Abstract

Abstract: The issue of polygamy is widely echoed in online media. Not a few online media users are preaching the ability of polygamy. However, there are also online media users who refuse the reverberation of existing polygamy practices, as practiced by the @Indonesiatanpapoligami account in Instagram. Increasingly the number of followers continues to increase drastically making researchers want to examine more deeply how the account @indonesiatanpapoligami echoes the rejection of polygamy in his Instagram account. This research will analyze the rejection with a sociological approach. The approach used is a quali-tative approach. Based on the results of research that there are motives and goals of the ITAMI actors in rejection of polygamy, namely: First, seen based on the type of traditional action. Second, based on affective action. Third, instrumental rationales. Fourth, that what is done by ITAMI is part of an effort to sensitize the perpetrators of polygamy and spread the value of the original content of the existence of polygamy.Keywords: Polygamy, Social Action, Instagram

Abstract

Abstract: Hermeneutic as interpretation knowledge can be classified into three categories: objective, subjective, and liberation. 1). Objective hermeneutic means an effort to interpret and to understand the meaning of text as the author means. 2). Subjective hermeneutic means an effort to interpret and to understand the meaning of text based on the social context at this time without any consideration to the author thought. 3). Liberation hermeneutic means an effort to interpret and to understand the meaning of text based on the spirit of circumstance and try to make the result of interpretation as the spirit to change the life and the circumstance of the interpreter and the reader. In Islamic perspective, objective hermeneutic can be compared with tafsir bi al-ma’tsur, and subjective hermeneutic can be compared with tafsir bi al-ra’y. However, hermeneutical discourse has been giving much contribution for the development of interpretation knowledge, so it can appear hermeneutic of liberation. It is a new penetration. If it is applied in Islam, interpretation does not only understand the meaning of al-Qur’an text as God means or based on the context, but also an effort how to make the result of interpretation as the spirit for Muslim society to change their society become better and the best.Keyword: Abdullah Saeed, hermeneutic, interpretation

Abstract

Abstract: Fisheries and agriculture are the main sectors of economic support for Indonesian society. Both are also very fundamental factors, so they are regulated in a separate ministerial institution. But unfortunately, industrial development has gradually resulted in the decline in agricultural and fisheries land. Much land has been converted into factories, warehouses and residential areas. Meanwhile, the remaining land is sometimes owned by people who are not interested in engaging in fisheries and agriculture. On the other hand, there is a group of people who are interested in this field and have qualified expertise but have limitations in the form of land. In Banyuajuh Village, Kamal District, Bangkalan Regency, there are many collaborative practices between capital owners, pond land owners, and irrigation managers. They both spend capital and energy in this collaboration, and the profits from shrimp farming will be shared between three parties. The character of this collaborative practice is similar to the syirkah contract in muamalah fiqh. In this study discussed the application of the terms and conditions of the syirkah contract in the practice of sharing the results of shrimp farming in Banyuajuh Village, Kamal District, Bangkalan Regency.Keyword: syirkah, Profit Sharing, fiqh muamalah.

Abstract

Abstract: This study includes several reviews of the strategy to internalize the values of Islamic religious education along with the stages in the internalization process itself which includes the values of faith, moral values, and worship values. Given that the development of the times, the more widespread moral crisis experienced by most adolescents, especially students, this strategy aims to minimize unwanted events. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods by using the exposure or depiction of facts, properties, and relationships between the phenomena studied in the form of writing or words and then carried out assessment or analysis. The results of this study show that the reality of the strategy of internalizing Islamic religious education values is very helpful in forming the character of the nation's children significantly packaged in PAI and Budi Pekerti subjects in class. So this internalization strategy is highly recommended in the application of the learning process because it is easy and the material delivered is more quickly captured.Keyword: Internalization, Islamic Education Values

Abstract

Abstract: The influence of the age of technology has resulted in the younger generation being more indifferent to the environment. The emergence of various technological advances, such as gadgets and online games, causes a person to lose his sense of caring and tend to be individualistic, thus creating various social problems. In such a situation, the writer is interested in an elementary education institution MI Sendang Drajat, Jambon, Ponorogo that is actively caring for and fostering social care attitudes of its students through extra-curricular activities, namely tahlil activities. The focuses of this study are: 1) what values of social care are found in the extra-curricular activities of tahlil students in MI Sendang Drajat? 2) How is the process of growing social care characters carried out at MI Sendang Drajat through this tahlil activity? The type and approach in this research is qualitative in which the data are in the form of words or pictures and the results of interview scripts, field notes (observations) and documents based on field conditions. This data will be analyzed using qualitative methods to draw conclusions. From the analysis of the data collected it can be concluded that: 1) The values of social care contained in tahlil activities in MI Sendang Drajat are the social values of togetherness, compassion (tenderness), help, help, discipline, civilized attitude, and empathy for others, 3) In the process of instilling the values of social care for students in MI Sendang Drajat, at least the teacher applies three methods or strategies, namely through routine daily or weekly activities, spontaneous activities such as visiting friends or takziah, and through exemplaryKeyword: Education, character, values, extra-curricular

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to examine the history of debate among Muslim intellectuals about Islam and democracy from the Tahtawi to Gannouchi eras, and its relevance to contemporary Islamic movements in parts of the Arab world. A long discussion of Azzam Tamimi's writings on the relationship between Islam and democracy, with a historical approach, leads to a conclusion. In the Islamic tradition, there are at least two major variants, namely fundamentalist and modernist groups. Fundamentalist groups are generally more rigid when adapting democracy to Islam, even shifting towards radicalism; while modernists are more adaptative in accepting democratic discourse. The results of this study can take an understanding that the concepts discussed by the characters. From the Tahtawi era to Gannouchi, it has had a distinct significance in the contribution of discourse between Islam and democracy. These concepts have clearly contributed to or input in the link between Islam and democracy. Although, some figures appear to be taking careful steps in explaining their ideas, so as not to be followed by Western democratic thinking which is rather free.Keyword: Islamic Democratic, Contemporary Islamic movement

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to describe how to build character in children in the new normal era. This article is conceptually written as a medium for providing information to educators, parents and people involved in the distance learning process (PJJ) that is currently being used. Online system learning has increased digital use considerably, so awareness of the negative effects of digital technology needs to be increased. Character building is expected to minimize the negative effects of digital. The formation of a generation with character is part of the aspired national education goals. In line with that, Islamic education also aims at building the morals (character) of all human beings. In addition, the presence of educators is also important in order to achieve this noble goal. Even though the pandemic limits the face-to-face space, educators must be present to continue their mission. Between educators, parents, and students, there must be synergy as part of efforts to build national character. The final hope is that Islamic education in the midst of digital flow will become the best defense and lead them to grow into a digital generation with quality (character).Keywords: Character Building, Islamic Education, New Normal

Abstract

Abstrak: The attention of hadith scholars in maintaining the authenticity of the hadith of Rasullullah SAW is proven by their ijtihad in seeking and researching it, it is not uncommon for them to carry out transnational ilmiyah with means of transportation that are full of limitations which eventually produce the Kutub al-Ushul al-Sittah (six main books of hadith) and other spectacular hadith books. Among the books of the Sunan, the book of Sunan Ibn Majah, including the most pros and cons among hadith scholars, besides because it contains authentic hadiths, hasan, and many da'if hadiths, this book also collects many zawaid hadiths that are not collected in the books. the previous Hadith book (Kutub al-Ushul al-Khamsah), so it is questionable when it is included in the Kutub al-Ushul al-Sittah. The majority of hadith scholars include the book Sunan Ibn Majah in the row of the Kutub al-Ushul al-Sitta, because of the thousands of zawaid hadiths contained in it, it turns out that half of them are valid and hasan status worthy of evidence.Keywords: Sunan Ibn Majah, Kutub al-Ushul al-Sittah.

Abstract

Abstract: Literature learning with its relation to character learning plays a significant role. This is because literature essentially includes various values of life and life related to the formation of children's character. Literature in children's education plays a role in developing language, developing cognitive, affective, psychomotor, developing personality, and developing social personalities. Literature as a learning medium can be used receptively (accepting) and expressiveness (ability to express) in character education. Good literary work and contains values that guide students to become good people. Its application in learning, namely the teacher directs students to be able to find positive values from the literature that is read, then applies them in everyday life. Abstract

Abstrak: This article aims to discuss the Fiduciary Guarantee after the Constitutional Court decision. So far, the meaning of the phrase "executorial power" and the phrase "the same as a court decision that has obtained permanent legal force", in article 15 paragraph (2) of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee, are interpreted differently and differ. First, it is interpreted as granting power / legitimacy to the fiduciary recipient (creditor) to directly execute the object of the fiduciary guarantee in the event that the fiduciary (debtor) has committed a breach of promise, so that the execution of the fiduciary guarantee certificate can be carried out immediately without going through a court. Second, the implementation of the execution of the fiduciary guarantee must still be carried out in accordance with the procedure and mechanism of execution as in the execution of court decisions that have permanent legal force (inkracht van gewidj). The Constitutional Court in its decision number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 states, Article 15 paragraph (2) UUJF, in particular the phrase "executorial power" and the phrase "the same as court decisions having permanent legal force" can only be said to be constitutional as long as it is interpreted that "to guarantee fiduciary, where there is no agreement on the occurrence of "default" (default) and the debtor objected to voluntarily hand over the object which is the fiduciary guarantee, then all legal mechanisms and procedures in the execution of the Fiduciary Guarantee Certificate must be carried out and apply the same as the execution of court decisions has permanent legal force.
