Abstract

The culinary industry in Sumba is experiencing rapid growth with increasing tourist interest in the uniqueness of local cuisine. One of the culinary business actors that is growing is Dapur Sumba, which is facing competition with other culinary businesses. This study aims to analyze the culinary business competition system of Dapur Sumba using the Porter's Five Forces approach, which includes the threat of new entrants, supplier bargaining power, consumer bargaining power, threat of substitute products, and intensity of competition in the industry. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies related to the local culinary industry. The results of the study show that Dapur Sumba's competitiveness is influenced by the uniqueness of the menu based on local ingredients, competitive pricing strategies, and the effectiveness of digital marketing. However, the threat from new entrants and substitute products is still a challenge that needs to be anticipated. Based on the analysis conducted, the recommended strategy to increase Dapur Sumba's competitiveness is increasing product innovation, strengthening branding, and optimizing digital marketing through social media and e-commerce platforms. In conclusion, a deep understanding of competition factors and adaptive business strategies will help Dapur Sumba maintain and improve its position in the local culinary industry in Sumba.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) membangun desa program through improving digital literacy in Neglasari Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. The program focuses on assisting MSMEs in utilizing digital platforms for product marketing and education on stunting prevention. The implementation method includes community needs surveys, training module development, and field coordination. The results showed an increase in knowledge and skills of MSME actors in creating digital promotion content and public awareness about stunting. This program is expected to increase MSME income and the quality of life of the village community.

Abstract

The use of Apple products among Generation Z is increasingly widespread today, especially the iPhone. Generation Z in particular prioritizes prestige as their lifestyle. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and brand trust partially on impulse buying behavior of Apple products by Gen Z in Lamongan. (2) the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and brand trust simultaneously. (3) the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and brand trust is most dominant on impulse buying behavior of Apple products by Gen Z in Lamongan.This study uses a quantitative research method with a sample size of 97 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant positive influence between the variables of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and brand trust on the impulse buying behavior of Apple products by Gen Z in Lamongan of t count> t table (t count X1 = 5.635, X2 = 3.720, X3 = 3.553> t table = 1.986). Simultaneously there is a significant positive influence between the variables of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle and brand trust on the impulse buying behavior of Apple products by Gen Z in Lamongan of f count (87.648)> f table (2.70). The hedonic shopping motivation variable has the most dominant influence of (X1) = 0.414 on the Impulse Buying behavior of Apple products by Gen Z in Lamongan compared to the shopping lifestyle and brand trust variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Profitability in Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2023 as many as 93 companies. The data used in this study were obtained from financial report data and annual reports. The population in this study were property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was the Purposive Sampling method and obtained 44 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis test using the Statistical Package For the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not have a significant effect on profitability, the Quick ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on Profitability while the cash ratio has a significant effect on Profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of social media, single tuition fees (UKT), and brand image on the decision to continue studying at Budi Luhur University, South Jakarta. In this study the population is known. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents, using a simple random sampling method and using the Slovin formula. In this research, the data was analyzed using the SPSS 26 program with Microsoft Excel 2016. The results showed that Social Media had a significant influence on the Decision to Continue Studying, UKT Fees did not have a significant influence on the Decision to Continue Studying, and Brand Image had a significant influence on the Decision to Continue Studying.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the social media marketing activities of Instagram for Atlantis Water Adventure Ancol. Data collection was conducted using a survey with a questionnaire distributed online. The population of this study consists of people in DKI Jakarta who meet the following criteria: aged 18 years and above, have an Instagram account, and have seen promotional content from Atlantis Water Adventure Ancol on Instagram. This study involved 200 respondents, and the data were analyzed using SPSS Version 29 for validity and reliability testing, as well as data testing using average scores. The results show that the AISAS method (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, and Share) is highly effective in social media marketing for Atlantis Water Adventure Ancol on Instagram.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze inventory management using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method at the Saro Niaga Grocery Store in Watampone from a sharia financial perspective. The FIFO method was chosen because of its ability to maintain product freshness and support sharia principles, such as transparency, fairness and honesty. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that implementing the FIFO method effectively helps minimize the risk of losses due to expired goods, increases operational efficiency, and maintains the quality of goods provided to consumers. From a sharia perspective, this method supports responsible management and meets Islamic business ethical standards. This research provides practical recommendations for other traditional grocery stores to improve operational efficiency and conformity with sharia principles.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness and design of Kafil Cell's financial reporting based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. Using qualitative descriptive methods with interviews and documentation, this research found that Kafil Cell's financial reporting was not fully in accordance with financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium entities, only focusing on profit and loss statements without balance sheets and notes to financial statements. Reporting ineffectiveness can be seen from untimeliness, lack of completeness of information, and manual recording. A more structured reporting design based on accounting standards will help increase financial transparency and accountability. This research provides recommendations for implementing a more structured recording system and adjusting the financial report format to comply with standards.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation, suitability, benefits and constraints of green economic principles in the development of rural agriculture from an Islamic economic perspective in Mattoanging Village, Tellu Siattinge District. The research method used is a qualitative approach through an interview method involving Farmers, Mattoanging Village Officials, and the Agriculture Service. The implementation of green economic principles in agriculture in Mattoanging Village shows progress in maintaining environmental sustainability, improving economic welfare, and creating social balance. Practices such as crop rotation, use of organic fertilizers, and efficient agricultural technology support environmental impact reduction and increased healthier yields. However, challenges such as dependence on chemicals and high costs of organic fertilizers are still faced. This approach reflects the principles of Islamic economics which emphasize the balance between resource utilization and responsibility towards nature as a mandate from Allah SWT. Social justice practices, such as solidarity-based harvest distribution and fair wages, reflect sharia values ​​that prioritize equal distribution of sustenance and blessings. The values ​​of sustainability and welfare of the people in Islamic economics provide a spiritual foundation for the transition to a more environmentally friendly agricultural system. Intensive educational support and sharia-based policies are needed to accelerate this transformation. This study confirms that the synergy between the green economy and Islamic values ​​can create a sustainable, fair and blessed agricultural system.

Abstract

Work motivation is crucial in enhancing employee performance and productivity, especially in the Islamic banking sector. This study analyzes intrinsic factors influencing the work motivation of Community Officers at Bank BTPN Syariah MMS Rantau Rasau based on Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that intrinsic factors contributing to motivation include achievement, recognition, responsibility, the nature of the work, and career development opportunities. Among these, achievement and recognition are the most dominant factors influencing work motivation. Community Officers who receive appreciation for their achievements and recognition from superiors and colleagues tend to demonstrate higher morale and commitment. Therefore, this study recommends that Bank BTPN Syariah emphasize achievement and recognition in human resource management policies. Providing rewards for accomplishments and constructive feedback can enhance employee motivation and performance, ultimately supporting organizational goals.
