modules Using Sigil In The Subjects Of Vocational Basics Of Students In Class X Software And Game Development (PPLG) At SMK 1 Singkarak Even Semester Year Teaching 2022/2023. This study uses the development model (ADDIE) with the following development steps: (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation and (5) Evalurate. The research subjects number of 31 people. The whole research on validator test On E-Modules Uses Sigil In The Basic Subjects Of Vocational Class X PPLG At SMKN 1 Singkarak by 92.73%, with very valid interpretation used. The research subjects number of 31 people. Overall practicality test research on E-Modules Using Sigil In The Basic Subjects Of Vocational Class X PPLG At SMKN 1 Singkarak by 93.81%, with very practical interpretation of use. The results of the overall effectiveness test of the effectiveness of the effectiveness of E-Modules Using Sigil In The Basic Subjects Of Vocational Class X PPLG In SMKN 1 Singkarak 89.29% are very effective. In the subjects of vocational basics, students of class X Software and Game Development (PPLG) at SMKN 1 Singkarak have been tested for feasibility, excellence, and can be used in learning activities in the subjects of vocational basics in class X PPLG in SMKN 1 Singkarak.

Abstract

This research aims to determine member satisfaction with the training program and services provided by trainers at Queen Gym Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta. Member satisfaction is related to consistency in training according to the program prepared by the personal trainer. The different training programs provided certainly affect the level of member satisfaction between one member and another. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all members of Queen Gym who used personal trainers. The sample in this study was fitness members who used personal trainers at Queen Gym. The instrument used to measure the level of member satisfaction with training programs and services is a questionnaire. In this research, the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical methods. The results of the study on member satisfaction with the training program and services provided by trainers as a whole were 56% satisfied. Based on each dimension, namely tangibles, 70% of members are satisfied, the reliability dimension is 54% satisfied, the responsiveness dimension is 68% of members are satisfied, the assurance dimension is 58% satisfied, and the empathy dimension is 58% of members are satisfied. satisfied. Thus, the level of member satisfaction with the training program and services provided by trainers at Queen Gym Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta is in the satisfied category.
