Abstract

Hygiene in the food sector cannot be separated from the application of hygienic sanitation and hygiene behavior. However, the observation results show that there are still students who have not properly applied food hygiene sanitation knowledge when processing food. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) an overview of students' food hygiene sanitation knowledge, 2) an overview of students' hygiene behavior in food processing practices, and 3) the effect of food hygiene sanitation knowledge on students' hygiene behavior. The research used is descriptive evaluative quantitative research. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of multiple choice questions and observation sheets. Knowledge test is used to measure the level of students' knowledge. While the observation is to see students' hygiene behavior when practicing food processing. The analysis technique uses regression. The results showed 1) knowledge of sanitation hygiene 6 students (9.1%) were in the medium category, 37 students (56.1%) were in the good category, and 23 students (34.8%) were in the very good category, 2) behavior cleanliness of 1 student is in the good category and 65 students (98.48%) are in the very good category, 3) hygiene sanitation knowledge affects students' hygiene behavior when practicing food processing with a large influence on the R Square value of 0.115 or 11.5 %. This research implies that sanitary hygiene is applied to every subject. 2) the hygiene behavior of 1 student is in the good category and 65 students (98.48%) are in the very good category, 3) hygiene sanitation knowledge influences students' hygiene behavior when practicing food processing with a large influence on the R Square value of 0.115 or equal to 11.5%. This research implies that sanitary hygiene is applied to every subject. 2) the hygiene behavior of 1 student is in the good category and 65 students (98.48%) are in the very good category, 3) hygiene sanitation knowledge influences students' hygiene behavior when practicing food processing with a large influence on the R Square value of 0.115 or equal to 11.5%. Abstract

Supervision is an assessment process or procedure in giving directions and conducting critical assessments of the learning process. Supervision is an activity carried out by the principal to supervise and direct all educational devices in order to achieve educational goals. The principal as a supervisor who carries out the supervision program starts with planning, implementation and follow-up. This study aims, (1) how is the application of educational supervision in increasing the professionalism of MI Al-Amien teachers, (2) what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in the application of educational supervision in increasing the professionalism of MI Al-Amien teachers This study used a descriptive qualitative approach where the research went directly to the field, while the data collection techniques in this study varied with interview, observation and documentation methods, data collection using structured interview methods. The research findings show that: 1) the application of educational supervision in improving teacher professionalism, namely: a) the principal is active in checking the lesson plan every week and actively making prota and promissory notes; b) the school principal actively conducts class visits, with; c) the school principal is active in supervising education at the beginning of every month by evaluating the teacher; d) the school principal always takes part in PKKM activities which are held every year; i) 80% of teachers are in linear institutions. 2) the implementation of educational supervision can be said to be effective in increasing teacher professionalism because teacher professionalism is getting better and orderly starting from planning, carrying out learning to evaluating/assessing learning.

Abstract

This article discusses community groups working in the informal sector. The informal economic sector of the people of the coastal area which produces fish sacs. Work to make ends meet and depend on uncertain market demand. Working under the control of collectors who determine the amount of production and as a provider of capital for fish sack craftsmen. The power relations established by collectors determine the dynamics of the fish sack production process. This research uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach. Furthermore, researchers used the perspective of the Risk Society theory put forward by Ulrich Beck. With all the risks that must be put aside by the craftsmen in order to meet market demand for fish sacks, the craftsmen have always carried out the production process until now.

Abstract

Sustainable city is highly focused on the quality of life of its people. The perspective of city parks is an important factor that makes us livable, enjoyable and attractive to city dwellers. There are still problems in the maintenance of urban parks in social and environmental aspects that support sustainable urban parks. This problem is exacerbated by the large number of street vendors, the anticipated green open space does not match reality, many park areas are damaged and incomplete, and the lack of lighting areas at night is often misused for immoral activities, causing security problems. There are fewer visitors. The purpose of this study was to determine the motives for visiting, the emotional dimension in green open spaces and residents' satisfaction with city park facilities. According to the results of this study, city parks provide character to a city and enrich the city. If the city park is given a good name and the quality is improved, it is not impossible that the city park will really benefit the local community's economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship of motivation to the results of entrepreneurial practices of class XI Culinary students at SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik; 2) the relationship between interest in entrepreneurship and the results of entrepreneurship practices of class XI Culinary Class students at SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik; 3) the relationship between motivation and interest in entrepreneurship on the results of entrepreneurial practices of class XI Culinary students at SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 35 students of class XI Culinary at Dharma Wanita Gresik Vocational School. Research data was collected through questionnaires and observation. Data analysis was carried out by product moment correlation analysis and multiple correlation with the help of SPSS 22 for windows software. The results of the study show that: 1) there is no positive and significant relationship between motivation and the results of entrepreneurial practices for students of Class XI Culinary at SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. Evidenced by the value of r-count < r-table, namely (0.151 <0.334); 2) there is no positive and significant relationship between the interest in entrepreneurship and the results of entrepreneurial practices of Class XI Culinary Class students at SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. Evidenced by the value of r-count < r-table, namely (0.171 <0.334); and 3) there is no positive and significant relationship between motivation and interest in entrepreneurship on the results of entrepreneurial practices of Class XI Culinary Class students at SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik. Evidenced by the value of r-count < r-table, namely (0.172 <0.334). The R value (correlation coefficient) is 0.172, so it can be concluded that the level of relationship between variables X1 and X2 to Y simultaneously has a very low relationship.

Abstract

The rise of land disputes in Indonesia does not only occur between families and neighbors, but also between communities and the government. It is unfortunate, considering that the conflicts that occur are also caused by unequal goals. Therefore, the conflict over land disputes between the community and the government is the main discussion in this article. This study aims to find out how land dispute conflicts occur and how to resolve these land dispute conflicts. To complete this article, the literature study method through collecting research data sourced from books, journals and previous articles is used, because it has compatibility in data collection. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the land dispute conflicts that occur are motivated by the complexity of land acquisition and the community feels they have no advantage over land acquisition.

Abstract

This research is based on the implementation of the expository strategy by the teacher in the monotonous learning of telling stories so that it was found that students ignore the teacher's explanation and are busy in the background. Students make noise in the class and don't listen to the teacher's explanation. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was obtained by the author through interviews and observations. The data source for this writing was obtained from PAI teachers as key informants and students as supporting informants. Data analysis technique is done with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Then data validity technique using source triangulation. From the results of the researcher's findings, it can be understood that the teacher has implemented an expository strategy with preparatory steps starting with opening the lesson with greetings, praying and reading the Al-Qur'an together, doing literacy activities and creating light conversations to increase students' enthusiasm in learning. Presentation step by explaining the material with a verbal approach. Correlation step by providing examples that are easy for students to find or with experiences that students have gone through. Application step by giving training tasks to students related to the material. The step concludes by summarizing the learning with the students at the end of the learning, but not making a conclusion with a mind map that is easy for the students to understand. While the obstacles that occur are in the form of internal obstacles that come from the teacher himself, and external obstacles that come from students, from the media used, and from the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many learning models put forward by educational experts to realize the achievement of learning objectives. One of the learning models is the Debate learning model. Learning Islamic Religious Education at SMAN 3 Payakumbuh City, especially in class XI, uses a conventional learning model, namely a learning model that refers to teachers in conveying learning, but it is not optimal. This can be seen from the low student learning outcomes. The average value of students' daily tests has not yet reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) that has been set. Seeing this incident, the researcher is interested in conducting research by seeing whether there is an influence of the debate learning model on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at SMAN 3 Payakumbuh City. The hypothesis in this study is that the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education using the debate learning model are better than the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education using the conventional model at SMAN 3 Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quasy experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were 138 students of class XI IPS, consisting of 4 normal and homogeneous locales. The sample in this study was class XI IPS 5 as the experimental class and class XI IPS 1 as the control class. The data obtained from the results of this study were processed using the t-test, after analysis, it was obtained that tcount was 2.12935 and ttable value = 1.67109. Thus, tcount > ttable was 2.12935 and > 1.67109 at the significant level  = 0 .05, means the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students who use the Debate model are better than the learning outcomes of students who use the Conventional learning model.

Abstract

Flooding is a common problem that often occurs, so it requires early handling of areas that frequently occur in floods. According to the geographical location of Tulungagung is in the lowlands where this is a factor in the occurrence of flooding and this area is passed by the Brantas River. Tulungagung during the rainy season often floods. In addition, what is discussed in this study are (1) Definition of flooding (2) History of Tulungagung floods (3) Areas in Tulungagung which are prone to flooding (4) Efforts to deal with floods in the Tulungagung area (5) Causes of flooding in Tulungagung. The research conducted by our group aims to provide information about flood disasters and response efforts in the Tulungagung area. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by providing a description in the form of the word flood and its handling. The type used in this research is descriptive interpretative. The place chosen in this study is the Tulungagung area. The subjects used in this study were the people of Tulungagung.

Abstract

Deforestation is a forest condition where the forest has decreased due to human activities. The damage caused will have environmental and social impacts that will be felt by the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method obtained based on the results of observations, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that in 2013-2014 the amount of deforestation in Indonesia was at 397,370 ha, in 2014-2015 it was at 1,092,181 ha which was the most extensive amount of deforestation in Indonesia's history, then in 2016 - 2020 Indonesia's deforestation area decreased drastically to reach number 111,459. This drastic decrease is due to the harmonization of the government and the community to jointly resolve this case where by 2020 the amount of deforestation in Indonesia has decreased by 82%. An extraordinary achievement from the government and society.
