Abstract

Holders of Mining Permit situated in the forest area have to reclaim and revegetate the land where vegetation damaged by mining activities. Regulations have been made, including the Regulation No. P.04 / Menhut-II / 2011. Meanwhile, assessing the success of the forest reclamation activities has also been arranged through Regulation No. P.60 /Menhut-II/2009. In addition, there is the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 78 Year 2010 stating mining companies submit a sum of money as security for reclamation and post-mining. This research was conducted at PT. Karya Usaha Pertiwi and PT. Tanito Harum, Province of East Kalimantan. It aimed to assess the cost of reclamation and post-mining reclamation and post-mining activities with the assurance that had been submitted to the Government. Research methods include field research as well as interviews with several respondents from various stakeholders making and implementing policies related to reclamation and revegetation activities of ex-coal mines. The cost of reclamation and post-mining included direct costs and indirect costs. The research showed the cost of reclamation and post-mining plans PT. Karya Usaha Pertiwi was Rp 6,474,028,332 and PT Tanito Harum Rp 16,906,496,487. The benefits of research were to maximize the function of reclamation and post-mining reclamation guarantees in accordance with the planning of direct and indirect costs. East Kalimantan Provincial Local Government (Department of Energy and Mineral Resources) and Director General of Mineral and Coal, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources can provide oversight and guidance of conformity assurance and post-mining reclamation of mined land in order to create productive.

Abstract

There is some signal which is take effect to the antena among others SWR the Standing Wave Ratio which is a comparison or ratio of the existing resistance in a circuit, which is a comparison between the external resistance and the internal resistance. Calculation or the magnitude of this comparison or ratio will have an effect on the existing circuit.The magnitude of the SWR value has been classified in the name of ideal, less ideal or not ideal. The influence of the SWR value that has been summarized in a classification will certainly have a felt effect for the user of the tool or instrument that has the SWR value. With the classification that has been summarized previously coupled with existing calculations, the influence of the magnitude of the SWR value will be explained.Before getting a bad influence or effect from the SWR value, the user will be able to anticipate or prevent the bad thing from happening. In addition, there is a possibility that users can also eliminate or minimize the occurrence of such disturbances or unfavorable influences. By knowing all the disturbances, the user will be able to prevent it so that everything that happens is as expected. From what has happened, the data will conclude about the effect of the SWR value on car television broadcasts which are directly related to the antenna. Abstract

Kabupaten Klaten is one of the regencies in Central Java Province which is flanked by two areas that have a fairly large traffic movement because it has a sand mining center located in Keimalang District and several industries factories in the Ceper and Kemudo areas. Where the factories are to transport their production goods into a mobilization system, a transportation system for the transportation of goods that is large enough to fulfill the mobility or industry. In determining the policy there are some data needed, such as traffic movement data. The data is used as material for analysis to formulate transportation policies in various regions in an effort to facilitate the demand for the movement of goods. These transportation policies are used to improve transportation equipment as a form of intervention from the supply side on the road network. Because there is no recapitulation of the movement of goods transport in the Kabupaten Klaten as a tool for determining policies by the local government in determining several policies, it is necessary to analyze the movement of goods transport traffic in Kabupaten Klaten. Methods This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods with Secondary Data Analysis (ADS) approach. ADS is a method by utilizes secondary data as the main data source. Utilizing secondary data in question, namely by using an appropriate statistical test to obtain the desired information from the material body or from mature data obtained from certain Agencies or Institutions (such as BPS, Departments or Educational Institutions) to be processed systematically and objectively. . The secondary data used in this study is survey data that has been carried out by the Ministry of Transportation, Transportation Research and Development Agency, Survey of Origin and Destination of Goods Transportation in 2018. The volume of movement of goods transport from Klaten Regency to Regencies in Central Java Province is 589,411 tons/month and from Regencies in Central Java to Klaten Regency is 520.554 tons/month. The pattern of the movement of goods transportation to Klaten Regency from Regencies in Central Java is the largest to Sragen, Boyolali, Wonogiri, Sukoharjo, and followed by other Regencies. For the pattern of movement of goods transportation from Klaten Regency to Central Java, the largest districts are Sukoharjo, Boyolali, Magelang, and Surakarta and followed by other districts Keywords: Freight Transportation, Kabupaten Klaten, Movement Pattern

Abstract

Melakukan investigasi pada insiden kerja haruslah dengan cermat dan menyeluruh, hal tersebut dilakukan sebelum melaksanakan job safety analisis. Agenda investigasi dan pencegahan insiden mestinya diselesaikan oleh individu yang berpengetahuan dan berkompeten serta secara signifikan dapat mengurangi insiden di tempat kerja. Pihak-pihak yang bekerja harus bertindak bersama untuk membuat aturan serta alat keselamatan ini efektif. Agar unit kerja dapat bekerja sama secara terkoordinasi, mereka harus menunjukkan nilai kerja mereka dalam mencegah berbagai macam potensi kecelakaan. Pada paper review ini akan membahas beberapa bagian dalam investigasi dan analisis insiden dalam konteks analisis sebelum melakukan job safety analysis. Abstract

Penelitian berlangsung di PT Manrapi Mining Kontraktor yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batubara yang berfokus pada kegiatan bongkar, muat dan angkut dengan sistem tambang terbuka dan metode strip mine yang berada di Kecamatan Panca Agung, Kabupaten Bulungan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa masih terdapat kendala baik itu kerugian finansial maupun kerugian langsung yang menimpa para pekerja yang disebabkan oleh keadaan tidak aman maupun kondisi tidak aman. Untuk menghindari dan mengurangi risiko yang dapat terjadi maka diperlukan analisis terhadap kejadian yang terjadi di lapangan dengan melibatkan menejemen risiko agar kejadian serupa tidak lagi terjadi. Analisis risiko ini meliputi kegiatan penilaian risiko hingga pengendalian risiko. Setelah dilakukan analisis area penambangan PT Manrapi Mining Kontraktor, di temukan 12 potensi bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan dengan nilai keparahan berupa,3 potensi bahaya bernilai rendah, 6 potensi bahaya bernilai sedang, 1 potensi bahaya bernilai tinggi dan 2 potensi bahaya bernilai extrem. Setelah dikendalikan dengan menggunakan matriks penilaian risiko maka didapatkan hasil berupa 9 potensi bahaya dengan nilai rendah dan 3 potensi bahaya dengan nilai sedang. Setelah kegiatan analisis pada PT Manrapi Mining Kontraktor dilakukan diharapkan pihak perusahaan dapat lebih peduli terhadap pentingnya penerapan program keselamatan dan lesehatan kerja demi terselenggaranya lingkungan kerja yang harmonis.

Abstract

A sand dune is a sand mound formed by sand blown by the wind. One of the unique sand dunes found in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, in fact it is the only sand dune in Southeast Asia. The sand dune is located in Parangtritis Village, Kretek District, Bantul Regency, which is a geoheritage area. As the Parangtritis sand dune is an area that needs to be protected and preserved, it is necessary to take steps to keep the sand dune alive. Changes in land use often occur in several areas. There are concerns that a similar incident could occur in the sand dune area which could adversely affect the loss of the sand dune. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the dynamics of land use in the Gumuk Pasir Parangtritis area. This research method uses a qualitative approach with document inspection techniques in the form of satellite images. Analysis technique through satellite image classification in ArcGIS software. Analysis of satellite image classification is a grouping of color hues in satellite images according to the degree of similarity. Looking at the satellite image of the Parangtritis sand dune area, it is found that the land use classes are: Sand Dunes, Vegetation, Buildings, Wetlands, Dry Land, and Water. Observations of satellite imagery were carried out in 2010-2020 through Google Earth. This research produces a dynamic map of the land use of the Gumuk Pasir area for 2010, 2015, and 2020. From the map it can be found that during 2010-2020 that sand dunes decreased by 21.36 ha, vegetation decreased by 47.04 ha, buildings increased by 62.3 ha, wetlands decreased by 34.63 ha, dry lands increased by 45.95 ha, and water increased by 0.07 ha.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengujian engine brake dari hasil rekayasa alternator sebagai beban eksitasi arus listrik pada mobil listrik buatan ITNY tahun 2019. Poros keluaran motor dihubungkan dengan gearbox yang mempunyai dua poros keluaran, satu poros dihubungkan dengan defferential gear yang selanjutnya memutar roda belakang, sementara yang lain dihubungkan dengan poros input generator DC Shunt. Daya motor penggerak 3 kW dan daya generator 1 kW (alternator mobil 85 Amper 12 V), Sumber tenaga mobil ini adalah baterai 60 VDC, 60 AH yang berupa susunan seri dari 5 buah baterai, masing-masing 12 VDC, 60 AH. Rangkaian uji dilengkapi dengan controller dan switching. Controller merupakan peralatan elektronik yang digunakan untuk mengatur kecepatan putar motor yang sekaligus mengatur kecepatan mobil listrik, yang pengaturannya menggunakan pedal. Switching digunakan untuk mengarahkan arus apakah masuk ke motor atau ke generator, bila pedal diinjak arus masuk ke motor, namun bila pedal dilepas arus masuk ke generator. hasil uji coba langsung dijalan raya pada tururnan curam, didapat bahwa terdapat perbedaan durasi waktu tempuh pada jarak 200 m, dengan kemiringan jalan turun rata-rata 45 derajat, antara tanpa pengereman waktu tempuh (t.nEB) = 34 detik dan dengan engine brake waktu tempuh (t.EB) 48 detik, sehingga menghasilkan bahwa nilai efisiensi Enginge Brake ( ????EB )adalah 70,83 %. Abstract

The house is one of the buildings that is used as a place to live as a basic need for shelter and rest. However, the fulfillment of these needs has not been fully owned by the community. Rumah Instan Modul Adaptasi Ezygriya (RIMAE) is a development of Rumah Instan Sederhana Sehat (RISHA). This innovation is carried out by developing fast-build technology using a knock-down system and has been provided in a manufacturing manner. This technology is not only very supportive of the acceleration of development, but also environmentally friendly when compared to conventional house construction. The purpose of this study is to discuss the cost comparison of a conventional house with Rumah Instan Modul Adaptasi Ezygriya (RIMAE). This research method is descriptive, namely direct interviewing of RIMAE applicators and direct observation in the field. The analytical method in this study is to calculate the volume of work, calculate the unit price coefficient, multiply the volume of work by the unit price coefficient, recapitulate the Budget Plan (RAB), and analyze the comparison of the total costs of the two buildings. Based on the analysis conducted, the cost needed to build Rumah Instan Modul Adaptasi Ezygriya (RIMAE) type-36 was Rp. 110,208,238.

Abstract

Makalah ini memperlihatkan laboratorium virtual untuk mempelajari peristiwa kualitas daya, yaitu voltage swell dan voltage sag, harmonik, dan flicker, yang digunakan oleh siswa untuk belajar dan menguji pengetahuan mereka tentang subjek terkait. Laboratorium virtual diperlukan karena dalam kehidupan nyata, dalam ranah kualitas daya, merupakan sesuatu yang rumit untuk menghasilkan peristiwa kualitas daya dalam memahami efek atau menganalisis fitur-fiturnya. Laboratorium virtual dianggap memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mempelajari terlebih dahulu aspek teoritis dari suatu mata pelajaran, kemudian menerapkan pengetahuan yang mereka kumpulkan ke berbagai bentuk isyarat, untuk mendapatkan karakteristik peristiwa dan pada akhirnya untuk menguji hasil yang mereka capai. dengan karakteristik isyarat tersebut. Terdapat dua manfaat utama pada penggunaan laboratorium virtual: pertama adalah siswa dapat melihat peristiwa yang berbeda, dengan karakteristik yang berbeda dan dengan cara ini, mereka lebih memahami fenomena tersebut; dan yang kedua adalah laboratorium konvensional untuk pembelajaran peristiwa kualitas daya sangatlah mahal, komponen utamanya memiliki biaya yang sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Debris flow is one type of mass movement that occurs where a combination of loose soil, rock, organic materials, air, and water moves down to a slope. Debris flow usually occurs due to intense surface water flow and heavy rainfall, which erodes and mobilizes loose soil or rock on steep slopes. In the last decade, debris flow disaster have occurred in Lombok Regency which caused many casualties and infrastructure damage. The method used in this modeling is generated from the processing of the Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data which is correlated with several parameters such as volume, friction, etc. Furthermore, the parameters determined are simulated using the RAMMS application. The results of this modeling are numerical data and zonation maps of debris flow prone areas. This Research is expected to be an effort to mitigate debris flow disasters around the Palung watershed, Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province.
