Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemerintah Desa Manggala, Kecamatan Pinoh Selatan, Kabupaten Melawi, Kalimantan Barat dalam pemetaan administrasi wilayah. Pemetaan administrasi merupakan upaya penting dalam pengelolaan wilayah desa, termasuk pengelolaan sumber daya alam, pelayanan publik, serta perencanaan pembangunan. Metode yang dilakaukan dalam kegiatan ini berupa pemetaan lapangan untuk mendapatkan batasan adminitrasi desa, fasilitas umum, fasilitas perkantoran, fasilitas olah raga dan taman rekreasi. Pembuatan peta admintrasi ini merupakan salah satu solusi dalam permasalahan yang ada di Desa Manggala, Kecamatan Pinoh Selatan, Kabupaten Melawi, Kalimantan Barat. Semakin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk memaksa peran pemerintah daerah untuk mencari dan mengembangkan potensi alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memicu perkonomian desa. Pengabdian ini memiliki hasil yang sangat baik kepada Masyarakat dan aparatur Desa Manggala yang mana memiliki arsip peta adminitrasi desa. Peta adminitrasi desa ini di harapkan sebagai acuan dalam pemerataan Pembangunan dan pemanfaatan lahan yang baik agar tidak menimbulkan dampak negatip sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Desa Manggala.

Abstract

Bhumi Sriwijaya Perdana Coal is one of the companies engaged in the coal mining sector, experiencing obstacles in achieving the overburden stripping production target. The Company's production target for loading and hauling equipment is 88,000.00 BCM/month. Based on actual results in the field, the target was not achieved. Not achieving production targets at PT. Bhumi Sriwijaya Perdana Coal due to several factors. The problem that occurs today is that the production of loading and hauling equipment has not been optimal so that the production targets set have not been achieved. The purpose of this study is to evaluate obstacles that can affect effective work time due to tools, natural and human factors. As well as optimizing the performance of loading and hauling equipment so that it can affect production targets. The methods used in this study are as follows: Literature study, field observation, data collection based on primary data and secondary data, processing and analysis, as well as conclusions and suggestions. The results showed that the actual yield of Caterpillar 330 GC loading and digging equipment was 53.791,92 BCM/month, and HINO 500 FM 280 JD conveyance was 54.287,24 BCM/month. With effective working time for loading conveying excavation is 15,65 hours / day and transportation equipment is 15,68 hours / day, and tool work efficiency is loading conveying excavation 78% and transportation equipment 79%. The compatibility factor between loading and hauling equipment is 0.66 < MF 1. After analysis is carried out to increase production, by adding bulk filling and optimizing the distribution time of loading digging equipment. Evaluation production results were obtained for Caterpillar 330 GC loading and digging equipment of 89.883,36 BCM/month, and HINO 500 FM 280 JD transportation equipment of 90.086,36 BCM/month. And the compatibility factor of the tool becomes 0.86 MF < 1.

Abstract

Handika Karya (CV. HK) is a company operating in andesite mining using an open pit mining system located in Kaliduka II Hamlet, Kalirejo Village, Kapanewon Kokap, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The mining operations create noise that can significantly impact the performance of the workers. To address this, it is crucial to effectively monitor and control the noise to optimize performance and safeguard the workers' hearing health. The purpose of this report is to definitively determine the noise level produced by the mining process at CV. Handika Karya, identify the primary sources of noise, and confidently establish the safe time for mining operations in compliance with regulations such as Permenaker No. 5 of 2018 and SNI 7570 of 2010 regarding noise level standards. The research site was precisely divided into three collection points (office, temporary workshop, and monitoring area), and comprehensive data collection was conducted on two different days to accurately reflect the varying mining conditions and intensities. The noise levels due to the mining operations at CV. Handika Karya, based on the worker gathering points, were conclusively determined: 83 dBA in the monitoring area on the first day, 89.3 dBA on the second day; 82.2 dBA in the workshop on the first day, 82.75 dBA on the second day; 76.12 dBA in the office on the first day, and 80.6 dBA on the second day. The noise levels produced by specific mining operations were unequivocally recorded as follows: 95 dBA during the loading operation, 81.9 dBA for 15 seconds during the blasting process, and 101.9 dBA during drilling operations, surpassing the established noise threshold value. To effectively address excessive noise, operators are confidently provided with APT (Active Noise Reduction Earmuffs) with an NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) value of 33 dB, eliminating the need for unnecessary operator changes every 1.28 hours.

Abstract

Program of Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) is a Community Service Program aims to enhance public understanding of the role and significance of city landmarks, particularly the Tugu Pal Putih in Yogyakarta, within the context of urban spaces and cultural heritage. The range of activities were conducted using two methods: 1) offline distribution of cups and plates featuring landmark-related imagery and text, and 2) online dissemination through short videos on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The program also involved students as part of the team. The results showed: 1) an increased public awareness of the philosophical and historical values of Tugu Pal Putih, 2) a deeper understanding of the role of landmarks in the structure of urban spaces, and 3) a heightened awareness of the importance of preserving landmarks as part of world cultural heritage. The chosen media proved effective in reaching various segments of the public, both locally and regionally, and successfully encouraged greater community involvement in preserving and promoting city landmarks.

Abstract

As a subsidiary of PT. Baramulti Sukses Sarana (BSSR), PT. Antang Gunung Meratus is a coalmine located in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. In 2004 the Indonesian government entered into ajoint agreement for coal mining business work (PKP2B). PT. Antang Gunung Meratus uses aKomatsu PC 2000-8 type excavator for the overburden loading process with a productivity targetfor the contractor of 860/hour per unit. The production target per unit in one month at the WarutePit is 549,000 BCM/month. Production on the PC 2000-8 excavator unit with unit number PC2008-X169 was 433,062 BCM/month. analyze the productivity of the loading digging equipmentobtained using actual calculations and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, aswell as analyzing the factors that influence the productivity of the Komatsu PC 2000-8 loadingdigging equipment in overburden removal activities. The OEE method is used to analyze how toimprove equipment performance. include low time effective work and work efficiency and theplanned distribution time has not been achieved. Efforts that can be made to achieve productiontargets include increasing effective working time by reducing the time obstacles are avoided,optimizing tool work efficiency, training operator skills to support the circulation time of loadingand digging equipment and adding tools

Abstract

The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Bantul Regency plays a crucial role in disaster preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This community service project was conducted to evaluate the logistics warehouse management of BPBD Bantul Regency in addressing the potential threat of earthquakes and tsunamis caused by the megathrust along the southern coast of Java. The study was carried out through direct observation of the logistics warehouse and semi-structured interviews with BPBD staff during the period from May to August 2024. Observations revealed that BPBD Bantul Regency faces challenges related to limited storage space and overcrowded items, which may slow down the logistics distribution process during emergencies. Additionally, the logistics management system does not fully comply with the standards set out in BNPB Head Regulation No. 06 of 2009 on Warehouse Guidelines. To enhance preparedness, recommendations include improvements in warehouse organization, upgrading the logistics management system, and providing adequate equipment. These steps are expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of BPBD in handling disaster logistics, ensuring faster and more targeted distribution, and supporting optimal disaster management in Bantul Regency

Abstract

Pit X area is located on Wetar Island which is included in the Southwest Maluku region, this research was conducted in the PT Batutua Kharisma Permai (Merdeka Copper Gold) area. The research focuses on geological conditions as well as exploration and copper levels (VMS) in the Company. The method used is direct observation in the field as well as studio and laboratory analysis. Geologically, Wetar Island was formed in the Tertiary-Quaternary period due to the collision of two plates, namely the Indian-Australian plate and the Eurasian plate, included in the inner banda arc zone. Included in the Naumatan and Alor formations, the general geological structure is faults and folds. VMS (Volcanic Massive Sulfide) are deposits of base metal sulfide minerals associated with volcanism related to hydrothermal processes in submarine environments (Hutchinson, 1973). The formation of VMS is caused by rifting / mini wetar basin opening alteration and mineralization pathways causing the formation of Black smoker Cu enrichment (Sulfide mound) to White Smoker (Barite, Au). From the use of drill data and cross sections, the results of potential ore content averaged Cu 0.62 - 3.28%, Au 0.28 - 0.77 g/t, and Ag 0.1 - 37.6 g/t and Zn 0.25% and cross section B Cu 0.52 - 2.41%, Au 0.39 - 0.72 g/t, Ag 5.2 - 22.3 g/t, Zn 0.48% and Pb 0.24%. QAQC data shows copper (Cu) prospects in both cross sections with an average content of 1.3% - 1.5% with a difference of 0.2%. Has a relatively favorable Cu prospect direction north-south Cu of 0.6% - 3.3% or equivalent to 6000-33000 ppm.

Abstract

Community service regarding disaster preparedness is motivated because Mount Merapi is an active volcano that erupts every time and is now on alert level III. The Klakah area is a KRB III area, so the community needs to get socialization and knowledge about volcanic activity and preparedness for the Merapi eruption disaster. This community service was carried out in 2023 in Klakah, Selo, Boyolali with participants from the village government and the Klakah disaster response community. This community service starts from situation analysis, socialization, analysis by distributing questionnaires, and suggestions for the village government. The results of this community service show that community participation is quite high in participating in community service activities and they also care about disaster-related matters. The community already knows the vulnerability of the area where they live. The community further improves relations with the relevant government when a disaster occurs, even though the measured level of resilience is 50%.

Abstract

So far, stratigraphic measurements on the Nanggulan Formation in the Nanggulan area have been limited to the Kalisonggo River location. There are also sedimentary rock outcrops with relatively steep slopes in the Kamal River. This location has been used as a study area to obtain a sized stratigraphic picture so that it can be studied as a basis for determining facies and environmental studies. deposition. The purpose of this research is to obtain measured stratigraphic data (measurement section) and aims to obtain relative ages and depositional environments. Administratively, the research area was carried out on the Kamal River, Pendoworejo Village, Girimulyo District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. Based on the research results, five (5) units in the stratigraphic data were measured using a sampling research method based on Jacob Stick stratigraphic measurements, including sandstone units, marl units, black mudstone units, siltstone units, and old andesite formation breccia units, prepared by reacting the samples using H2O2 solution, sample observation using a microscope, and determination based on data obtained using existing classifications. Based on plangtonic foraminifera analysis, the research location is aged N9-N11 (Middle Miocene). The depositional environment in the research area uses benthonic foraminifera identification which is then correlated to obtain a Middle Neritic depositional environment.

Abstract

The study area is located on the flank of Mount Merbabu and south of the Soropati Band. Mount Soropati is thought to be active in the Quaternary, and was formed at the same time as two other nearby volcanoes, Old Merbabu and Ungaran. This study aims to identify basalt lavas on Mount Soropati that spread to the medial facies. The research method used is field observation supported by DEM map analysis and petrographic analysis. On the appearance of the DEM map, Mount Soropati has a morphology that shows the formation of a caldera and a visible depth that is likely the center of volcanic activity on Mount Soropati in the past. Mount Soropati is a Bregada volcano that gathers one Khuluk, Khuluk Telomoyo and one gumuk, Gumuk Gedong. Mount Soropati is composed of basalt lava flows and has historical records of activities that show that Mount Soropati is a polygenetic volcano. Mount Soropati has an effusive type, which is reflected in the Ca-rich plagioclase content, and an explosive type, which can be seen from the former caldera. In volcanic development, Mount Soropati is in the advanced erosional phase. The presence of basalt lava along ± 2.4 km and a considerable distance from the eruption center may indicate a medial facies.
