Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Esbemart, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang retail. Sumber daya manusia menjadi aset penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional, sehingga peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi hal yang krusial bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan aktif CV. Esbemart. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi syarat untuk dilakukan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, begitu pula dengan disiplin kerja yang juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 65,3% menunjukkan bahwa variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Harga saham merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai nilai perusahaan di pasar modal. Fluktuasi harga saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kinerja keuangan perusahaan. ROA dan ROE merupakan rasio keuangan yang mencerminkan efisiensi perusahaan dalam mengelola aset dan ekuitas untuk menghasilkan laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan BSI selama periode 7 tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 28. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa ROA dan ROE memiliki tingkat fluktuasi yang cukup tinggi. Uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan bahwa data residual berdistribusi normal. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 87,5% mengindikasikan bahwa ROA dan ROE mampu menjelaskan variabel harga saham secara signifikan. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial ROA dan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan uji F menunjukkan bahwa keduanya secara simultan juga berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini memperkuat teori bahwa rasio keuangan memiliki peranan penting dalam menentukan nilai saham perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengelola aset dan ekuitas secara efisien guna meningkatkan daya tarik investor di pasar modal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi investor, akademisi, dan manajemen perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis yang berkaitan dengan nilai saham.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine whether leadership, motivation, and work environment factors partially have a significant influence on employees at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. (2) To determine whether leadership, motivation, and work environment factors collectively have a significant influence on employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. (3) To determine which factor, among leadership, motivation, and work environment, has the most dominant influence on employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. (4) Do leadership, motivation, and work environment factors simultaneously influence employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya? The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 employees. The sampling method used saturated samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability, multiple linear regression and T test. Based on the test results using SPSS analysis to test the influence of several variables on the performance of employees of SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya and some discussions of the results presented. With the research that has been done, it was found that Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) of SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya with an F count value of 744.643> F table 2.886. While partially the variable X1 has a sig. 0.035 <0.05 against Y, the variable X2 against Y has a sig. 0.001 <0.05, and the variable X3 has a sig. 0.008 < 0.05 on Y. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Surabaya. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fh > Ft = 744.643 > 2.866.

Abstract

achieving the goal of quality education. However, in practice, teacher performance often faces various challenges that can impact the effectiveness of the learning process. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that can influence teacher performance, such as leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine whether leadership, motivation, and organizational commitment influence teacher performance. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative research approach. A population of 100 respondents served as the independent variable. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The results showed that leadership significantly influenced teacher performance, motivation did not significantly influence teacher performance, while organizational commitment also significantly influenced teacher performance. Overall, leadership, motivation, and teacher commitment significantly influenced teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya, as evidenced by the calculated F-value > F-table.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job training, leadership, and job satisfaction on employee performance, both directly and through organizational culture as a mediating variable. The research used a quantitative approach with path analysis and Sobel test. The results indicate that job training (p = 0.487) and job satisfaction (p = 0.840) do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. Conversely, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance (p = 0.003). Organizational culture also shows a significant positive effect on performance (p = 0.000). Indirectly, job training, leadership, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance through organizational culture, as evidenced by the Sobel test (z > 1.65 and p < 0.05). These findings demonstrate that organizational culture plays a strong mediating role, functioning as a full mediator (in the relationship between training and job satisfaction with performance) and as a partial mediator (in the relationship between leadership and performance). The study emphasizes the importance of building a strong organizational culture to enhance the impact of training, leadership, and job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a crucial factor in determining educational success. Every educational institution has a leader, the principal. Each principal has a different leadership style. This style influences their subordinates and even determines the success of the school they lead. Work motivation and incentives are crucial for teachers in carrying out their duties. The aim of studying is to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership style, work motivation, and incentives on teacher performance at SMK Bina Sejahtera 1 Bogor City. Teacher performance is a key factor in improving educational quality, so it is important to understand the factors that influence it. This study used descriptive and analytical methods with a quantitative approach. A random sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of one hundred people consisting of educators and educational staffs at SMK Bina Sejahtera 1 and 3 Bogor City. The research method used was a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were all teachers of SMK Bina Sejahtera 1 and 3 Bogor City, and the sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership style had a positive, but not significant, effect. This occurs when a leader can influence the performance of his subordinates, but must be encouraged by good communication skills to all subordinates. Work motivation has a positive, but not significant, effect. This occurs when someone is encouraged to improve their performance, but it depends on the strength of that encouragement. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance. This is because when a leader provides incentives to a subordinate who has achieved good performance, they demonstrate the importance of the principal's role, competence in communication, and school management in addressing aspects of leadership, work motivation, and appropriate rewards for performance to improve the performance of educators.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly reshaped investment behavior, particularly among the younger generation,who show increasing interest in Cryptocurrency. This study aims to examine th einfluence of technological advancement, investment knowledge, and Islamic financial literacy on students’ interest in investing in Cryptocurrency. The research was conducted on students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Kahuripan Kediri, cohorts 2022–2024. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression via SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that technological advancement and investment knowledge have a positive and significant effect on Cryptocurrency investment interest. Conversely, Islamic financial literacy does not show a significant effect. These results suggest that access to technology and solid investment understanding are crucial in shaping youth investment preferences. This research provides insights for enhancing digital financial literacy in higher education and developing investment strategies aligned with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and impact of information technology-based marketing innovation at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan, Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. The research uses a mixed-method approach combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate that digital marketing innovations, particularly the use of social media, the official school website, and stakeholder engagement, significantly increase student registration rates. Statistical analysis shows that social media effectiveness (β = 0.45), website information quality (β = 0.30), stakeholder involvement (β = 0.25), and digital marketing strategy (β = 0.35) positively affect marketing performance (p < 0.05). The number of student applicants increased by 25% after the implementation of digital technology, while administrative efficiency improved by 66% and errors decreased by 80%. The study concludes that technology-based marketing innovation strengthens school competitiveness and institutional image in the digital era. However, challenges remain in staff digital literacy, budget allocation, and network infrastructure.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN PPH PASAL 21 SEBAGAI UPAYA MENGOPTIMALKAN TAX PLANNING PPH BADAN (STUDI KASUS RS ABC DI TASIKMALAYA). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada periode 2024. Studi Kasus pada Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak yang berada di daerah Tasikmalaya – Jawa Barat, karena Rumah Sakit tersebut belum mengoptimalkan perencanaan pajak yang atas perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 yang akan berdampak pada PPh Badan di Rumah Sakit tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian adalah Rumah Sakit ABC yang berada di Tasikmalaya – Jawa Barat. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara serta dokumentasi. Dokumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain laporan laba rugi tahun 2024, daftar PPh Pasal 21 karyawan tahun 2024, serta daftar PPh Pasal 21 tenaga medis tahun 2024.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has committed to implementing a health insurance program, which began in January 2014, and encourages every hospital to participate in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. The JKN program, which previously used a fee-for-service payment system, has changed from a fee-for-service system, meaning patients are charged according to the hospital's rates. This has changed to universal coverage, a prospective payment system based on the INA-CBGs reference rate. This is to ensure proper hospital management and efficiency and increased productivity. Currently, many hospitals still use payroll standards that refer to employee groups without considering remuneration patterns. Therefore, to achieve cost efficiency and increase productivity, a payroll system with a remuneration pattern is necessary
