Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the effect of training and career development on employee performance at BKPSDM Karawang Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative descriptive verification method. The population consisted of 53 employees, with all employees included using saturated sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through SPSS v.25 software. Results: The results of this study show that there is a partial influence on the training variable which has a significant effect on the employee performance variable. There is a partial influence on the career development variable which has a significant effect on employee performance. There is a simultaneous influence of training and career development which together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BKPSDM Karawang employees. Contribution: This research provides valuable insights into the relationships between training, career development, and employee performance in a local government office setting. The findings can inform management strategies to optimize employee performance by focusing on training programs and career development initiatives in similar public sector environments.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of environmental performance, environmental costs, and ISO 14001 on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the consumer goods sector from 2019 to 2022. Research Methodology: This quantitative study used data from annual reports, sustainability reports, official company websites, and proper reports published by the Ministry of Environment. Results: Environmental performance has a significant partial impact on financial performance, environmental costs have no significant partial impact on financial performance, and ISO 14001 has a significant partial impact on financial performance. Environmental performance, environmental costs, and ISO 14001 have a simultaneous effect. Limitations: The study is limited to the consumer goods manufacturing sector in Indonesia and the period from 2019 to 2022 Contribution: The findings of this study can be useful for companies, investors, and policymakers in understanding the importance of environmental management and its impact on financial performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the work environment and occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance at PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. Research Methodology: This research uses survey research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. The total population is 176 people, and a sample of 64 employees was taken from the population with a data collection technique using simple random cluster sampling. This research uses data collection methods in the form of interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The results of the analysis state that occupational safety and health (K3) is classified as good, the work environment is classified as very good, and employee performance is classified as good. Based on this research, there is an influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and the work environment on employee performance at PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia where the increasing work environment and K3 means that employee performance will also increase. The results show that the most dominant variable in employee performance is occupational safety and health (K3). Limitations: The study only focuses on the influence of work environment and occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance at PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. Contribution: The findings of this study provide insights for management on the importance of maintaining a good work environment and implementing effective occupational safety and health (K3) programs to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the partial and simultaneous impact of compensation and job stress on the performance of ASN employees at Karawang Health Service. Research Methodology: This study uses a descriptive verification approach with a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire as a survey instrument. The sample consisted of 81 employees, selected according to the Slovin formula. The analysis was performed using a multiple regression model. Results: The results of the study show that compensation has a partial positive effect on employee performance, job stress also has a partial positive effect on employee performance, and that compensation and job stress have a simultaneous positive effect on employee performance in Karawang Health Service. Limitations: The study was conducted only at the Karawang Health Service, and the variables analyzed were limited to compensation and job stress. Future studies could expand the scope and include additional variables. Contribution: This study provides insights for the Karawang Health Service on the importance of managing compensation and job stress to improve employee performance. The findings can be used as a reference for other government agencies to enhance the performance of their employees.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. Research Methodology: The study used a questionnaire as the instrument and a sample of 64 employees. Associative research was employed to understand the influence between the independent and dependent variables through multiple linear regression. Results: The results show that compensation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction, and both compensation and work motivation have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Limitations: The study was limited to PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, and the findings may not be generalizable to other organizations. Contribution: The findings of this study can be useful for human resource management, particularly in the automotive industry, to understand the importance of compensation and work motivation in enhancing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: The focus of this research is to determine how the competence and job placement of employees of the regional development planning agency in Karawang Regency affect their performance. Research Methodology: This study used a quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis. The entire population of 56 employees was involved in this study. Results: The results showed that the competency variable had a partial significance of 0.03 on performance, while the work placement variable had a partial significance of 0.00. In addition, the competency and work placement variables together had a significance value of 0.00 on performance. Limitations: The study was limited to the Karawang Regency Regional Development Planning Agency, and the data was collected at a specific point in time. Contribution: This study provides insights into the importance of employee competence and job placement in improving employee performance within government agencies. The findings can help inform human resource management practices in the public sector.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to evaluate the potential for increasing employee performance at PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia through training and career development efforts. Research Methodology: A quantitative descriptive approach was used in this study, involving statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (t), and simultaneous testing (F). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 64 participants. Results: The results of the partial analysis show that the tcount value for training (61.188) and career development (21.319) exceeds the ttable value (1.998), indicating a significant influence of both variables on employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous test shows that the Fcount value (8370.830) far exceeds the Ftable value (3.998), confirming that both training and career development simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance in the operator department. The training and career development variables show the ability to have an influence on employee performance of 1,000, or an R Square of 100%. Limitations: The study only focused on the influence of training and career development on employee performance at PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia Contribution: The findings provide insights for management on the importance of providing effective training and career development programs to improve employee performance in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. Research Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis and data processing was carried out using SPSS27. The primary data source was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia. The population was 176 employees, with a sample size of 64 employees calculated using the Slovin formula. Results: The results obtained are that there is no partial influence of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia with a value of 1,284 and a significant level of 0.001. However, there is a partial influence of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia with a value of 7,965 and a significant level of 0.001. Additionally, there is a simultaneous influence between the variables Competence (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with a value of 108,081 and a sig level of 0.001. Limitations: The study is limited to a specific company, PT Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, and the sample size may not be representative of the entire population. Contribution: The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of the importance of work motivation in enhancing employee performance, especially in the context of the automotive industry.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to investigate the impact of Instagram promotions on consumer buying interest specifically within the context of coffee trips. The study seeks to understand how social media marketing can effectively attract consumers and enhance their purchasing decisions. Research Methodology: The research utilizes a quantitative approach, employing a non-probability sampling technique. Specifically, a purposive sampling method was used to select respondents who are active Instagram users and have shown interest in coffee-related content. A total of 91 respondents participated in the study, providing data through structured questionnaires. Results: The analysis of the collected data reveals that Instagram promotions significantly and positively influence consumer buying interest. This suggests that effective marketing strategies on social media can lead to increased consumer engagement and purchasing behavior in the coffee sector. Limitations: The study is constrained by its focus on a specific group of Instagram users, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Additionally, the research does not account for other factors that may influence consumer buying behavior outside of social media marketing. Contribution: This research contributes to the broader understanding of social media marketing's role in consumer behavior. It highlights the effectiveness of Instagram as a promotional platform in the coffee industry, providing insights for marketers seeking to leverage social media to enhance consumer interest and drive sales.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and location on patient satisfaction at the Bhakti Kopetri Clinic. It seeks to understand how these factors contribute to the overall patient experience in the context of rapidly developing clinics in Indonesia. Research Methodology: The study employs a descriptive and verification approach, utilizing a classic assumption test that includes normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, as well as multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. A sample of 96 patients who had received treatment at the Bhakti Kopetri Clinic was selected using purposive sampling techniques. Results: The findings indicate that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Similarly, the location also positively and significantly impacts patient satisfaction. Furthermore, both service quality and location together have a simultaneous and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Limitations: The research is limited to a single clinic and may not be generalizable to other healthcare facilities. Additionally, the sample size, while adequate, could be expanded for future studies to enhance reliability. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of how service quality and location influence patient satisfaction in healthcare settings, providing insights that can help clinics improve their services and better meet patient expectations.
