<![CDATA[Abstract: The objectives of study is to investigate whether students’ wrting skills is improved in using “what are you doing†material through word wall as media of students of the eighth year at SMP Negeri 2 Sumowono. The difficulties to write sentences and developing ideas, poor understanding about grammar and lack of vocabulary, lack of interest in learning tenses made them confused as writing can be a means for creation mode in supporting, learning, or testing grammar structural concepts. Observation checklist and the test are used to get data of the research. The research results showed that the implementation of word wall was successful to improve progressively in eaach of the cycle I and the cycle II by knowing the passing grade, that is 70. The result of the mean of the pre-test in the cycle I is lower than the mean of the post-test. T-test result in cycle I is 13,899, in cycle 2 are 14,668. While the t-test in the cycle II is higher than the t-test of the cycle I. In conclusion, the writers can conclud that word wall can be used as media to improve the students’ writing ability in “what are you doing†at SMP Negeri 2 Sumowono.Keywords: Writing; Grammar; Word Wall; Media.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is one of the leading ulama figures throughout the archipelago, his various thoughts have contributed greatly to the Islamic scientific knowledge, especially those related to the Ahlussunah wal Jama'ah which has recently been contested by various Islamic groups in Indonesia. This paper aims to review the concept of Aswaja according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari was perceived as still relevant as an effort to stem radicalism (counter-radicalism). To study and understand the values of Aswaja of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and his originality of thought were carried out by tracing his works related to Aswaja's understanding from various kinds of literature, both those written by him directly and his thoughts written by others. The research findings show that, first, the Aswaja concept of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is a development of the Aswaja concept that was established by Abu Hasan al-Asy'ari and Abu Manshur al-Maturidi which is believed to be yet original as the teachings of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah which were practiced by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Second, strengthening Aswaja's values in counter-radicalism education is taken from some of the core thoughts of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, such as fikrah tawasuthiyah (moderate thinking), fikrah tasamuhiyah (tolerant thinking), fikrah ishlahiyah (reformative thinking), fikrah tathawwuriyah (dynamic thinking), and fikrah manhajiyah (methodological thinking).Keyword: Aswaja, KH. <![CDATA[Abstract: Sharia economic learning is a program that continues to be promoted in the context of optimizing fatwas so that they can be accepted by all groups. Fiqh principles are part of the “remembering†points in the DSN-MUI fatwa. This research examines the classification of the principles of fiqh in these fatwas according to the discipline of jurisprudence as part of the science of jurisprudence. This research is a library research. The research data in the form of DSN-MUI fatwas from 2000-2017 (116 fatwas) were collected using documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis methods and then submitted descriptively-qualitatively. This study found that not all of the Basic Principles (al-Qawaid al-Asasiyyah) were used in the DSN-MUI fatwas; the mention of Fiqh principles is not hierarchical; editors of the hadiths that have become rules; Ushul's rules; and the inadequate use of fiqh principles in fatwas. In the context of learning Islamic economics with literacy and optimizing fatwas, the research recommends the maximum use of fiqh principles, both al-Qawaid al-Asasiyyah, al-Qawaid al-Far`iyyah, and al-Qawaid al-Kulliyyah.Keyword: Fatwa, DSN-MUI, Skonomi Syariah]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Pernikahan merupakan akad untuk menghalalkan hubungan biologis antara seorang laki-laki dengan seorang perempuan, dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga yang penuh rasa sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah. Kerelaan kedua belah pihak merupakan modal dan faktor utama untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. pernikahan yang dipaksakan akan memunculkan banyak dampak negatif. Banyaknya kasus kawin lari yang berdampak negatif, seperti tidak diakui lagi sebagai anak, terisolasi dalam hubungan dengan sanak famili juga disebabkan oleh sikap orang tua yang memaksakan kehendaknya dalam menikahkan anak perempuannya. Sikap tersebut karena dilandaskan pada pendapat ulama yang menyatakan bahwa orang tua mempunyai hak untuk menikakan anak perempuannya secra paksa, meskipun ada pendapat lain yang menyatakan sebaliknya. Perbedaan pendapat ini didasarkan pada hadith-hadith tentang kawin paksa yang harus diteliti kualitas kesahihannya. Dalam hadith-hadith itu telah disebutkan bahwa Rasulullah SAW. menolak perbuatan wali yang menikahkan anak perempuannya. Dan setelah dilakukan telah kritis terhahadap sanad dan matan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hadis-hadis kawin paksa berkualitas sahih.Kata Kunci : Hadis-Hadis, kawin paksa.]]>

<![CDATA[The Targhīb Wat Tarhīb method which is applied to influence the child's soul to be able to do good deeds and stay away from bad deeds. This method also teaches about how to educate by conveying / using persuasion / seduction and threats / punishment in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research method uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire and interview data sources. This research results in the role of parents with the Targhīb Wat Tarhīb method (suggestion / threat) which is very good discipline for children worship. This is evidenced by the value of Y = 15.960 + 0.760 X, which means that every 1% addition of the level of parental role with the Targhīb Wat Tarhīb Method, the discipline of worshiping teenagers will increase by 0.760. This value also has a significant effect on the results of the t test, which shows the t count of 9.847> 2.045 (t table) with a Sig value of 0.00 < a probability value of 0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, "There is an influence of the role of parents with the Targhīb Wat Tarhīb Method in increasing the discipline of worshiping adolescents in the village of Samirplapan" And for the magnitude of the influence of variable x on variable y (R2) is 77.6%.Kata Kunci : Parents, Targhib wa Tarhib, Discipline]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Deliberation is ordered in the Al Quran and the hadith. However, when the Koran talks about deliberation, it does not specify which forms of deliberation are most appropriate. The Prophet also carried out deliberations in different forms and ways depending on the atmosphere surrounding him. It can also be understood, that the pattern and form of Deliberation implementation depends on conditions in accordance with the cultural and social development of society, especially in the state government. Deliberation provides solutions and educates individuals to have a spirit of grace and responsibility in both vertical and horizontal relationships. <![CDATA[Technological developments have an impact on changes in habits and lifestyles in all walks of life, including in the line of economic transactions. Buying and selling transactions that were initially carried out face-to-face between sellers and buyers have shifted to a new style of online trading transactions via the internet or commonly known as e-commerce. This transaction model offers the convenience of transactions that are not bound by time and place. However, behind this convenience, problems arise in the form of widespread fraud and unclear object transactions. This problem is responded to by the existence of a market place service that offers security in transactions. In the fiqh literature, this e-commerce transaction is close to the salam contract. In this paper, we will discuss the existence of gharar and the application of the salam contract in e-commerce transactions based on market place. The author uses the salam contract theory in the perspective of the Shafi`i school of thought.Kata Kunci : e-commerce, market place , gharar, salam.]]>

<![CDATA[Humans are created in groups according to their respective communities and interact through various media and languages, and humans cannot live alone because of that humans are called social beings. In carrying out activities as social beings, humans have rules and norms that apply to live a life together that have been agreed upon in order to create harmony and balance between people. As a first step towards harmonizing and shaping norms and rules in social society, they make an agreement to choose one of them as the controlling holder who is called the leader. Holder of control which is then called sovereignty. Not all sovereignty is in the hands of leaders, but some countries make the people in control of the sovereignty of the social society. The understanding of sovereignty and populism has been discussed in the Koran with various meanings, functions and kinds. In this understanding, he tries to explore the meaning of sovereignty framed in a pair of synonymous lafad, namely lafad al Siyadah and al Tabiiyah. The research method used in this research is qualitative with the Ulumul quran approach and interpretation with the Maudhui concept or library research theme. Through this method and approach, it is hoped that it will be able to reveal the meaning of al Siyadah and al Tabiiyah lafad and the relationship between the two lafad from various aspects that have been listed in the verses of al-Qura.Keyword: al Quran, al Sayyid, al Tabi ', sovereignty]]>

<![CDATA[Zhihar means that a husband equates his wife with his mahram in matters relating to sexual relations. As the husband said: "To me you are like my mother". The husband's speech towards his wife is based on the intention to forbid his wife, then zhihar for him falls. Zhihar is haraam according to the agreement of ulama. This is based on the word of Allah found in QS. Al-Mujadalah verse: 3. A person who has persecuted his wife, then he may not intercourse with his wife, until he has paid the prescribed kafarat. The zhihar kafarat includes freeing a slave or obliging to fast for two consecutive months or obliged to feed sixty poor people. In this journal, the writer intends to describe how the Islamic viewpoint is if husband and wife intercourse is carried out during the kafarat period? What are the sanctions for a husband who intercourse with his wife before the zhihar kafarat is completed? Library research (library research) is chosen by the writer in dealing with this problem. The Ulama have agreed that if the intercourse is carried out before the husband completes his zhihar kafarat, then the relationship is haraam and for this violation there is no additional sanction for him, it is enough to pay the kafarat as prescribed.Keywords : Kafarat, Zhihar, Islamic Law]]>
