This paper aims to understand how educational supervision is to increase teacher professionalism and how efforts can be made to improve teacher professionalism. This paper uses a qualitative method with analysis from various literature studies. Data analysis techniques according to Miles Huberman and Sandana (2014). The results of the study prove that the impact of educational supervision has an effect on improving the quality of teacher professionalism. In addition, the principal also plays an important role in the professional improvement of teachers. Principals must be able to be good consultants for teachers by providing assistance in solving problems or difficulties experienced by teachers. To increase teacher professionalism, a school principal is also expected to be able to provide input that can help teachers.

This paper discusses the influence of socio-cultural construction on women's political representation in Jambi Province. Women continue to be underrepresented in the public sphere, particularly in politics. In three districts in Jambi Province, namely Merangin Regency, Kerinci Regency, and Sungai Penuh City, there is no representation of women in the 2019 election results. This study was carried out using a descriptive quantitative method, which began by mapping the indicators of socio-cultural construction. According to the findings, 225 people out of 300 respondents stated that they did not vote for female legislative candidates in the 2019 election due to the strong patriarchal culture in the three districts, as well as the lack of popularity of female candidates due to their lack of activity in public spaces thus far. Another factor is women's low participation in party membership; political careers are viewed as more appropriate to pursue if they begin as partisan party cadres.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of the local government in developing tourism in Central Buton Regency and to find out the factors that hinder the local government in developing tourism in Central Buton Regency. The technique used in this research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of library research and field research using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Development Efforts in Central Buton Regency are divided into three namely a) making regulations, b) providing facilities and infrastructure and c). making plans while the Obstacles to Tourism Development Efforts in Central Buton Regency are divided into five namely a). Lack of Community Participation in the Tourism Sector b). There is no Attractive Promotion System yet, c) Limited work facilities and infrastructure at related agencies and tourist attractions, d) Lack of cooperation with investors, and e). Limitations and lack of maintenance of tourist attraction supporting facilities.

The decline in the PPKM level that occurred in Pekanbaru City from a high status to a normal level is interesting for further discussion. This study aims to explain and analyze government collaboration in the implementation of the Policy for the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) implemented in Pekanbaru City in 2021. In this case, the author uses a qualitative approach with sources of information derived from information from informants (community), journals. research journals, and news available on online mass media that have been proven for their credibility. The entire data obtained by the author through interviews, observations, and document tracing were then analyzed using the collaborative governance process theory. The results of the study indicate that in the successful implementation of PPKM policies in Pekanbaru City, there is a series of collaborations carried out by stakeholders involved in the success of the policies implemented, be it the central government, local governments, POLRI, TNI, Satpol PP, medical personnel to the community. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the involvement of all stakeholders had a good influence on the continuity of the PPKM policy in Pekanbaru City at this time. It can be said that collaboration plays an important role in the successful implementation of public policy in an area.

This study aims to determine the management of restaurant taxes and their contribution to local revenue in the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through literature review and field research, obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The research location is the Regional Revenue Agency of Kendari City. The results show that the restaurant tax management carried out by the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency so far has been quite good but still not optimal, it can be seen from the presentation between the target and the realization of restaurant tax revenues from 2018-2020 experiencing fluctuations and in 2019 the achievement is very far. of the specified target, as well as the last 3 years the contribution of restaurant tax to Regional Original Income (PAD) is very small. This is because there are still many obstacles experienced by the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency in managing restaurant taxes. These obstacles include the lack of awareness of taxpayers, the lack of personnel in the restaurant tax sector and the Covid-19 pandemic

ANALISIS POTENSI PENGEMBANGAN SEKTOR PETERNAKAN BERBASIS PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN DI KABUPATEN BATANG Meriwijaya; Luth

This study aims to determine the potential for developing livestock resources, especially land resources, human resources (HR) and the use of livestock technology in Batang Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the development of the livestock sector based on women's empowerment is very potential to be carried out in Batang Regency. This is evidenced by the existence of adequate carrying capacity, among others: First, 63,610.99 hectares or 80% of the total area of Batang Regency is used as agricultural land, indicating that the availability of feed ingredients derived from forage grass is very fulfilled so that the potential for developing livestock land is very open. . Second, the availability of female human resources which reached 401,328 people with 281,879 people included in the working age category and a total of 4,177 people in 2021 being female job seekers, indicating that female human resources in Batang Regency have the potential to be empowered in order to develop the livestock sector based on women's empowerment. Third, the use of livestock technology that is only limited to feed processing technology and temperature regulation technology in chicken farms opens opportunities and has the potential to be developed in the management of the livestock sector in Batang Regency in the future.

UPAYA PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANGAN PENYEBARAN PENYAKIT INFEKSI MENULAR SEKSUAL MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN BATANG Luth; Meriwijaya; Muhammad Syaqiq

With these various problems, the researchers set the research objective, namely to find out efforts to prevent and control the spread of sexually transmitted infections during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batang Regency and what factors influence it. Data collection in this qualitative descriptive study was carried out in three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that efforts to prevent and control sexually transmitted infections, especially HIV/AIDS during the Covid-19 pandemic in Batang Regency are realized through several programs and activities, namely outreach programs, Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT), Care Support and Treatment (VCT). CST), Anti Retroviral Therapy (ART), Prevention of Mother-To-Child Transmission (PMTCT), Directly Observed Treatment, Shorourse Chemotherapy (DOTS) and Mentoring. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on several STI disease prevention and control programs is in the form of reducing service time even to the point of discontinuing services caused by government policies in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, factors that hinder and support efforts to prevent and control STIs during the COVID-19 pandemic lead to the government's policy of imposing restrictions on community activities and utilizing advances in information technology.

PT ANTAM Tbk as one of the mineral mining companies in Indonesia that is committed to implementing GCG has carried out its business operations that are oriented towards sustainable development. The existence of a CSR program is an important thing that is always optimized and improved in quality. Therefore, in the implementation of the CSR program, PT ANTAM Tbk continues to make efforts to minimize program failures by evaluating the implementation of the CSR program. In this study, the concept used is the result of an analysis of several sources, namely from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK in the KLHK Proper Green Guidebook (2013) explains that the CSI assessment consists of several aspects that are measured, including business indicators, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.The effectiveness of community development programs is also taken from Sari (2019) sources to complete the indicators needed according to the conditions in the field. In the results, the CSI value of PT ANTAM UBPN Sultra is very good, with a value of 89.56, this value is obtained because the average program recipient is satisfied with the program carried out by PT ANTAM UBPN Sultra's CSR. The programs are implemented in accordance with the needs of the community and the performance of the program is also good. Although the value of community satisfaction is high, the program still needs to make improvements.

PENYELESAIAN POTENSI KONFLIK KEPENTINGAN MASYARAKAT KABUPATEN KOLAKA TIMUR DENGAN TAMAN NASIONAL RAWA AOPA WATUMOHAI PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA Hasbullah Syaf; La Baco Sudia; Baso Mursidi; Asramid Yasin

The Rawa Aopa Watumohai National Park area (TNRAW) is an administrative area of East Kolaka Regency and is in direct contact with the TNRAW area, so community activities to use TNRAW as business land cannot be stopped. This study aims to analyze potential TNRAW conflicts and provide direction for problem resolution. This study combined the survey method with a participatory approach with the community and TNRAW managers. The results showed several problems encountered in villages included in the TNRAW area, including encroachment and illegal logging, land sale and purchase, land certification, settlements within the area, plantations within the area, rice fields in the area, construction of facilities and infrastructure by the government, recognition of village administration in the area, allocation of village funds and waterlogging and overfishing. Community stakeholder actors have a negative influence or role in the TNRAW area. The role of the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Public Works Office, Universities, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) as stakeholder actors is positive for both the community and TNRAW. Recommendations for problem resolution directives include: 1) increasing community participation through continuous empowerment and assistance so that adverse roles of TNRAW can be minimized, 2) increasing the role of stakeholders to coordinate with TNRAW, especially concerning land legality and community agricultural activities within the TNRAW Area, 3) solving various problems in TNRAW through mutually beneficial mechanisms between the community and TNRAW, The solutions offered must, of course, be following applicable laws and regulations.

Circulation of narcotics becomes more challenging in the border areas between two countries. In transnational crimes narcotics smuggling is a serious threat to global security. This study aims to determine the actions taken by the Indonesian police in law enforcement and eradicating narcotics smuggling in the border areas of North Kalimantan. This research uses qualitative approach method through interviews with key informants, observations, and supported by literature studies. The data analysis technique uses the opinion of Miles Huberman and Saldana (2014) through stages; data compaction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). Data compaction refers to the process of selecting, focusing, simplifying, abstracting, and transforming data. In depth, this study will discuss the findings of 47 kilograms of drugs smuggled through the Tawau (Malaysia) border through Sebatik (Indonesia). Furthermore, this research is expected to be a pilot in securing other border areas in Indonesia.
