<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the MINING POLICY CONFLICT: Recruitment of Local Workers in Morosi Industrial Estate, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The focus of the study is to find the design of mining policies and the impact of mining as well as the adoption model for the application of mining policies in the recruitment of local workers in the Morosi Industrial Estate. This type of research is qualitative with an analytical descriptive design, used to collect data by researchers and present descriptive data with in-depth analysis. This research was conducted in the administrative area of the Morosi Industrial Estate which is within the territory of the Konawe Regency Government of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results of the study explain that the Konawe Regency Government is able to take advantage of opportunities to increase regional economic growth even during the Covid-19 pandemic by opening up investment opportunities and massive employment through collaboration with PT. VDNI and PT. OSS. The dynamics of mining conflicts in the recruitment of local workers can be minimized so that the Konawe Regency Government and the Konawe people feel that it is a reduction in unemployment and poverty. Furthermore, currently, the adaptation that can be done by the Konawe Regency Government is to increase the competence of the local community of prospective workers according to the needs of mining companies]]>

<![CDATA[The main purpose of this study is to review the current literature on the implementation of a learning management system (LMS) from a student perspective during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, we develop a conceptualization and development of a hypothesis related to the implementation of (LMS) by using a unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Using a qualitative literature review, we establish a new model and six hypotheses regarding the relationship between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, personal innovativeness, LMS adoption, and learning performance. This model can be examined by future research.]]>

<![CDATA[Hungary is a European Union (EU) member state that has received international attention for its migration policy. While other EU member states assisted each other in accepting the refugee relocation program in response to Europe's immigration crisis, Hungary refused it. This cannot be separated from Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's leadership figure. As a result, the purpose of this article is to analyze why Hungary's migration policy is so stringent and restrictive. Using framing theory and qualitative analytical methodologies, this article proves that the Hungarian government purposefully constructed a xenophobic narrative platform. Furthermore, the renewal of migration strategies has always been restricted, as evidenced by the existence of: amendments to the Government Decree and the Asylum Act; rejection of the EU's mandatory quota system; and the existence of a selective-racism and deeply-rooted racism within the Hungarian state.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Utilization of the Kendari City Government Website as a Public Information Media. The method used in this study is qualitative, the informants in this study were five people. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Kendari City government website as a medium of public information, namely; The role of the Kendari City Government website has been quite effective in providing information to the public. The government's own role for the website is quite effective where the role of the website is as a manager, regulator, controller and supervisor. For interactions within the Kendari City Government website have not yet occur directly in the website but through the portal of the application available in it, for example between the government with the community, government with business environment, government with government, and government with employees.]]>

<![CDATA[The research have a purpose to analyze the implementation of e-government policies in Sedayu District government in the concept of "Sedayu Smart District". The study used a qualitative descriptive method by intering various government stakeholders in Sedayu District and the Communication and Information Agency of Bantul Regency. The research was also carried out by searching primary documents in the form of Sedayu sub-district government documents, and secondary documents in the form of news in various media. The study found that the implementation of Sedayu Smart District in the concept of "Jagoriko" was poorly planned, lacked coordination, lacked monitoring and evaluation. Implementation of policies is less institutionalized and dependent on the leadership so that it is less sustainable. The lack of policy implementation has led to the grand design of Bantul Smart City which refers to the 6 pillars of the target of e-government development in local government. Improvements need to be made in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating Sedayu Smart District policies in order to remain sustainable. <![CDATA[This study discusses the population problem with the parameters of birth rate, death rate and population movement (migration). This research was conducted in North Rupat District. The purpose of this study is to describe the population profile in the North Rupat sub-district by describing through fertility, mortality and migration data and to analyze the Family Planning Program which also targets the Akit Tribe Indigenous Community in North Rupat District. This study uses a qualitative approach at the level of data collection and analysis. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, surveys, and observations in Titiakar Village, Ayu Forest, and Tanjung Medang. The results of this study indicate that in the aspect of implementing the Family Planning (KB) program, several challenges that need immediate intervention were identified, such as the limited choice of family planning methods, preferences about the gender of children based on mythology, motivation for family planning and local leadership factors. Several practical/policy implications are presented in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Bali is one of the region in Indonesia experiencing an upmost severe impact of Covid-19 pandemy. Policies formulation and implementation were done in unideal condition. The evaluations from the public opinion are really needed. This study captures the public's response over the policy of pandemic handling in Bali which is focused on the aspects of: (1) health, (2) tourism economy, and (3) social welfare. The method used in this study is survey conducted on 1.540 respondents spread all over Bali. The margin of error is 3% at the confidence level of 95%. The results showed that public values the performance of Bali Government is lower than national scores (66%). Good satisfaction numbers are shown over the health aspect (62%). Balinese rate over economic and public welfare sectors are valued as 42%. This research also found that public's response over Bali Province government policies in pandemic handling are related with the pandemic impact on respondents household financial situations.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze and find the supporting and inhibiting factors of regional financial accountability and specifically regarding regional expenditures for the North Luwu district government. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive type with data collection techniques including primary data and secondary data. The results of the study which were analyzed based on the four elements of accountability according to Jonathan Koppel showed that the Transparency Dimension still had weaknesses in terms of timeliness in budget preparation and access to public information. Dimensions of Liability, where the consequences of misuse of the budget for employees who are not actively working are required to be returned in the amount of Rp. 91,848,019. In the Control Dimension, the Internal Inspectorate Supervisor is still not optimal, such as the low value of the follow-up to the findings of the BPK-RI that has been completed, while the DPRD supervision is quite good. Meanwhile, the responsibility dimension is still lacking because there is an expenditure budget that is used in vain and does not bring outcomes, such as equity participation in PDAM Luwu Utara. The last dimension is responsiveness, which can be seen from 1464 proposals for musrenbang only 606 proposals are accommodated. In addition, there are also supporting and inhibiting factors in the accountability of North Luwu Expenditures.]]>

<![CDATA[The current era of globalization also demands progress from all aspects that greatly support the needs of everyday life. One of them is the development of education or education related to this matter which is able to have a positive impact on students. The purpose of this study was to determine how self-efficacy and emotional intelligence affect career decision making for final year students of the UPN "Veteran" East Java administration study program. This study uses a quantitative approach. The researcher used the Linkert scale with 5 points in linear. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, there are several conclusions. The results of the study have shown that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of self-efficacy on career decision making. There is a positive and significant influence between emotional level intelligence variables on career decision making. And there is a significant positive effect, the hypothesis testing of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on career decision making is accepted. Thus the conclusion is that there is a significant positive effect simultaneously on self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on career decision making]]>

The principal as a pedagogical supervisor must be guided by the objectives of the pedagogical supervisor, namely to improve teaching and improve the quality of teacher work. In this case, government policies, regulations or programs related to education supervision are needed. Therefore, this study aims to identify government policies and programs in the field of school supervision. The data collection technique used is a literature review with qualitative research methods. This study concludes that government policies and programs in the form of driving teacher programs act as wheels to change education for the better in the future and can reproduce quality supervisors.]]>
