Abstract

Inflation is an economic phenomenon that has a significant impact on the stability of national economies, especially in the modern era of globalization characterized by highly interconnected markets and increasingly complex price dynamics. From the perspective of Islamic Sharia, inflation is not viewed solely as an economic issue but is also closely related to ethics, distributive justice, and balance within financial and commercial transactions. This study aims to evaluate the impact of inflation on the economy using Islamic principles, including the prohibition of riba, gharar, and ihtikar, which are often associated with price instability. The research also examines how the concept of intrinsic value of money and market mechanisms in Sharia can offer solutions to reduce economic distortions caused by inflation. In the context of globalization, international economic interactions frequently create external pressures that influence domestic inflation levels. Therefore, understanding Sharia-based economic strategies becomes essential to maintaining price stability, protecting purchasing power, and ensuring a fairer distribution of wealth. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more sustainable economic policies aligned with Islamic principles.

Abstract

Quality control of products is a crucial factor in the electronics industry, especially in the production of LED TVs, which requires high precision standards. The aim of this study is to evaluate how training and skill development provided to employees can improve the quality of LED TV products. A qualitative research method was used in this study, which collected data through surveys and observations conducted by production department employees at a leading electronics company in Indonesia. The results of the study show that employees are able to acquire better technical skills and have a deeper understanding of quality standards through well-organized and continuous training. Skill development programs significantly increase customer satisfaction and reduce product defect rates. According to this study, investing in employee training and development is an effective way to control product quality. It can also serve as a model for other companies seeking to continuously improve their product quality.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of the Fixed Asset Turnover Ratio and the Debt to Asset Ratio on the Return On Assets of PT Astra International Tbk over the period 2014-2023. The study adopts a descriptive quantitative method, utilizing several statistical tools including Classical Assumption Test (Normality, Multicolinearity, Heterocedasticity, and Autocorrelation), the coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The findings reveal that the Fixed Asset Turnover Ratio has a positive and statistically significant effect on Return On Asset, supported by a t-value of 4,549, which exceeds the t-table value of 1,89458, with a p-value of 0,003. Meanwhile, the Debt to Asset Ratio shows a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets, indicated by a t-value of  |-6,476|, which is lower than 1,89458, and a significance value of 0,000. Furthermore, the F-test shows that both variables together significantly influence Return On Asset, as reflected in an F-value of 27,728, which is greater than the critical F-table of 4,737, with a significance level of 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and job training on employee performance at PT Telemedia Dinamika Sarana West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method. The population in this study were all 86 employees of PT Telemedia Dinamika Sarana West Jakarta, and the sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely the entire population was sampled. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25 program, with analysis techniques in the form of simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test (partial), F test (simultaneous), correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a significant partial influence between self-efficacy on employee performance. This was evidenced by the calculated t value of 11.371> t table 1.988, and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that H₀₁ was rejected and Hₐ₁ was accepted. Furthermore, there is a partial significant influence between job training on employee performance, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 20.441> t table 1.988 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that H₀₂ is rejected and Hₐ₂ is accepted. While simultaneously, self-efficacy and job training have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 208.538> F table 3.110, and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that H₀₃ is rejected and Hₐ₃ is accepted. The results of the determination coefficient test (R Square) show a value of 0.834, which means that self-efficacy and job training contribute to employee performance by 83.4%, while the remaining 16.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work motivation in improving employee productivity at the Ciganjur Urban Village Office, South Jakarta. Work motivation is an essential factor that encourages employees to perform optimally to achieve organizational goals. This research focuses on identifying the dominant factors influencing work motivation and their implementation in enhancing employee productivity. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at the Ciganjur Urban Village Office, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of employees and the village head. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while the validity of the findings was tested using source and method triangulation, as well as SWOT analysis. The results indicate that employees’ work motivation is generally good but still requires improvement in aspects such as ambition, perseverance, initiative, and time management. The main driving factors of motivation are a supportive work environment, effective communication, and leadership encouragement, while the inhibiting factors include a lack of training and unclear career development. The study concludes that work motivation positively affects employee productivity, particularly when supported by a clear work system and continuous self-development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Innovation, debt policy, and investment decisions on the financial performance of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2023 period. The study used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 44 companies based on the availability of financial reports and sustainability reports. The results show that Green Innovation has a negative and significant effect on financial performance (ROA). Debt policy, as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio, has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, and investment decisions, as measured by Capital Expenditure to Book Value of Assets, have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. These findings suggest that mining companies should efficiently manage Green Innovation implementation costs, balance debt with equity financing, and strengthen strategic investment decisions in productive assets. Future research is recommended to consider additional variables such as dividend policy or company size and extend the observation period to capture long-term impacts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and communication climate at the Sikka Regency Fisheries Service. Transformational leadership is seen as a leadership style capable of providing inspiration, motivation, exemplary behavior, and support for employee innovation. Meanwhile, organizational communication climate reflects employees' shared perceptions regarding the quality of internal communication, including support, trust, openness, and clarity of work goals. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews with Fisheries Service employees. The results showed that transformational leadership was implemented quite well by the service leaders, as evidenced by exemplary behavior, inspiring motivation, individual attention, and encouragement to innovate. The organizational communication climate was also in the good category—marked by support among employees, trust in superiors, information transparency, and clear performance goals. The findings indicate a positive relationship where increasing the quality of transformational leadership strengthens the organizational communication climate. This study suggests the need for improvements in the distribution of technical information and strengthening two-way communication spaces.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the internal communication strategies implemented by PT. JNE Maumere in enhancing employee productivity and job satisfaction. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews with the branch leader of PT. JNE Maumere. The findings indicate that the company implements an open communication strategy through daily briefings, monthly evaluations, and the use of various communication channels such as WhatsApp, Email, and Telegram. These communication strategies have proven effective in improving work efficiency, accelerating the resolution of operational issues, and increasing employee engagement and job satisfaction, particularly among staff and couriers. The main challenges in internal communication include extreme weather and geographical barriers that affect internet stability. However, PT. JNE Maumere views these challenges as opportunities for innovation, including plans to develop a dedicated internal communication application. Overall, open and well-structured communication strategies play a crucial role in supporting employee productivity and job satisfaction at PT. JNE Maumere.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of influencer marketing and content marketing on the purchasing decisions of active TikTok users from Generation Z in the city of Jambi. Using a quantitative method involving 96 respondents and PLS analysis, the results show that both variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Influencer credibility such as the expertise, authenticity, and reputation they demonstrate and the quality of content that is engaging, informative, relevant, and delivered consistently have been proven to increase consumer interest and trust in purchasing products through the TikTok platform. In addition, the presence of interactive features such as comments, likes, live streaming, and algorithm-based recommendation systems further strengthens user engagement, making promotional messages more easily accepted and processed by Generation Z, who are known to be highly responsive to visual and digital stimuli. These findings emphasize the importance of influencer-based digital marketing strategies and creative content in influencing purchasing behavior, while also highlighting the need for brands to adapt to the rapidly evolving nature of social media trends in order to reach their target audience effectively and maintain competitiveness in today’s modern marketing environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of digital service quality in the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application on user satisfaction in Jakarta. JAKI, a flagship smart city innovation developed by the Jakarta Provincial Government, functions as an integrated digital public service platform designed to streamline bureaucratic processes, enhance accessibility, and strengthen citizen participation. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaires were distributed to 100 active users who had used JAKI for at least three months. Simple linear regression indicates that digital service quality—comprising ease of use, system reliability, data security, and responsiveness significantly influences user satisfaction (R² = 0.68; p < 0.05). Users report feeling more assisted, satisfied, and comfortable when accessing public services, and responsive digital interactions further reinforce trust in government performance. These findings underscore the critical role of high-quality digital services in shaping positive user experiences, increasing platform adoption, and supporting Jakarta’s broader smart city agenda. The study also provides practical implications for policymakers, including the need to improve inter-agency coordination, strengthen cybersecurity measures, accelerate response times for citizen reports, and optimize user interface design to ensure more efficient, transparent, and user-centered digital public services.
