The KWT Tani Mulyo savings and loan program aims to help members finance in order to run their farming business. The existence of this program can help the community in improving the family economy through increasing family income. This research was conducted in the Mulyo Farmers Women Group (KWT) Karanganyar Village, Sambungmacan District, Sragen Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The savings and loans program (KWT) has been able to help members and administrators in fulfilling business capital and basic living needs, which has an effect on improving the economy. The savings and loan program has regulations that regulate the mechanism and requirements for savings and loans. Members or administrators who participate in the program every month during regular meetings are allowed to save money or save with a free amount without special provisions, while members who are borrowing money have a provision that every month they are required to pay installments of a predetermined interest rate of 3%. The importance of understanding savings and loans for members so that in the future they can be used according to their proportions and needs

After the Covid pandemic, the digitalization era has developed more rapidly. The E-Prospects-based entrepreneurship development model can be an alternative for the recovery of business actors to increase customers and increase profits so that business actors can recover more quickly and develop. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the E-Prospect application towards increasing customers in Craft Businesses after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of this research can be used as a model for developing Craft Businesses to get new customers more quickly and increase profits. This research was carried out with a descriptive research approach, using the case study method on Lintang Kejora Solo crafts and action research and explanatory research, then carrying out educational actions on E-Prospects and Digital Marketing as well as analyzing the increase in profits obtained and continuing with observation actions on the use of E information technology -Prospects as a means of managing prospective customers so that customer retention increases and ends with analyzing the development of the Lintang Kejora craft business in terms of number of customers, turnover and profit. The research results show that after the Lintang Kejora craft business used the website-based E-Prospek application, the increase in customers was 35% and the profit increase rate was 25%. E-Prospect can improve digital-based customer relationship management and can help craft businesses recover after the Covid-19 pandemic.

This research aims to formulate a strategy for developing the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) cluster using SWOT Analysis and the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The aim of this research is to identify internal and external factors that influence the MSME cluster and map existing business models in order to formulate effective strategies. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with case studies, involving data collection through in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The SWOT analysis revealed key strengths such as adaptability and government support, but also identified weaknesses in technology access and management. Meanwhile, BMC helped map out the important elements of the MSME cluster business model, showing the need for product diversification and expansion of the distribution network. The findings of this research lead to a comprehensive development strategy, such as increasing technology access and market diversification, which is expected to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the MSME cluster in the future.

Background: Multiple chronic diseases known as multimorbidity are one of the global public health challenges. Multimorbidity among older adults was more than 50% in different countries. This study aimed to analyze the sociodemographic factors associated with multimorbidity in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 in District Hospital Sukoharjo Central Java. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional approach utilizing medical record data of diabetes mellitus patients. Consecutive sampling was conducted, and 75 samples were included. A descriptive analysis was performed by reporting percentages. Bivariate analysis was conducted using Chi-square. Logistic regression with a 5% significance level was used to analyze the multivariable. Results: The prevalence of multimorbidity was 33 (44%). The sociodemographic factors associated with multimorbidity were age (p=0.039), gender (p=0.032), education (p=0.028), status of employment (p=0.020), and length of stay (p=0.011). Logistic regression showed an association between length of stay (OR=3.93;95%CI=1.29-11,92; p=0.016) and multimorbidity. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the sociodemographic factors associated with multimorbidity in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 were: age, gender, education, status of employment, and length of stay. The programs to prevent multimorbidity should be formulated. Early detection and health promotion can be managed to decrease multimorbidity in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2.

The shift in people's habits is influenced by the development of technology. Social media is the most effective tool to convey messages to the public. Instagram is the best choice for private hospitals to promote themselves. Instagram features are able to attract public attention to increase public interaction with the hospital. The purpose of the research is to find out how the role of Instagram in improving the reputation of private hospitals in the city of Surakarta. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach of the interactions that occur and the content patterns of the three private hospitals JIH, Indriati, and Kasih Ibu in the time frame of October - December 2023. Using Herbert Baum's Reputation theory related to 4 aspects: reliability where the hospital provides the best service according to public expectations through content uploads. Trustworthiness where the community believes from content uploads and interactions and a sense of pride in doing treatment. Responsibility where the hospital responds quickly to incoming feedback via inbox or Instagram comments. Credibility where the hospital is able to show reliability in service through content uploads. The four aspects of reputation can be seen through engagement like, viewer, repost, and comment. Through these content uploads, the hospital's reputation is positive. The content typology of the three private hospitals is grouped into 3 namely educational content, promotion and publication where the three types of content are able to improve the reputation of private hospitals.

Patients with diabetes mellitus have long-term health problems that impact both their physical and mental well-being. One of the psychological effects that people with diabetes mellitus frequently encounter is depression. Patients with diabetes mellitus can benefit from non-pharmacological therapies such as music therapy and five-finger relaxation therapy to lessen stress and despair. This research aims to ascertain the impact on depression in patients with type 2 diabetes in the city of Palangka Raya of combining five-finger relaxation therapy with natural sound music. A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with a control group used in this research. Using a purposive sample approach, this research was carried out at the Kayon Health Center UPT and the Pahandut Health Center BLUD UPT, with 30 respondents in each group. The intervention group was given five-finger relaxation therapy with nature sound music and the control group only received five-finger relaxation therapy. Respondents' degree of depression was assessed both before and after the intervention using the Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI II) scale. Research results proved that type 2 DM patients in the city of Palangka Raya saw a significant reduction in depression when five-finger relaxation therapy and nature sound music were implemented together (P = 0.041).

A person's behavioural condition will affect the continuity of work and activity. This study seeks to understand how organizational citizenship behaviour will affect the organizational sustainability performance of MSMEs with the role of individual work behaviour directly or indirectly. Research with sample of 266 MSMEs is considered sufficient in a study. Data analysis is carried out through data quality tests, path analysis, statistical tests and determination coefficients equipped with Sobel tests. The results in this study show that 1) organizational citizen behaviour has a positive significant effect on individual work behaviour; 2) organizational citizen behaviour has a positive significant effect on organizational sustainability performance; 3) individual work behaviour has a positive significant effect on organizational sustainability performance; 4) individual work behaviour as an intervening of affect organizational citizen behaviour influence on organizational sustainability performance; 5) the indirect influence of organizational citizen behaviour on organizational sustainability performance through individual work behaviour is more effective than the direct influence. 6) total determination coefficient value= 0.8206. this means that 82.06% of the organizational citizen behaviour variable affects organizational sustainability performance with individual work behaviour as an intervening. other factors outside the model influence the remaining 17.94%.

This study aims to analyze the role of chatbots in enhancing customer loyalty by assessing how aspects such as personalization and responsiveness affect customer experience. The study sampled 250 respondents who use customer service in e-commerce companies in the city of Surakarta. The research employed multiple linear regression techniques. The results indicate that personalization and responsiveness in chatbot interactions are factors that play a positive and significant role in increasing customer loyalty. Quick and accurate chatbot interactions that align with customer needs can provide assurance and reduce uncertainty and customer frustration. This study is limited to examining the aspects of personalization and responsiveness in chatbot interactions concerning customer loyalty, and the scope of the research is restricted to customers in the city of Surakarta. Future research opportunities could explore other aspects beyond personalization and responsiveness and expand the research scope beyond just Surakarta.

Primary Health Centers in Indonesia must implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR) through SIMPUS in accordance with PMK/24/2022 concerning Medical Records. Primary Health Center X has implemented EMR since September 2023. However, EMR often experiences downtime, which hampers the process of distributing medical records between health service units and patients must wait until the server returns to normal. This study aims to conduct an evaluation to determine the quality of EMR at Primary Health Center X. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The population were all health workers in the outpatient service section at Primary Health Center X, with a sample taken using the total sampling technique of 19 respondents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively on the EMR system using the PIECES method. The results of the EMR quality evaluation study based on the PIECES method show that the performance aspect is categorized as good (72.9%), the information aspect is categorized as very good (76.5%), the economy aspect is categorized as very good (79.3%), the control aspect is categorized as very good (75.1%), the efficiency aspect is categorized as very good (76.6%) and the service aspect is categorized as very good (76.0%). The conclusion of the calculation of the average percentage index of all aspects is that the EMR system is very good (76.06%).
