Abstract

The problem that often arises in post sectio caesarea (SC) patients is the fear of early mobilization due to pain. Approximately 60% of patients have very severe pain, 25% moderate pain and 15% mild pain. SC ERACS method is claimed to reduce postoperative pain, and allow a faster recovery process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SC ERACS method on the acceleration of mobilization in women giving birth. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The results of univariate analysis showed that the mean of mobilization in conventional SC was 20.41 hours after surgery, and in ERACS SC it was 10 hours after surgery. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was an effect of the ERACS method on the acceleration of mobilization in postpartum mothers. The conclusion is that there is an effect of SC ERACS method on the acceleration of mobilization in postpartum mothers at Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital in 2022. Suggestions are that the hospital is expected to provide counseling on the implementation of early mobilization before surgery, so that after surgery the patient already has knowledge about early mobilization.

Abstract

Basal cell carcinoma (BC) is a malignant neoplasm of non-katinized cells in the basal layer of the epidermis, is locally invasive, aggressive, destructive, and rarely metastasizes. KSB is more common in the elderly. The etiopathogenesis associated with KSB is genetic, environmental, and most commonly ultraviolet light exposure. Clinically, there are five types of SCI, namely nodular, superficial, morpheaform, pigmented, and Pinkus fibroepithelioma. Early detection of skin cancer can be done by skin self-examination (SAKURI). The purpose of this study was to determine clinical signs as predictors of basal cell carcinoma in traditional rubber farmers. Through 7 steps of occupational diagnosis, it can be concluded that the diagnosis of Basal Cell Carcinoma in patients is related to their work as traditional rubber farmers. Appropriate definitive and non-medicamentous management and patient compliance can restore the patient's health condition with a good prognosis.

Abstract

Hospital is a health service institution by providing outpatient and inpatient services. Each hospital also has an obligation to have a Medical Record Unit. Medical records are files that contain records or documents such as patient identities, results of diagnoses, actions, and treatments as well as services that have been provided to patients. In the context of administering medical records, health service facilities are required to provide the necessary facilities. One of them is a medical record storage rack to store medical records. Based on the results of research at the Medical Record Unit of the Annisa Hospital, Bogor, it was found that the medical record storage rack was inadequate and some medical records were piled on the floor, making it difficult for officers to find medical records when needed and services at the polyclinic became hampered. The purpose of this study was to determine the need for medical record storage racks for the next 5 years at Annisa Hospital Bogor in 2022. The study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method, using a non-random sampling method with saturated sampling technique. From the results of the study, the Annisa Bogor Hospital still lacks medical record storage rack facilities which currently have 12 wooden shelves and 3 Roll O'packs, an additional rack of 9 Roll O'packs is needed. The storage area at Annisa Hospital Bogor is sufficient because the area needed for the next 5 years is 61.3 m2. Meanwhile, the current room area is 120 m2 combined with the medical record officer's workspace.

Abstract

The aging process that feeled by elderly will cause a decrease in functional and cellular functions. The factors that influence this process are divided into two factors, internal factors such as free radicals and external factors such as lifestyle, environment, and food. Free radicals in the body can be neutralized by antioxidants that come from a good lifestyle and foods that contain antioxidants. This study uses a qualitative ethnographic method by conducting interviews using a questionnaire combined with respondent observations. The questionnaire used is divided into three analyzes, there are symptom analysis, lifestyle analysis, and food analysis. Then the scores on the three analyzes will be added up and produce qualitative conclusions. The sample was determined by purposive sampling with analysis of the relationship between each of independent variables using a correlation test using SPSS application. The symptoms and the lifestyle lived by the elderly in Kelurahan Sukarame, Bandar Lampung play an important role in the personal antioxidant profile while the food intake chosen by the elderly has a lower role than symptoms and lifestyle. Physical activities such as exercise and morning walks and minimizing UV exposure with a combination of taking vitamin supplements routinely will maximize the aging process of the elderly in Kelurahan Sukarame, Bandar Lampung.
