<![CDATA[Socio-cultural change is a topic of interest to social scientists and the general public. Awareness of the importance of studying socio-cultural change increases with the rapid development of science and technology. Both urban and rural communities experience changes and developments due to technology, communication and transportation. Social change is an inevitable phenomenon in society. Balgat village is an interesting example to study social change. This paper analyzes social change in Balgat village using the theoretical approaches of modernization, social transformation, social conflict, mass communication, and cultural change. The research method used is a literature study to collect data that is analyzed with valid methods. The results of the study provide insight into the socio-cultural changes in Balgat village, including the role of urbanization, literacy, and media consumption. Analysis with a structural functionalism approach helps to understand the relationship of social change with the community system. In conclusion, social change in Balgat village is understood through a multifactorial approach and structural functionalism theory, making an important contribution to understanding socio-cultural change in the village.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out new habits from the work from anywhere phenomenon in the era digital after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive research using survey method and looking at previous research. As we know that the Covid-19 pandemic changed many things and also created new habits that were previously thought impossible. One of the new habits is that it is widely practiced in the business sector that companies choose to Work From Anywhere or Work From Home. Working without having to be in the work office or can be done from anywhere is a solution when we are in a situation where it is not possible to do work in the office directly. Working remotely also provides freedom for workers to carry out their duties anywhere and anytime by utilizing existing technology. The reason why employees and companies choose such a policy is because it prevents the spread of the Covid-19 virus where they work. On the other hand, the Work From Anywhere work system is supported by the growing development of digital technology and the smarter generation of today. In general, people who work WFH say that working with a system like this is better than having to work that requires coming directly to the workplace. This is also supported by digital technology that is increasingly sophisticated and used correctly so there is no reduction. performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the defense of MSMEs and the development of the economic system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the largest contributors to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product, so their existence is very beneficial for the workforce and the unemployed who need jobs. The scope of this research is Mrs. Siti's micro, small and medium business with the type of smoked grilled fish culinary business located in East Java, Balongdowo Pecis village, Candi Sidoarjo. This research method uses qualitative methods with stages of organizing decisions. From the results of research the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on decreasing sales, production volume, and decreasing income for MSMEs. Efforts during a pandemic, people take advantage of information technology and join market places, for the sake of continuity of work so that income continues. Community support in buying products from MSMEs also helps other communities as a mutual benefit.]]>

This research was conducted on Geprek SMEs using a qualitative data collection method with a descriptive approach, the purpose of which was to find out how business processes work with the help of an electronic payment system (Digital Wallet). <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve traditional herbal products so that they can be globally competitive and have enthusiasts who are not inferior to modern medicine. Jamu is a herbal drink used for health. Since ancient times until today, herbal medicine is used as a treatment and prevention of disease. In the current era, product innovation in herbal medicine packaging has the potential to bring back old herbal medicine into a more modern herbal medicine. The problem with this herbal medicine is the lack of marketing and the change from plastic packaging to the latest bottle packaging. From the point of view of young people, dependence on drugs is very dangerous. The necessary solution is to advise jamu traders to follow the latest marketing strategies and change the packaging to be more attractive to consumers. Therefore, jamu is a traditional herbal medicine that should remain. This research was conducted on a resource person selling jamu at a roadside shop in the village of Balongdowo Candi Sidoarjo using qualitative data collection methods with a descriptive approach of interviewing business owners, which aims to find out how the jamu business process has long been operating in the era of ancestors then now competes again in modern times.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of online motorcycle taxis currently rovides many benefits such as increasing the unemployment rate in Indonesia and increasing people's economic income, especially for online motorcycle taxi drivers where online motorcycle taxis that have joined can help the family economy. This type of research uses field research that conducts interviews with informants to obtain primary data. The role of women workers who work as online motorbike taxis is a dual role that is owned by housewives besides cooking, caring for their daughters, they can also work as online motorbike taxis, their efforts aim to help improve the family's economy which is something very extraordinary. This research aims to increase knowledge about the position and role of women, which can also help ease the financial burden on the family. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data obtained through in-depth interviews. The object of research is a woman online motorcycle taxi driver in Candi-Sidoarjo. The information they got was that they changed professions during the Covid-19 pandemic, where previously factory workers now chose to become online motorcycle taxi drivers.]]>

From the existing problems, pop-up book learning media was developed with the aim of (1) producing learning media in the form of pop-up books for Indonesian language learning class IV at SDN 107430 Galang (2) knowing students' responses to pop-up book learning media provided by the researcher. our research method. <![CDATA[This study discusses the important role of character education in exploring the potential for creativity and innovation at MTs Miftahus Sudur Campor Proppo. Character education plays a key role in shaping moral values, positive attitudes, and ethics which form the basis for individuals to optimally develop creativity and innovation. In this research, several important aspects involving character education are analyzed in developing the potential for creativity and innovation. Things such as building ethical and moral foundations, developing an open attitude and critical thinking, strengthening independence and initiative, encouraging collaboration and cooperation, overcoming fear, and integrating imagination and problem solving are the main focus in understanding the role of character education in developing potential creativity and innovation. . <![CDATA[Implementation of a learning approach based on local wisdom at MTs Miftahus Sudur Campor Proppo increases students' interest in learning through connectedness to local culture, the relevance of learning, and strengthening cultural identity. The research method used is qualitative with interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed high student enthusiasm, better involvement, and development of critical and creative abilities. Practical recommendations include teacher training, curriculum development, school-community partnerships, and the use of information technology. This research makes an important contribution to local wisdom-based education with in-depth understanding and practical guidance.]]>
