The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the strategy of the UPTD Production Forest Management Unit (KPHP) Unit VI Muna Island in tackling Illegal Logging in West Muna Regency. Using qualitative methods, this research data were obtained from interviews and documentation studies with the determination of informants by purposive sampling and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis methods. The results showed that the strategy of KPHP Unit VI Muna Island in tackling illegal logging activities in West Muna Regency was fairly good where in the context of protecting forest areas, a system of collaboration with the community is carried out both preventively and repressively. Then there are patrol activities in forest areas, socialization with the community in order to educate the community about forestry law, and cross-agency cooperation. To support these activities, transportation facilities are provided in the form of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. In addition, the development of human resources is also carried out through education and training.

Gender equality (SDGs 5) is one of the goals to be achieved in the agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), various problems are still found in the form of gender-based discrimination and inequality in society. Relying on the Scopus database, this study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to investigate, analyze, and present the latest academic literature that focuses on gender equality in sustainable development goals. A total of 74 final documents were determined from 2020-2021, based on the results of network analysis from VOS Viewer, it is known that 3 clusters discuss these issues such as gender equality in the economy, challenges in women's leadership in organizations, women's political participation, women's empowerment and reproductive health. impact on equality in employment opportunities. Thus encouraging the participation of women and girls so that they enjoy equal access to education, economic resources and political participation, and decision-making at all levels is a prerequisite for achieving sustainable development goals.

The purpose of writing is to determine the potential of West Java Millennial Farmers in Boosting the National Economy through the Export of Plantation Products. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and document studies. Then analyzed using the opinion of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The results showed that West Java millennial farmers had a contribution to IDR. 163.335.866.450 (5.89%) of the total export of IDR. 2,768,897,950,950 in boosting the national economy through the export of coffee plantation products, coconut, and their derivatives as well as palm sugar. With current technological developments, the millennial generation can be adaptive to technological developments to be implemented in the agricultural sector, so that the potential of West Java millennial farmers can be developed through technical guidance on cultivation, harvesting, post-harvest, and marketing of plantation products by utilizing digital information technology. In the implementation of the millennial farmer program in West Java, it should be preceded by more intensive socialization by the implementing team and other stakeholders so that it is understood and supported by various levels of society that its implementation is efficient in the use of resources that are factors of production and more effectively achieves the target of increasing income

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of local government policies in education development in island areas. This type of research uses case studies. The design of this case study by placing Laonti Subdistrict as the setting (place), object (actor), and event (activity) implementation of these policies. An informant is a subject who is considered capable of providing information on the problem under study. This research data collection technique is through observation, document studies, and interviews. Data analysis in this study was carried out during the data collection lasting until the moment of drawing conclusions. The results showed that there are five local government policies as a form of intervention against the problem of low quality of education and uneven distribution of services, namely: (1) construction of new school units in the form of opening one-stop elementary-junior high schools, (2) increasing teacher professionalism, (3) curriculum design & local content, (4) increasing community participation through school and community-based management, as well as (5) empowering the UPTD Office of the Laonti Sub-district Education Office. The implementation of government policies, in general, has not been running optimally. Because in dealing with education in island areas with the complexity of the problems in it, a special approach or special policy is needed by paying more attention to geographical factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance Evaluation of the Woerahi Village Government Apparatus in public services. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this study were 3 (three) BPD members, 3 (three) village government officials and 4 (four) community leaders consisting of religious leaders, traditional leaders, youth leaders and community leaders. This study uses qualitative data analysis where the existing data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation are analyzed by descriptive methods with inductive thinking. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Woerahi Village government apparatus has not gone well. The work commitment of the Woerahi Village apparatus in working is still low, this makes the discipline of the apparatus in implementing the principles of public service not going well. The timeliness of the Woerahi Village government in working is also still not optimal. The convenience of the Woerahi Village government services is also not optimal. However, the quality of services provided by the Woerahi Village government is quite good, the quantity of services provided by the Woerahi Village government is also quite good. In addition, the effectiveness of the use of technology and resources is also quite well done by the Woerahi Village government. The independence of village officials in carrying out their duties is also quite good

This study aims to determine, analyze and prove that employee work loyalty at a property company in Kendari City is partially influenced by flexible work arrangements, work-life balance, employee engagement. The research design used quantitative research with a field survey approach, Data analysis used SEM based on Partial Least Square with the help of Smart PLS Software. 3. The results of the study show that: (1) Flexible work arrangements do not have a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty meaning that every time there is an increase in indicators on flexible work arrangements it does not significantly affect employee work loyalty.(2) )Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee work loyalty at a property company in Kendari City, meaning that every time there is a change an increase in indicators on work-life balance can affect employee work loyalty,. (3) Employee engagement does not have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, meaning that every time there is an increase in the indicators of employee engagement it does not significantly affect employee engagement. affect work loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Poedak application program that has been running so far. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by describing phenomena or events that occur in the field. The research focus is related to the effectiveness of the Poedak application program using Budiani's theory (program objectives, program outreach, program objectives, and program monitoring) and the implementation of services using the Poedak application, including the supporting and supporting factors. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews, document collection, and visual documentation materials. The results obtained in the study showed that the Poedak application program was running quite effectively based on the indicators used by the researchers. However, there are several achievements that have not been maximized. There are several points that need to be improved so that it can be said to be optimal. As in the socialization of the program that is carried out less optimally. Through the research process carried out, several suggestions were found that researchers could provide, namely by optimizing the socialization of the Poedak application program to the public, adding information on the official Disdukcapil website about the Poedak application program, and clarifying procedures and administrative rules related to filing services online.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is very important for companies, especially by companies whose operational activities have an impact on the community and the surrounding environment. Especially mining companies are important to carry out CSR programs. CSR implementation is carried out as a form of corporate social responsibility. This research provides an overview of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implemented by PT.Antam, Tbk. Explained in the study of literature from the economic , social, and environmental aspects. The realization of CSR in the economic aspect is realized by PT. Antam, Tbk by contributing to the community and the Government which aims to increase the economic independence of sustainability and prosperity and contribute to the Government through the payment of non-tax state revenues (PNBP), taxes, and royalties amounting to Rp758.81 billion. Efforts to combat poverty in the Company's operational areas are realized in the Partnership Program in the form of capital assistance to foster partners. Enviromental aspects by ANTAM implements Good Mining Practice covering aspects healthy and work safety, environment responsibility, community development, post mining plan. CSR Antam is important because in addition to building a positive image by company for the welfare of the community so that there is a harmonious relationship between the company and the community as part of the stakeholder.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) in South Buton Regency. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method through observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study were four people from the government of Lapandewa Jaya Village, and three people from the community as recipients of self-supporting housing stimulation assistance. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of self-help housing stimulation assistance in Lapandewa Jaya Buton Selatan Village still has several obstacles, namely during the implementation process the recipient provides help from workers or labor from other people who are paid, while there is no budget for renting construction workers, as well as a relatively low budget. small to build thus affecting the quality and time to build, so what the government needs to continue to encourage at this time is evaluating the recipients of Self-Help Housing Stimulation Assistance and ascertaining how many other low-income people who cannot afford to have livable homes to be proposed as candidates for assistance recipients Stimulation of the next stage of Self-Help Housing.

This study aims to examine the effect of work effectiveness and efficiency on organizational performance in the Social Agency of Kendari City. This type of data are quantitative data sourced from 49 respondents using questionnaires as a data collection technique. The data surveyed consisted of 16 dimensions from variables of work effectiveness, work efficiency and organizational performance. The data was processed using the SPSS Version 25 statistical package program and analyzed with multiple regressions. The results showed that the effectiveness and work efficiency of employees had a significant effect on the organizational performance of the Social Agency. The better of work effectiveness and efficiency of employee, the more positive impact on improving the current work of the organization which is characterized by increasing the quality and productivity of services, more creative innovation and the use of information systems to speed up and simplify work
