Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of Japanese Language Education Study Program students' understanding of the learning device components in the form of learning implementation plans before and after the implementation of the school field introduction and to understand the learning device components in the form of learning implementation plans after the implementation of the school field introduction. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data obtained based on the research are primary data and secondary data with data acquisition in the form of interviews and documentation. The test subjects were Japanese language study program students who had carried out an introduction to the school field. The results of the study were obtained in the implementation of the school field introduction, the data source was able to determine the components in the learning implementation plan that adapted to the character of the students and the conditions of the class and school where the data source carried out the school field introduction and there were changes in the allocation of time, determining learning objectives, and determining methods learning. Thus it can be concluded that students of the Japanese Language Study Program have received a change in understanding in the components of making a lesson plan after attending an introduction to the school field.

Abstract

In education at special schools, one form of teaching is the provision of skills programs that aim to improve the skillful soul of students with special needs as their provision to live independently in the community later. This research was conducted at SLB ABC Taman Pendidikan Islam (TPI) Medan which aims to evaluate the skills program that is run at SLB ABC TPI Medan, which consists of 7 programs, namely catering, making accessories, delivering events, make-up, carpentry, sewing, dancing and making flower boards for students with visual impairments, hearing impairments, mental retardation and autism. The key informants of this study were the Principal of the ABC Special School Taman Pendidikan Islam Medan, the main informants were three SLB skill teachers who became mentors in the skills program, and additional informants were three parents of students who participated in the skills program. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods, then the theory used is the CIPP program evaluation theory (context, input, process, product) by Stufflebeam. The results of this study are that in the four evaluation points, context evaluation and input evaluation were not successful, namely at the opportunity point in meeting needs and procedural design. Overall, however, the skills program was continued because it had fulfilled the objectives of meeting the needs of children with special needs who participated in the skills program.

Abstract

Education is at the core of a nation's progress. However, in reality, it is only rhetorical even though it has been 77 years of independence. The low professionalism of teachers in Indonesia can be seen from the feasibility of teaching. One of the efforts to improve teacher professionalism is carried out through academic supervision of madrasah / school supervisors in supervising teacher performance. For this reason, the role of learning academic supervision carried out by madrasah/school supervisors is very influential in order to improve teacher performance in teaching. This research was conducted on teachers at MIN Jayapura City totaling 9 civil servant teachers who were considered advanced supervisors. The research conducted is a Supervisory action research in which the approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The implementation of academic supervision of madrasah/school supervisors' learning affects the performance of MIN teachers in Jayapura City. The performance of MIN teachers increased from the category of poor scores (≤ 50) to very good (≥ 86).

Abstract

The online learning method is a learning method that utilizes internet network technology that can conduct connectivity and learning interactions through long distances directly without having to meet face to face. Online learning method is a solution used by almost all educational institutions in conducting learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many studies have been conducted explaining that online learning can disrupt a person's sleep quality. So this study is to find out how the effect of online learning during the pandemic on the quality of sleep of YARSI University Faculty of Medicine students class of 2020. From a population of 207 students of the Faculty of Medicine, YARSI University, Class of 2020, using the slovin formula method, a minimum sample of 137 students was obtained. Data collection is done online using a google form in which there is an inform concern dika indeed the data obtained will be processed into research data. From filling out the questionnaire, data from students was obtained as many as 142 respondents. Then the collected data is processed to find the frequency distribution and find the variable relationship with the spearmans correlation test. Based on the results of the study, the majority of respondents were female (81%) and the average age of respondents was 20 years (74.3%). A total of 119 (83.8%) respondents had poor sleep quality, and the average online learning time carried out by respondents was 5-10 hours per day (77.4%). The results of the spearman rank statistical test obtained a significant number or probability value (0.000) much lower than the significant standard of 0.510 or (p <a). This means that there is a significant relationship between online learning and student sleep quality during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

This study discusses the efforts of supervisors in improving the performance of madrasah principals through the supervisory function of supervisors in madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Jayapura city. The purpose of this study was to determine the function of supervisors in improving the performance of madrasah principals in state and private madrasahs in Jayapura city. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method using psychological approaches and pedagogical approaches. The data sources in this study consisted of madrasah heads, K3MI Chairpersons, KKG Chairpersons, teachers, and other data sources in the form of important documentation regarding madrasah profiles, madrasah head data other educational support elements. This study concludes that, the supervisory function of Madrasah supervisors in improving the performance of public and private madrasah principals in Jayapura City has not gone well so it needs maximum efforts to improve it by planning, implementing, and evaluating supervision programs and providing guidance and training in the form of both academic coaching and managerial coaching. The results of this study indicate that the supervisory function of supervisors in improving the performance of madrasah heads in MI Jayapura city during the implementation of tasks with reference to coaching academic, managerial and extracurricular activities has been evenly distributed. With the efforts made by the supervisor by providing guidance, motivation and encouragement, the madrasah heads finally made changes for the better in managing the education units they manage.

Abstract

Institutions that have a significant role in educating early childhood, one of which is the educational institution of RA kec. Sumberbaru kab. jember east java. this institution is a basic institution that is under the auspices of the ministry of religion which is intended for children aged 5-6 years. this level of education has a very important role in developing the abilities or potential possessed by early childhood. the potential or abilities that must be developed are six namely cognitive abilities, physical motoric, language, social emotional, art and religious and moral values. in this study used a qualitative approach, with the type of field research. To collect this data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. From the data collected, it will then be analyzed using reflective descriptive analysis techniques, data validity using source triagulation. if these potentials can be developed, the goal is that policy makers need to make improvements to the system that is easier, simpler and more efficient so as not to interfere with the focus of learning at school. teachers are more focused on educating and providing learning in accordance with parents' expectations. Education is a beacon for everyone and determines a better future. Therefore, there are various problems in education both in the curriculum itself and in resource capacity. Many complaints occur in the field about school leaders and educators who are not good at education management and administration. As well as many educators who perform multiple tasks.

Abstract

Seiring dengan usia yang bertambah, anak-anak dan remaja memperlihatkan kemampuan yang lebih baik ketika mengerjakan berbagai tugas dari setiap komponen fungsi eksekutif dan pada tugas yang memerlukan koordinasi beberapa komponen fungsi eksekutif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran fungsi otak terhadap perkembangan anak. Jenis penelitian ini yakni kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan datanya berupa studi literatur, sehingga didapatkan dari berbagai sumber seperti artikel, buku, ataupun karya ilmiah lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pada komponen fungsi eksekutif (inhibition, working memory dan cognitive flexibility) berkembang sesuai dengan usia perkembangan anak. Di usia 4-6 tahun kecakapan inhibition dan working memory telah timbul dan berkembang dengan baik, sementara cognitive flexibility mulai timbul sesudah usia 4 tahun, yakni usai kedua komponen fungsi eksekutif yang lainnya berkembang. Hal yang bisa berpengaruh pada perkembangan FE pada anak yaitu faktor internal (faktor keturunan dan kesehatan anak) dan juga faktor lingkungan (status sosial ekonomi, peran keluarga, dan pendidikan orangtua). Peran keluarga ini dapat berupa pengasuhan, dan kesehatan mental ibu, serta beberapa kegiatan di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya siswa yang memiliki kesulitan untuk berkonsentrasi di TK Negeri Pulo Gadung 01 Jakarta Timur. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada maka penelitian berfokus pada siswa yang kesulitan berkonsentrasi ketika belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan permainan sensorimotor yang digunakan untuk melatih konsentrasi dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan permainan sensorimotor.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dalam menerapkan permainan sensorimotor auditoris dengan menggunakan buku cerita pop up pada awal pembelajaran dan di akhir pembelajaran, hal tersebut dilakukan karena agar anak itu menjadi tertarik dengan kelanjutan ceritanya sehingga anak akan giat dalam belajar dan menyelesaikan tugasnya, pada permainan sensorimotor proprioseptif dengan menggunakan permainan lego dan puzzle yang biasanya dilakukan pada saat sudut pengaman, ketika anak sudah menyelesaikan semua tugasnya. Hasil penerapan permainan sensorimotor ini dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi anak ditandai anak sudah mulai fokus dalam pembelajaran, ketika bermain anak belajar dan selalu berkreasi dalam menggunakan media permainan, dan menjadi tertarik sehingga anak lebih giat dalam belajar serta mampu mengerjakan tugasnya dengan baik This study is motivated by the existence of students who have difficulty concentrating at Pulo Gadung 01 State Kindergarten, East Jakarta. Based on the existing problems, the research focuses on students who have difficulty concentrating when learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of sensorimotor games used to train concentration and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of sensorimotor games.  This research uses qualitative. The results showed that the teacher in applying auditory sensorimotor games by using pop up storybooks at the beginning of learning and at the end of learning, this is done because so that the child becomes interested in the continuation of the story so that the child will be active in learning and completing his assignments, in proprioceptive sensorimotor games by using lego and puzzle games which are usually done during the safety corner, when the child has completed all his tasks.  The results of the application of sensorimotor games can improve children's concentration, marked that children have begun to focus on learning, when playing children learn and are always creative in using game media, and become interested so that children are more active in learning and able to do their tasks well.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran guru sangat berperan penting untuk menentukan keberhasilan dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan penggunaan media pembelajaran juga dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan mengenai pengintegrasian metode sosiodrama dan media komik bergambar dalam pembelajaran Sesorah sesuai unggah-ungguh bahasa Jawa. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian studi kasus yang dilakukan di kelas XI MPLB 3 SMKN 1Surakarta. Teknik pengamgurubilan data dengan menggunakan observasi pada saat proses pembelajaran Sesorah dan wawancara dengan narasumber, siswa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalinan-mengalir dan analisis interaktif dengan tahapan, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditemukan bahwa penggunaan metode sosiodrama dan media komik bergambar dapat menambah keaktifan siswa. Selanjutnya, pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan interaktif, semula masih berpusat pada guru, menjadi berpusat pada siswa. Pada akhirnya, hasil belajar siswa pada materi Sesorah menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya, karena minat belajar meningkat dan situasi pembelajarannya mengalami perubahan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Kesalahan Penggunaan Huruf Kapital Pada Siswa Kelas V Sd Negeri 46 Rejang Lebong Tahun Pelajaran 2021-2022” ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital yang dibuat oleh siswa dalam menulis paragraf deskriptif. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini yakni “apakah kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa dalam penggunaan huruf kapital saat membuat kalimat deskriptif”. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SD Negri 46 Rejang Lebong tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 20 siswa, Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriprif, yaitu metode penelitian yang melibatkan peneliti secara langsung untuk mengamati objek yang sedang diteliti. Keslahan ini terjadi di permulaan kaliamat terutama pada saat transisi pergantian kaliamat setelah tanda baca titik. Indikasi dari kesalahan ini disebabkan kurang terlatihnya siswa dalam menulis huruf kapital, adanya kebiasaan penulisan kalimat tanpa menggunakan huruf kapital. Selain itu ada juga siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan menggunakan huruf kapital terus menerus pada satu huruf tertentu. Faktor lain yang menyebabkan kesalahan tersebut, yaitu motivasi serta minat belajar siswa rendah. selain itu peranan guru yang masih kurang dalam memicu minat siswa dalam belajar menulis karen kurang kreatifnya cara penyampaian materi. Peneliti mengharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar bisa memberikan metode yang lebih baik dalam penyampaian materi mengenai penggunaan huruf kapital dalam menulis.
