Kesadaran penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam seluruh aktivitas ekonomi semakin meningkat seiring dengan adanya bukti empiris bahwa sistem ekonomi konvensional belum sepenuhnya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Penerapan sistem ekonomi konvensi hanya menyisakan masalah warisan seperti meningkatnya ketimpangan pendapatan, semakin lebarnya jurang kemiskinan dan persoalan-persoalan lainnya yang berdampak pada adanya marjinalisasi satu golongan terhadap golongan lain. Kehadiran ekonomi syariah diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan dalam ekonomi sehingga terciptanya pembangunan ekonomi yang berkeadilan dan dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh masyarakat.Namun dalam prakteknya, penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah perlu didukung oleh penelitian baik empiris maupun teoritis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah. Service quality and brand image have a very important role in building positive relationships with customers, which can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.This research method involves surveying customers of PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah to collect primary data. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method, and the data were analyzed using path analysis to measure the relationship between these variables. The results of data analysis show that service quality and brand image significantly affect customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is also proven to have a significant impact on customer loyalty.The implication of these findings is that PT Asuransi Jasindo Syariah needs to continue to improve the quality of service to its customers and strengthen its brand image in order to maintain and increase customer satisfaction, which in turn will contribute to increased customer loyalty. Company management needs to understand the importance of maintaining positive relationships with customers and focus on developing strategies to improve service quality and strengthen brand image in order to achieve the company's long-term goals.

Abstract

Organizational change is a vital process in the growth and survival of an organization. The seven key elements that must align and interact harmoniously within an organization are: Strategy, Structure, Systems, Staff, Style/Culture, Shared Values, and Skills. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive and the data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of this research show that 1. the implementation of McKinsey's business strategy has gone very smoothly and has had a significant positive impact on the growth of the banking institution. As a result of implementation, BSI KCP Karimata was able to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Operational efficiencies obtained through the McKinsey model also contribute positively to profitability and strengthen the financial foundation of BSI KCP Karimata. 2. The profits obtained after implementing the McKinsey model, namely the main profits obtained by BSI KCP Jember Karimata, further strengthen BSI's position as the largest sharia bank in Indonesia and in 2023 BSI will crawl up to the top 10 national banks. The challenge is that there are still some employees who find it difficult to adapt to new regulations or strategies from BSI KCP Jember Karimata.

Abstract

This quantitative research discusses e-commerce in relation to online customer reviews and ease of shopping and its influence on purchasing decisions through Shopee e-commerce. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic religiosity, online customer reviews, and ease of shopping on customer purchase decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 23 software. Primary data is obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are active users of Shopee. The research sample consisted of the number of respondents determined by the slovin method, taken from shopee online customer data La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery. The results of the study according to the partial test (t), the Islamic Religiosity variable did not affect the purchase decision through shopee e-commerce La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery on the results of the multiple regression test. Conversely, both Online Customer Reviews and Ease of Shopping have a positive impact on purchasing decisions through shopee e-commerce La Tansa Bookstore and Stationery. The test results showed that 73.7% was accounted for by the dependent variables, indicating a significant influence on the Independent variables

Abstract

The evolution of Islam has contributed significantly to various areas of human life. Work in the Islamic perspective is one of the necessities of life and an activity that holds an important role in social life. Work is advocated by Islam, and work is frequently used as a measurement to determine a person's worth.The assessment of employee performance is an imperative aspect in improving organizational performance. This study aims to explore the practice of employee performance assessment in improving the business of CV. La Tansa Gontor Department Store by considering the principles of Islamic economics. This research method used is qualitative with a case study at La Tansa Gontor Department Store.This research concludes that employees' performance evaluation conducted by CV. La Tansa Gontor Department Store has implemented the principles of Islamic economics, hence improving employee motivation and overall performance. The practical implication of this research is that the use of a performance evaluation approach based on Islamic economic principles can be a relevant and effective model for other companies seeking an adoption of Islamic values in their business practices

Abstract

Sharia banking can thrive by using the company's financial success, which is closely aligned with the audit process. The purpose of the audit task is to acquire evidence and assess it impartially to determine if the audit criteria are satisfied, so ensuring a high-quality audit and preventing fraud. Subsequently, a study was conducted to ascertain the influence of ethical factors and auditor expertise on the level of audit excellence in the financial statements of Islamic banks in Banda Aceh. The research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing the multiple linear regression model for data analysis. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire and processed using IBM Statistics to test statistical hypotheses. The study findings indicate that both ethical factors and audit experience have a favorable influence on the quality of audits conducted by Islamic institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic branding, online customer reviews and tagline on online purchasing decisions at Shopee by students in Banda Aceh City. The data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents, students who use Shopee ecommerce in Banda Aceh City. This research used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques and is determined by the Hair formula. Technical data analysis using multiple linear regression with the SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Islamic branding, online customer review, and tagline have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. Simultaneous testing found that the variables of Islamic branding, online customer review, and tagline have an effect on online purchasing decisions at Shopee

Abstract

Saat ini, jumlah pelaku UMKM di Aceh sangat tinggi dengan segala bentuk jenis usahanya, namun masih banyak yang belum memiliki sertifikat halal yang merupakan salah satu legalitas usaha yang harus dipenuhi. Salah satu bentuk sertifikasi halal adalah dengan skema self declare, model sertifikasi halal ini ditanggapi beragam oleh pelaku UMKM di Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menguraikan dinamika sertifikasi halal melalui skema self declare pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Aceh. (2) Mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang dalam akselerasi daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Aceh. (3) Menetapkan strategi pelaku usaha dalam akselerasi daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpalan data melalui data sekunder yaitu wawancara dengan informan penelitian pada 4 (empat) wilayah di Aceh. Informan penelitian meliputi pelaku UMKM, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Aceh, Pendamping Proses Halal (PPH), Seksi Bima Islam pada Kementerian Agama serta Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama (MPU). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM antusias dengan pengurusan sertifikasi halal sebagai salah satu pemenuhanlegalitas usaha. Tantangan yang ada yaitu kurangnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM terkait penggunaan bahan-bahan usaha yang masuk kedalam positive list dalam skema Self declare. Untuk itu, perlu kerja keras dan upaya pihakpihak terkait dalam meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku usaha akan sertifikasi halal sehingga tercipta akselerasi daya saing usaha para pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAceh adalah wilayah Muslim terbesar di Indonesia dan sering disebut “Serambi Mekah”. Praktik ajaran Islam sangat penting diberlakukan seperti zakat dan bukan hanya sekedar sedekah biasa melainkan ajaran dalam Islam untuk menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi umat. Hal ini menunjukkan potensi zakat yang besar dilihat dari persentase dan jumlah masyarakat muslim yang besar di Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi zakat di Aceh dan menganalisis distribusinya di berbagai sektor di berbagai kabupaten dan kota yang berbeda, yang dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemerintah Aceh untuk meningkatkan pengumpulan zakat dan memastikan penggunaannya yang efektif. Potensi zakat yang dimiliki Provinsi Aceh baik dari sektor pertanian, perkebunan, peternakan, perusahaan, uang dan penghasilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Indikator Pemetaan Potensi Zakat (IPPZ) yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Zakat Nasional (Baznas). Data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan dianalisis dengan metode IPPZ dialanjutkan dengan pemetaan sehingga terlihat persebaran wilayah potensi zakat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Provinsi Aceh memiliki potensi zakat sebesar Rp 3,79 Triliyun pertahunnya dengan Rp 422,53 Milyar pada sektor pertanian, Rp 277,33 Milyar pada sektor perkebunan, Rp 353,84 Milar pada sektor Peternakan, Rp 271,14 Milyar pada sektor Uang, Rp 2,35 Milyar pada sektor Perusahaan dan Rp 2,46 Triliyun pada sektor penghasilan. Daerah Kabupaten/Kota yang memiliki Potensi Zakat yang terbesar di Aceh yaitu Banda Aceh, Aceh Utara dan Bireuen.

Abstract

This study introduces a sharia model of the HPF of republic of Indonesia. since, the Housing Provision Fund promotes housing investment and enables early house purchase for individuals with low income. The aim of this paper is presently sharia business model of provident fund and its implementing strategies to reduce the population of those needing adequate housing of Indonesian. This paper operates an extensive literature review explains the existing of housing provident fund model based on the sharia principle. The Sharia-compliant business model of the provident fund in the Republic of Indonesia is a relatively new mechanism that operates based on the principles of Shariah. It is designed to be fair and strives to achieve the ultimate goals of Sharia by establishing the Housing Provident Fund (HPF). The implementation of the Sharia business model in the housing provident fund of the Indonesian government can be replicated in other Muslim countries. As far as we know, this research is the first in the literature to present a conceptual idea and model for the sharia business model of housing provident fund that complies with Sharia principles.

Abstract

Zakat adalah salah satu rukum Islam, zakat merupakan mengeluarkan Sebagian tertentu dari harta tertentu sampai nisab kepada orang yang berhak menerimanya dan merupakan kewajiban umat islam yang telah ditetapkan oleh Al-Quran, sunnah nabi dan ijma’ para ulama. Kabupaten Empat Lawang Desa Sarang Bulan memiliki persawahan yang cukup luas maka Sebagian Masyarakat penghasilannya dari hasil pertanian, akan tetapi petani belum memahami tentang zakat pertanian maka mereka masih sangat kurang dalam mengamalkan zakat pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pemahaman Masyarakat Desa Sarang Bulan Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Terhadap Zakat Pertanian Padi. Penelitian ini mengunakan Metode kualitatif,data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam mengumpulkan data mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam melaksanakan kewajiban zakat, Masyarakat belum begitu memahami bahkan terkadang mereka menyamakan antara shadaka dengan zakat. Masyarakat Desa Sarang Bulan Kecamatan Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan termasuk Masyarakat yang belum sadar akan kewajiban zakat, dilihat dari kebiasaan mereka yang ketika panen hanya memberikan kepada Masyarakat yang membutuhkan ataupun kemasjid dalam bentuk infaq atau sadakah yang disebut zakat.
