Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the function of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Balasari Village, Bombana Regency. The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the function of the BPD based on Permendagri Number 110 of 2016 articles 31 to 51 and article 71 has not been running optimally because the first function has been implemented properly as seen in Village Regulation Number 2 of 2023 concerning Direct Cash Assistance for Village Funds for the 2023 Budget Year, but its transparency is minimal, not everyone knows about the existence of the Village Regulation in Balasari Village. The second function of the BPD is not maximally responsible because most of the aspirations that have been collected have not been channelled. The third function of the BPD is not implemented in accordance with compliance with legal regulations, this is because supervision of the village head's performance is only carried out during his free time.

Abstract

The Civil Registration and Population Office of Central Buton Regency has implemented population policies and provided electronic identity card services based on directives from the central government. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementation integrity and service quality on public satisfaction in the process of obtaining electronic identity cards. The research uses a quantitative method, with primary data as the main source of information. The research strategy employed is a survey involving 248 randomly selected samples. The data analysis technique used is inferential statistical analysis with multiple linear regression procedures in IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0. From the unstandardized coefficients of the constant (intercept), implementation integrity (X1), and service quality (X2), a multiple regression equation can be formulated as Y=3.267+0.219⋅X1+0.232⋅X2. Individually, both implementation integrity and service quality positively affect public satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables influence public satisfaction in the process of obtaining electronic identity cards by 27.2%, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to assess and describe the implementation of the Integrated Elderly Development Post (Posbindu) program in Puundoho Village, Baula District, Kolaka Regency. The study utilized a qualitative approach with a descriptive nature. The research was conducted in Puundoho Village, Baula District, Kolaka Regency, and involved informants including the Puundoho Village Head, Puundoho Midwife, Posbindu Cadre, as well as elderly individuals and their families. Both primary and secondary data were utilized in this study. Based on the research findings, organizational indicators reveal that the implementation of the Posbindu Elderly program in Puundoho Village has not been fully effective. Specifically, the program has been less successful in providing information due to the implementing team's focus on data collection regarding the elderly. The results indicate that while the duties of midwives, nurses, and cadres are performed adequately, issues persist in health examinations, such as the additional cost of IDR 20,000 for medical equipment rental. The program’s effectiveness is further hindered by its monthly implementation and a lack of understanding of the tasks and procedures by the community, which affects overall program efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the village government in organizing health services in Sampulungan Village. In addition, this study also aims to determine the challenges faced by the village government and the community in the service process and accessibility to health facilities. Using a qualitative research approach with a case study strategy. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government in health services is still very minimal, as seen from the unavailability of health centres and inadequate health facilities. The village government also lacks initiative in facilitating health services because it is hampered by the lack of participation in voicing the aspirations of the community in the village. In addition, the community's view of the role of government in the field of services, especially health, is greatly influenced by the low level of community knowledge about participation at the village apparatus level. This study also found several obstacles faced by the village government, especially in Sampulungan Village, in improving the quality of services, including social construction, power dominance, and the non-involvement of village officials in decision-making at the central and district levels. Therefore, it is important to provide education about bureaucracy in order to improve the understanding of the community and the village government of Sampulungan District regarding the quality of health services.
