This study stems from the researcher's concern about the education agency's policy that ignores the development of Christian Religious Education teacher competencies through workshops, workshops, and seminars and the teacher's efforts that are not optimal in developing pedagogical, professional, personality, and social abilities in the world of work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problematic performance of PAK teachers in State Junior High Schools in Sentani District, Jayapura Regency in the world of work. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, while data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that PAK teachers at SMP Se-Distrik Sentani Kota have not been optimal in improving pedagogical and professional competencies as support in the world of work. Another finding is that in the aspect of personality and social competence, teachers only focus on the internal school and ignore the external school. The school has not played an optimal role in developing the professional and social competence of PAK teachers through scientific activities of workshops, workshops, and seminars.

Cultural traditions in Indonesia are very diverse, including the Mawe tradition on Buru Island, Maluku which is believed to be able to provide clues to uncover cases or problems that often occur. Uniquely, this tradition uses the spirits of deceased ancestors, which is a ritual led by traditional elders to provide clues that can explain a problem. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and analysis of supporting Bible verses. As a result, from the theological studies conducted, it is known that rituals of seances have also been carried out in the biblical tradition, but it is clear that this tradition is contrary to the Bible. The Christian theological view is very clear that believers are not justified under any circumstances to perform seances because it is a form of syncretism.

Community service activities conducted by the Department of Early Childhood Christian Education (PKAUD) at STAKPN Sentani aim to enhance early childhood motor skills at PAUD and TK Bethel Sentani through interactive games. These activities include coconut shell stilts (egrang batok kelapa), role-playing with the theme of "buyers and sellers," and alphabet arranging with the theme of "arranging one's own name." The implementation of these games is expected to improve both gross and fine motor skills in children, as well as their cognitive and social abilities. Observations indicate that coconut shell stilts help with body balance and coordination, while role-playing and alphabet arranging enhance creativity, communication, and early literacy skills. This program not only provides practical benefits to PAUD and TK Bethel Sentani but also enriches academic insights in early childhood education literature.

This study aims to investigate the impact of socialization on the use of the School Activity Plan and Budget Application (ARKAS) for PAUD principals in Sentani District, Jayapura Regency. Socialization methods included intensive training in the use of ARKAS for budget planning, activity monitoring, and school financial reporting. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with socialization participants. The results showed significant improvements in principals' understanding and skills in using ARKAS, as well as improvements in the efficiency of school budget management. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of ARKAS effectively supports transparency and accountability in the management of PAUD school funds, with positive implications for the quality of education in Sentani District. The study recommends widespread implementation of ARKAS in PAUD schools as a step towards more structured and efficient education management.

This community service program aims to enhance the competence of academic writers at STAKPN Sentani in using Mendeley reference management software. The training was designed to help lecturers and writers meet current regulations for producing and publishing scientific works. Participants were grouped into novice writers and those with low SINTA scores. Using an On-the-Job Training (OJT) approach, the sessions were held directly in the participants’ workplace. twenty writers from the departments of Christian Religious Education, Church Music, Theology, and Early Childhood Education took part. The program included initial coordination, core training, and outcome evaluation. Results showed that all participants successfully mastered the use of Mendeley, enabling them to improve the quality and quantity of scientific publications and thereby contribute to increasing the overall SINTA score of STAKPN Sentani.Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi penulis akademik di STAKPN Sentani dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak manajemen referensi Mendeley. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu dosen dan penulis memenuhi ketentuan terkini dalam penyusunan dan publikasi karya ilmiah. Peserta dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu penulis pemula dan penulis dengan skor SINTA rendah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan On-the-Job Training (OJT), sesi pelatihan dilaksanakan langsung di lingkungan kerja peserta. Sebanyak dua puluh penulis yang berasal dari Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Musik Gereja, Teologi, dan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini mengikuti kegiatan ini. Program meliputi tiga tahapan yakni koordinasi awal, pelatihan inti, dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta berhasil menguasai penggunaan Mendeley, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas publikasi ilmiah serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan skor SINTA STAKPN Sentani secara keseluruhan.

Education from the perspective of children's moral formation can be interpreted as a process of consolidating values and ethics in children through teaching, practice, and experience. This is an attraction for Angkasa Silas Papare School as a school that prioritizes the formation of students' morals, striving to be able to strengthen values and ethics in each student. To realize the consolidation of good values and ethics, various programs that have been established to support moral development are implemented, one of which is the character space program. This study aims to explore the management of character education programs as an effective strategy in shaping students' morals. Research data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach, which was presented in a descriptive manner. The results of the study show that the strengthening of students' morals through values and ethics tends to support the formation of morals which can be seen in student discipline in various activities including the habit of shaking hands when entering the school environment in an orderly and neat manner, caring for others, and responsibility in participating in socialization and maintaining health. However, effective character education program management in shaping students' morals involves several important stages, namely careful planning, proper organization, consistent implementation, and periodic evaluation. ABSTRAKPendidikan dari perspektif pembentukan moral anak dapat diartikan sebagai suatu proses pemantapan nilai dan etika dalam diri anak melalui pengajaran, latihan, dan pengalaman. Hal ini menjadi daya tarik bagi sekolah angkasa silas papare sebagai sekolah yang mengedepankan pembentukan moral siswa berupaya agar dapat memantapkan nilai dan etika dalam diri setiap siswa. Untuk mewujudkan pemantapan nilai dan etika yang baik maka dilaksanakan berbagai program yang telah ditetapkan demi mendukung pengembangan moral, salah satunya adalah program angkasa berkarakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manajemen program pendidikan karakter sebagai strategi efektif dalam pembentukan moral siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemantapan moral siswa melalui nilai dan etika cenderung mendukung pembentukan moral yang terlihat dalam kedisiplinan siswa pada berbagai kegiatan diantaranya kebiasaan bersalaman saat masuk lingkungan sekolah dengan tertib dan rapi, peduli kasih terhadap sesama, serta tanggung jawab dalam mengikuti sosialisasi dan menjaga kesehatan. Namun, manajemen program pendidikan karakter yang efektif dalam pembentukan moral siswa melibatkan beberapa tahapan penting, yaitu perencanaan yang matang, pengorganisasian yang tepat, pelaksanaan yang konsisten, dan evaluasi secara berkala.

Masalah sosial emosional anak di SD Inpres Doyo Baru, seperti rendahnya keberanian berbicara, interaksi yang terbatas antar kelompok budaya, dan kurangnya empati, mendorong perlunya intervensi berbasis kontekstual. Program Funshare dikembangkan sebagai upaya pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial emosional anak melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, terdiri dari enam sesi tematik yang melibatkan permainan edukatif, diskusi kelompok, dan aktivitas berbagi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, catatan fasilitator, dan wawancara dengan guru. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek kerja sama (80%), kemampuan bersosialisasi (75%), ekspresi emosi (70%), dan empati (60%). Anak-anak menjadi lebih terbuka, berani berbicara, dan aktif menjalin hubungan sosial lintas kelompok. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung pengembangan karakter anak. Funshare terbukti sebagai model efektif dalam menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial emosional anak di lingkungan pendidikan dasar.

The decline in local language use and in children's awareness of local culture pose challenges for non-formal education. This community service activity aims to strengthen preservation of the Sentani language and promote local culture through contextual, participatory learning. The program was implemented at the Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Rotehbu, Sentani, Papua, involving faculty members, students from the Early Childhood Education Program, and learners through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach that emphasizes a collaborative cycle of action, observation, and reflection. The activity was designed to integrate Sentani language learning and local cultural practices by preparing papeda as an experiential, context-based learning medium. The results showed increased participants' engagement in using the Sentani language, strengthened understanding of local culture, and growing awareness and pride in cultural identity. Furthermore, this activity strengthened the partnership between academics and the community and provided students with a culturally-based learning experience within the context of community service. These findings confirm that integrating local languages, cultural practices, and non-formal education within the PAR framework is an effective strategy for supporting community empowerment and sustainable cultural preservation.

Papua memiliki keragaman budaya dan agama yang tinggi sehingga membutuhkan ruang perjumpaan lintas iman yang autentik, kontekstual, dan menyentuh secara emosional. Melalui program Kampung Moderasi Beragama, STAKPN Sentani menginisiasi Kunjungan Lintas Iman di Pura Agung Giri Cyclop untuk menggali nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dari perspektif Hindu Bali dengan pendekatan seni budaya. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan tokoh agama Hindu, dialog interaktif lintas iman, serta penyusunan laporan reflektif dan artikel ilmiah. Salah satu hasil penting adalah terciptanya karya seni kolaboratif berupa Pupuh Durma berjudul “Turunnya Sang Juru Selamat”, yang dibawakan oleh penyanyi Hindu dan diterjemahkan secara lisan oleh peserta Kristen Protestan. Karya ini mengisahkan kelahiran Yesus Kristus dalam perspektif spiritual universal melalui seni vokal tradisional Bali. Kolaborasi ini membuka ruang ekspresi spiritual bersama yang melampaui batas agama, budaya, dan wilayah. Nilai-nilai seperti Tat Twam Asi, Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, serta cinta sebagai inti ajaran agama disampaikan secara puitis dan reflektif. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama dapat diwujudkan tidak hanya melalui wacana normatif, tetapi juga melalui praktik seni inklusif yang sederhana dan dapat direplikasi di berbagai konteks multikultural.
