Abstract

A teacher must have adequate knowledge in both academic and pedagogical fields. This study is a School Action Research which aims to describe the role of periodic collaborative educative supervision on the performance of teachers in class III, IV, and V, starting from arranging learning plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement to giving action go on. The research design chosen was using a cycle model that was carried out repeatedly and continuously (spiral cycle). The cycle model is planned through two cycles in which each cycle includes the stages of plan, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this school action research was determined using purposive sampling technique, namely teachers who taught in class III, IV, and V SD which amounted to 3 (three) people. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation and documentation. The hypothesis was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Data analysis in qualitative research is carried out when data collection takes place, and after completion of data collection for a certain period. The results of school action research found that collaborative educative supervision periodically has a very important role in improving teacher performance in learning in grades III, IV, and V which is indicated by the average value of teacher performance in cycle 1 which is 81.3% and the average teacher performance score in cycle 2 is 85.5%. The average increase that occurs from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 4.22%.

Abstract

This School Action Research (PTS) discusses Clinical Supervision. The subject of this study was 1 (one) elementary school teacher / homeroom teacher named Komang Yanthi Trisna Dewi, S.Pd. SD. The selection of subjects was determined using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of selecting data sources with certain considerations. The purpose of this study is to: (1) know the steps of Clinical Supervision on Class V teachers of SD Negeri 11 Kesiman; and (2) describe the improvement in the performance of Class V teachers in teaching and learning activities using Clinical Supervision. Data collection techniques are carried out, namely through observation, interviews, and documentation. The design of this study is a cycle model that is carried out repeatedly and continuously through two cycles, each cycle includes the process of the initial meeting or planning, the process of observation / observation carefully, and the process of reflection / analyzing the results of observations and providing feedback. The hypothesis was analyzed using descriptive methods with percentage techniques. The steps of data analysis using Interactive Analysis, include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results of the school action research show that clinical supervision is carried out systematically and its application has succeeded in improving the performance of Class V teachers in teaching and learning activities using the Cooperative Learning Model. The final score achieved during the two cycles in the preparation of planning, implementation and also the assessment / follow-up of learning outcomes in teaching and learning activities is in the category of Good (80% - 89%). This means that the better clinical supervision is done, the higher the performance of Class V teachers in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Upanisad sebagai salah satu kitab suci dalam agama Hindu banyak mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter religius yang tentunya sangat relevan untuk dipelajari, dipahami, dan dipraktekkan dalam menjalankan hidup sebagai makhluk sosial dewasa ini, dalam upaya meningkatkan wawasan serta karakter yang postif bagi masyarakat Hindu pada khususnya agar terwujud sumber daya manusia yang unggul dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Beberapa ajaran dalam upanisad antara lain; ajaran tentang Ketuhanan, Atman, Karma Phala, Reinkarnasi (Punarbhawa), dan Moksa (Bersatunya atman dengan Brahman). Selain sebagai kitab suci yang mengandung ajaran spiritual, secara filosofis Upanisad juga merupakan sistematika pendidikan yang berorientasi pada disiplin sadhana spiritual yang bertujuan mewujudkan sisya/ siswa yang berkarakter religius. Dalam menanamkan karakter religius, semua guru dalam Upanisad secara gamblang mengajarkan pengetahuan rohani berkenaan dengan Tuhan, hakikat sang diri, alam dan sejenisnya. Pembelajaran yang demikian, bukan berarti menggambarkan ajaran yang bersifat rahasia dan terbatas, tetapi sengaja pengetahuan tersebut selalu dimunculkan sebab tujuan dari pembelajaran yang sebenarnya adalah sisya/siswa dapat memahami hakikat diri dalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan dan alam.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to explain the application of learning media modifications to bowling games and to describe the learning outcomes of gross motor skills of Grade III students at SD Negeri 17 Dangin Puri in learning the modified bowling game. The study was conducted at 17 Dangin Puri Public Elementary School, North Denpasar District. The subjects of this study were all third grade elementary school students in the second semester of 2017/2018 Academic Year with 38 students, consisting of 23 male students and 15 female students. Data obtained / collected in the form of data directly recorded during PJOK learning takes place. This study uses a cycle model strategy that is planned through two cycles. The actions taken include planning, action, observation, and reflection.The hypothesis in this study was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative description. Analysis is carried out using computer aids, namely Microsoft Excel program to analyze data by applying formulas, such as frequency distribution, graphs, and average numbers to describe a particular object or variable, so that general conclusions are obtained.The results of class action research found that modified bowling games can improve learning outcomes of rough motoric skills in third grade students of SD Negeri 17 Dangin Puri in Academic Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

The success and failure of educational leadership is determined by the nature and leadership style of the educational institution. To achieve educational leadership success spiritual intelligence is needed. spiritual intelligence and educational leadership are integrated into the framework of achieving of achieving educational success not only in the realm of intelligence, but also success in the spiritual realm. In the specific context spiritual intelligence is intelligence to deal with and solve problems of meaning and value in life, and place behaviour in a broader and richer contect. People who have high spiritual intelligence are indicated by high contemplation abilities, namely having the ability to get inspiration from various things, the ability to convey values and meanings to others, observing various things to attract wisdom or get inspiration, have high creativity and innovation abilities that inspire inspiration. Leaders who have spiritual intelligence will be able to influence their subordinates according to nature and swadharma humanity regadless of race, ethnicity or religion. In the end, it will be able to form a constructive organizational order to achieve accelerative and effective educational goals.

Abstract

This research belongs to development reseach which aims to develop the portfolio instruments and their implementation to measure the students’ creative thinking skill in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Banjar Bali Buleleng Subdistrinct in academic year 2018/2019. The reseach design which used in this study was Reseach and Development. This design was used ADDIE model namely; Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, And Evaluation. There fourh instruments in collecting the data namely; obsevasion, quationnaire, portfolio, and documentation. The results of the study were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of data analysis showed that the validity assessment of the instrument through validity test scored 32 by the first judgement with a very decent predicate, scored 27 by the second judgment with a very decent predicate, scored 27 by the third judgment with a very decent predicate, scored 32 by the fourth judgment with a very feasible predicate, and scored 32 by the fifth judgment with a very decent predicate. The instrument of portfolio assessment received a good responses and very good responses from its user. Based on the results, the instrument of development can be assumed that it can be used in learning process on the Tema 9 Kayanya Negeriku Subtema 3 Pelestarian Kekayaan Sumber Daya Alam in Indonesia

Abstract

Schools can be a vehicle for character education are reliable and effective for the formation of depressed individuals. Schools can take advantage of locos educationis in educational institutions as educational praxis character. Since the first school to have two main objectives in their educational work, the human form of intelligent and virtuous. The resignation of character education, we shall ask back on yourself and on others related to relevance pendidian characters in school. If it is still relevant, how do we now want to revive, and through moments of education (locus educationis) where we can give the character education in self-learners. The destruction of moral values in a society marked by the outbreak of such violence; rape of a girl under age, murder, drugs and others, this phenomenon requires a new birth of character education in schools. Moments in a school environment that can be used as a means or opportunity to develop character education, has involved a relational network between the staff of the school with parents and the community.

Abstract

A Hindu integrity Guidance Division with Parisada as a tangible good work culture, will have an impact on Hindus who constitute the community auxiliaries. To improve the work culture takes time to change, then there is need for reform-reform that starts from the attitude and behavior as the leader of the institution Hindus. Likewise, each of the leaders of institutions of the people, both Hindu and Parisada Sector Guidance has have the duties and functions of each. Duties and functions of Sector Guidance Hindu Parisada in fostering, namely 1) carry out the services and guidance of Hindu society, 2) carry out the functions of the elaboration and implementation of technical policy in the guidance of the Hindu community, 3) will be maintained the integrity of the Hindu community to accommodate local cultural wisdom, and4) the realization of the Hindu community that qualified and capable srada and bhakti modern actualized.

Abstract

Abstract

Tokoh utama (protagonis) diduduki oleh Raja Nala, sedangkan tokoh antagonis diperankan oleh Dewi Damayanti. Penokohan Raja Nala mengalami perubahan atau dilukiskan secara dinamis, secara fisik, semula tampan, kemudian berubah menjadi cacat, kurus, dan kotor, akhirnya kembali tampan sesuai dengan rangkaian peristiwa yang dialaminya. Raja Nala secara psikologis diceritakan berwatak jujur, adil, bijaksana, dan setia. Perilaku Raja Nala didorong oleh faktor kekuasaan dan seks, yakni ia berusaha merebut kembali cinta kasihnya dengan Dewi Damayanti yang telah ditinggalkannya di tengah hutan. Beliau mengalami kesedihan dan kesengsaraan karena tidak mampu mengendalikan pikirannya dan mengingkari kesetiaannya kepada Dewi Damayanti. Pernikahan dengan Raja Nala merupakan pertemuan jodoh yang serasi, harmonis, dan sangat setia. Kesetiaan Dewi Damayanti diuji oleh Catur Dewata.
