Abstract

terhadap retensi karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT Nusantara Power Engineering Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Nusantara Power Engineering Medan sebagai responden penelitian. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh karyawan perusahaan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Analisis PLS digunakan untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel independen (gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karir), variabel intervening (kepuasan kerja), serta variabel dependen (retensi karyawan). Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen diuji melalui pengukuran outer model, sedangkan pengaruh antar variabel dianalisis melalui pengukuran inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi retensi karyawan, pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Pelatihan terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Pengembangan karir menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to determine and to analyze the effect of promotion, brand ambassador and product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening Body lotion products for people in Depok City. The type of research method used is quantitative method with data collection methods using a questionnaire.. For the number of samples of this study were 100 respondents. In the regression test results show the results with a figure of 77.8% explaining that the purchasing decision factor by price, product quality, and brand while the remaining 22.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. Meanwhile, the results of the F test of all variables show that simultaneously the influence between the variables of purchasing decisions, promotion, brand ambassadors and product quality simultaneously has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the analysis, namely the Fcount value of 116.657 is greater than Ftable = 2.700. For the T test results, it shows that the promotion variable shows the tcount (18.483) where the ttable (1.985) says that the promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Body lotion products in the community in Depok City. Meanwhile, for the brand ambassador variable with the results of tcount (1.438) where ttable (1.985) and for the product quality variable with the results of tcount (0.585) where ttable (1.985) shows the results that the brand ambassador and product quality variables do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Body lotion products in the community in Depok City. The dominant variable in this study and influencing purchasing decisions for Body lotion in the community in Depok City is the promotion variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the impact of motivation and competency on employee performance at PT Dae Kyung Indonesia. The type of research used is explanatory research using research methods in the form of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection is done by using saturated samples. The sample consists of 150 respondents who use multi-linear regression analysis. The results of the regression test show that 67.7% of employee performance factors can be explained by Motivation and Competence while the remaining 32.3 are explained by other factors not examined in this study. The F test results indicate that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted simultaneously by the motivation and competence variables with The analysis results indicate that Fcount =157.128 > Ftable = 3.000, which is the same as the value of Fcount = 157.128. The results of the t test show that the motivation variable shows the results of the tcount analysis (8.346) and the compensation variable shows the results tcount (4.476) where ttable (1.960) so partially both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. PT Dae Kyung Indonesia Employee Performance is influenced by Motivation, the dominant variable.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in an organization's success, influenced by various elements such as education and training, leadership style, and motivation. This study aims to analyze the combined impact of these factors on employee performance at CV Kemuning Prima Ilmu , a company specializing in training and educational consulting. Using a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis, this research evaluates data collected through surveys of CV Kemuning Prima Ilmuemployees. The analysis results indicate that education and training have a significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of -0.2194 and a p-value of 0.024, suggesting that improvements in education and training can lead to changes in employee performance. Leadership style has a regression coefficient of -0.0532 with a p-value of 0.589, indicating that this variable does not significantly affect employee performance. Meanwhile, motivation has a significant impact on performance, with a regression coefficient of -0.2310 and a p-value of 0.021, demonstrating a complex relationship between motivation and employee performance. These findings emphasize that a holistic approach combining continuous education and training, inspirational leadership, and appropriate motivational strategies can significantly enhance employee performance. The implications of this study provide valuable insights for organizations in designing more effective human resource development strategies to achieve sustainable business goals.

Abstract

This study examines the role of financial literacy in improving digital financial well-being among Indonesian youth, considering financial behavior as a mediating variable and risk perception in fintech usage. Using a quantitative survey method, data was collected from 300 respondents aged 18-35 years old who actively use fintech to manage personal finances. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that financial literacy has a significant influence on digital financial well-being, where individuals with higher financial literacy tend to have better financial well-being. Financial behavior proved to be an important mediating variable in linking financial literacy with digital financial well-being, while risk perception negatively influenced the relationship. This result is in line with Protection Motivation Theory which explains that financial literacy helps individuals deal effectively with digital financial risks. The findings have practical implications for formulating more effective digital financial education strategies, as well as making theoretical contributions to the financial management literature. Future research is recommended to explore other factors such as social support and cultural factors in digital financial literacy .

Abstract

This study delves further into the impact of marketing mix methods on growing fruit salad sales in Blora. This study is inspired by the large number of similar business competitors who may reduce the quantity of consumers. The method utilized in this analysis is a qualitative descriptive approach, which aims to portray reality by using an entrepreneur's experiences to describe current problems. The goal of this research is to determine whether utilizing the proper and efficient marketing strategy will promote higher product sales, as well as to provide an overview of how to utilize the right marketing mix in product sales. Based on the study's findings, it is clear that when starting a firm, it is critical to focus on the correct marketing strategy, such as employing a marketing mix that incorporates product, pricing, promotion, and place strategies. Selecting an appropriate plan can boost revenue. To empirically validate the findings of this study, more research employing quantitative data is expected in the near future

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia kesehatan yaitu berbagai jenis tenaga kesehatan klinik maupun nonklinik yang melaksanakan upaya medis dan intervensi kesehatan masyarakat. Kinerja dari pelayanan kesehatan sangat tergantung kepada pengetahuan, keterampilan dan motivasi dari orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Sumber daya manusia kesehatan berhubungan erat dengan masing-masing fungsi suatu organisasi kesehatan dan juga berinteraksi diantara fungsi-fungsi tersebut. Untuk mencapai visi dan misi suatu organisasi diperlukan keterampilan dan kemampuan SDM yang mampu mendiagnosa permasalahan dan mengintervensi sehingga didapatkan penyelesaian dari setiap permasalahan yang menjadi tugas pokok dan fungsi organisasi. Sumber daya manusia tersebut juga dapat menjadi ancaman bagi pelaksana kebijakan, strategi, program, dan prosedur suatu kegiatan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik dan tepat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi SDM Kesehatan di Klinik PM 1 yang mencakup seluruh karakteristi kompetensi SDM Kesehatan antara lain pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, konsep diri, dan motivasi. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, dilakukan kepada 1 key informan dan 5 secondary informan. Sudah seluruh pegawai memilik pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik, memiliki sikap yang sabar serta sopan dalam menghadapi pasien yang cenderung tidak sabar, masih ada beberapa yang tidak memiliki konsep diri atau merasa tidak percaya diri pada pekerjaannya, memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Diharapkan kepada pihak instansi untuk memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan khusus kepada pegawai untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of financial performance (NPF, CAR, BOPO, and FDR on ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the period from 2014 to 2023. The data source used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2023. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The classical assumption tests used in this research are the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test, T-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that NPF has a negative and significant effect on ROA, CAR has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, BOPO has a negative and significant as well as dominant effect on ROA, and FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneous data testing shows that NPF, CAR, BOPO, and FDR have a significant influence and a very strong relationship with ROA in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2014-2023. The results of the coefficient of determination calculation show that the influence of NPF, CAR, BOPO, and FDR on ROA is 73.1%, while the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in the model that affect the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2014-2023.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, service quality and price on purchasing decisions for Herbalife Nutrition products at Ghidza Club Cibinong. The type of research used is quantitative research in the form of an associative strategy with research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 50 respondents. The results of the regression test show that 84.5% of purchasing decision factors can be explained by Product Quality, Service Quality and Price while the remaining 15.5% is explained by other factors not examined in this research. meanwhile, the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables Product Quality, Service Quality and Price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the analysis results being the value Fcount (90.133) > Ftable (2.790). The results of the t test show that the product quality variable shows the results of t-count analysis (7.252), the service quality variable shows the results of t-count analysis (3.466), and the price variable shows the results of t-count analysis (2.368), where ttable (2.011) then partially the three variables this has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Herbalife Nutrition products at Ghidza Club Cibinong. The dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions is product quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality and interest rate levels on customer loyalty with the intervening variable of corporate image at BRI Kebon Jeruk branch office. This study uses a survey method with a sample of 95 people with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique use saquestionnairethathas been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS 22.0 application by means of multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis tests . The results of the study provide the following conclusions: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on corporate image; (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on corporate image; (3) interest rates have a positive but not significant effect on corporate image; (4) service quality, product quality, and interest rates together have a positive and significant effect on corporate image; (5) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (6) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (7) interest rates have a positive but not significant effect on member loyalty; (8) Perception, service quality have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty; (9) Service quality, product quality, and interest rates have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty through company image as an intervening variable.
