Abstract

Purpose: To determine the effect of competence, communication on performance, occupational safety and health of employees partially at PT ADHI GUNA PUTERA Indramayu Representative Office. Research Methodology: This research uses quantitative methods. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to 60 respondents. Four hypotheses were formulated in this study and tested using multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and f test. Results: This study indicate that competence and occupational safety and health (OHS) have a significant and significant effect on employee performance, meanwhile communication has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, and simultaneously competence, communication, occupational safety and health (OHS) has a significant influence on employee performance. Sequentially the factors that affect employee performance are occupational safety and health (OHS), competence, communication. Therefore, the most influential factor in this research is occupational safety and health (OHS). Limitations: The study is limited to only one representative office of PT ADHI GUNA PUTERA Indramayu and may not be generalizable to other offices or companies., The sample size is small, which may affect the generalizability of the results, The study only uses quantitative methods and does not take into account other factors that may affect employee performance, such as motivation, work environment, and company culture. Contribution: This study can be useful for management at PT ADHI GUNA PUTERA Indramayu Representative Office to improve employee performance by focusing on competence and occupational safety and health. The study can also be useful for other companies as a reference for the impact of competence and OHS on employee performance. The study can contribute to the fields of Human Resource Management, Occupational Safety and Health, and Organizational Behavior.

The survey method is used to solve actual large-scale issue problems with very large populations, so a large sample size is required.Results: There is a partial influence of competence on the productivity of Regional Financial and Asset Agency Employees in Cirebon Regency. There is a partial effect of education on the productivity of employees of the Cirebon Regency Regional Finance and Assets Agency. There is a partial influence of Discipline on the productivity of Employees of the Cirebon Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of Remuneration, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Rsud Waled Cirebon.Research Methodology: This research uses a survey method. The survey method is used to solve actual large-scale issue problems with very large populations, so a large sample size is required.Results: There is a partial remuneration effect on the performance of employees of the Cirebon Waled Hospital. There is a partial influence of motivation on the performance of employees of the Cirebon Waled General Hospital. There is a partial effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Cirebon Waled General Hospital. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyse the impact of the application of Articulation Learning method to the student’s learning outcomes in Science subject. Research Methodology: This study uses Classroom Action Research and Paired t-test by using the pre-test and post-test score. Results: The application of articulation learning method can increase students’ learning outcomes in Science subject. Limitations: This study analyses the impact of Articulation Learning method in science subject for middle school. Contribution: The results contribute to the education field in terms of effective learning model to increase students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of influence employee performance in the Cirebon District Education Office. Research Methodology: This research uses accidental sampling method with a sample of 37 employees. Data collection is done by filling out the questionnaire for the ability factor and motivation factor with employee performance. Results: Furthermore, the data collected was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 for Windows with a significance level (α) of 0.05. The results showed there was an influence of the ability to see the tcount value of the ability factor variable (X1) of 4,311 ≥t_table (0.68137) and motivational actors with the t_count value of the variable (X2) of 4,871 ≥ t table (0.68137). And based on the value of β and t_calculate it can be seen that the variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance is the ability factor variable with a value of β (0.701) and tcount (4,871) which is greater than the other variables and also the significance value of t_calculate the best results. And from the results of the study it is expected that employees at the Department of Education, can provide much better performance even the people who come. Limitations: Small Sample Size: The study used a relatively small sample size of 37 employees, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to a larger population. The results may not accurately represent the entire workforce at the Cirebon Regency Education Office or other similar educational institutions. Accidental Sampling: The research employed an accidental sampling method, which may introduce bias and affect the representativeness of the sample. The findings may not reflect the views and experiences of the entire employee population, as those who were not included in the sample might have different perspectives. Reliance on Self-Reported Data: The study collected data through self-reported questionnaires, which may be subject to response biases such as social desirability or recall bias. The accuracy and reliability of the results depend on the participants' honesty and ability to accurately recall and report their abilities and motivations. Single-Location Study: The research focused solely on the Cirebon Regency Education Office in a specific geographical area. The findings may not be applicable to other educational offices or institutions located in different regions or cultural contexts. Contribution: Organizational Improvement: The Findings Can Provide Valuable Insights For The Cirebon Regency Education Office In Identifying The Factors That Influence Employee Performance. By Understanding The Significance Of Ability And Motivation Factors, The Office Can Develop Targeted Strategies To Enhance Employee Performance And Productivity. Human Resource Management: The Study Contributes To The Field Of Human Resource Management By Highlighting The Importance Of Factors Such As Ability And Motivation In Employee Performance. It Emphasizes The Need For Organizations To Focus On Developing Employees' Skills And Providing A Motivating Work Environment To Foster Higher Performance Levels. Educational Management: The Research Findings Can Benefit Educational Management In The Cirebon Regency And Similar Areas By Emphasizing The Key Factors That Influence Employee Performance Within Educational Organizations. This Knowledge Can Inform Decision-Making Processes And Help Enhance The Overall Quality Of Education Delivery In The Region. Abstract

Purpose: Researching, testing and analyzing the variables of business location, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction Research Methodology: This study uses quantitative methods with survey research. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling using saturated samples with a total sample of 88 respondents who are Eboss barbershop consumers. The analysis data was processed using the SPPS version 26 for windows program. Results: The results showed that business location, service quality, and price had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction partially, by number 0.244; 0.171 and 0.477. Simultaneously obtained a number of 24,461. The results of this study indicate a coefficient of determination of 46.6% explaining that business location, service quality, and price have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction while the remaining 53.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Limitations: Sample Size: The study used a relatively small sample size of 88 respondents, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to a larger population. A larger sample size would have provided more robust results. Single Location: The study focused on Eboss barbershop, which may limit the generalizability of the findings to other barbershops or businesses in different locations. The results may be specific to this particular establishment and its customer base. Cross-Sectional Design: The study used a cross-sectional design, which provides a snapshot of consumer satisfaction at a specific point in time. Longitudinal studies that track changes in satisfaction over time would offer more insights into the dynamic nature of customer preferences. Contribution: Business Management: The findings of this study can provide valuable insights to barbershop owners and managers in understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction. By recognizing the significance of business location, service quality, and price, they can make informed decisions to improve customer experience and loyalty. Marketing and Consumer Behavior: The study contributes to the field of marketing and consumer behavior by highlighting the importance of location, service quality, and price in shaping consumer satisfaction. The findings can be useful for marketers and researchers studying consumer preferences and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Service Industry: The study's findings may be particularly relevant to the service industry, including barbershops, salons, and other customer-oriented businesses. The insights gained from this research can help service providers optimize their operations and offerings to meet customer expectations and improve overall satisfaction levels.
