Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Communication Strategy for Sustainability of the PT People's School CSR Program. Jaya Ancol with a focus on program objectives, communication methods used, and the impact that has been produced. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing secondary data related to CSR programs and corporate sustainability communications. The analysis results show that PT. Jaya Ancol has succeeded in conveying sustainability messages through various communication channels, strengthening public awareness, and building support for the company's sustainability efforts. In addition, the Sekolah Rakyat CSR Program provides concrete benefits in the form of increasing access to education for the community around Ancol and strengthening positive relationships between the company and the local community. Continuous evaluation and responsiveness to change are the keys to maintaining the sustainability of this program. This study provides a positive picture of the importance of strategic communications and CSR programs in achieving corporate sustainability goals

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial compensation in increasing employee motivation and performance, this was done as an effort to improve employee performance. In this research, descriptive qualitative methods were used using probability sampling and random sampling techniques. The research population consisted of all 150 Trunojoyo Madura University (UTM) security guards and 7 people were selected as samples with 3 people as key sources and the others as supporters. Research data was obtained by going directly to the field and interviewing selected sources. The data analysis used was interactive analysis and data triagulation. It was found that financial compensation has a direct effect on employee work motivation because the initial goal of a person's work is salary, financial compensation also has an effect on employee performance because it builds motivation

Abstract

The role of cash as a means of payment has shifted due to technological advances towards digital payments which are more economical, efficient and effective. Online payment methods are one that is changing in the financial sector due to technological sophistication. The aim of this article is to provide an analysis and synthesis of the findings by conducting a systematic literature review, following the procedures prescribed by (SLR). Based on this procedure, we defined research questions and analysis questions that reflected the research objectives and delimited the scope of the study. The results of the research include findings regarding pre and post Covid-19 payments, problems and efforts to overcome the evolution of the payment digitalization system in Indonesia

Abstract

Sufism is a field of study in Islamic studies that has been researched from time to time and has developed rapidly, becoming a scientific discipline that is closely related to efforts to improve morals in people's lives through Islamic Religious Education (PAI). In other words, Sufism is not only an effort to purify oneself individually but also helps build a society with noble morals by drawing closer to Allah as Al-Khaliq. 'rifatullah. Moral Sufism is one method of studying Sufism. Moral Sufism is Sufism that upholds moral development. To achieve moral perfection or insan kamil, the teachings of moral Sufism really emphasize amaliyah-amaliyah or purity of soul which relies on strengthening mental attitudes and strict behavioral discipline through the practice of istiqomah (riyadhoh). Bearing in mind the current condition of modern society which is characterized by decadence and moral crisis caused by a liberal lifestyle and hedonism, the moral teachings of Sufism are very important to convey in an effort to improve social and individual order in everyday life

Abstract

This article discusses employee attitudes and behavior in improving service quality in a business. This article aims to investigate the relationship between employee attitudes and behavior and improving service quality in an organizational context. Service quality has become a key factor in the success of various types of organizations, especially in the Navia cafe business. This research uses a survey method to collect data from employees who work at Cafe Navia. Data collected includes employees' attitudes toward their jobs, including job satisfaction, motivation, and engagement in their work. In addition, employee behavior related to service, such as responsiveness to customers, communication skills, and commitment to quality standards, is also evaluated. Based on the sources that have been collected, the results of this research are expected to provide better insight into how employee attitudes and behavior can influence the quality of services provided by the organization. This research can serve as a guide for managers and organizational leaders in developing strategies and policies aimed at improving service quality through managing employee attitudes and behavior

Abstract

One of the most important assets owned by a company is employee performance as measured by (HR) strategies. The aim of this research is to determine the importance of appropriate human resource management strategies so that they have an impact on improving employee performance. In this research we observed the implementation of human resource management at GAPOKTAN Tambak Pocok, Tanjung Bumi, Bangkalan based on employee performance by conducting interviews with employees and leaders. This research uses a qualitative method where the research sources are books, articles, journals and interviews so that research results are obtained which state that (HR) at GAPOKTAN Tambak Pocok, Tanjung Bumi, Bangkalan has a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

Plantation Area with pest distractions are merely distinguished with animals and plants, the plants are destructed observation by farmer search of the matter because it clings on the body of flowers or planted fruits, animals can appear suddenly in surprise, as it requires scarecrow to expel them all. The Research applies Descriptive Qualitative Methods in training Students at University as worker candidates at field working area to manage the plantation in beneficences. Due that Field at Plantation Area is potentially disturbed by such omnivore animals, scarecrow are functioned to harass the pest in controlling high volume of pests and scarecrow to harass the disturbing animals at once to function it as Educational Tourism for School Students with all levels to train them how to function scarecrow in unique forms for expelling Plant Disturbing Animals

Abstract

This research employs long memory modeling techniques to analyze and forecast global energy data spanning from 1965 to 2022. Focusing on the ARFIMA (Autoregressive Fractionally Integrated Moving Average) model, the study demonstrates its efficacy in predicting energy consumption trends. The evaluation of forecasting results for the subsequent four years reveals a remarkable Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) below 5%. This outcome underscores the effectiveness of incorporating long memory components in energy modeling, offering a robust approach for accurate and reliable predictions. The findings contribute to the advancement of energy forecasting methodologies, providing valuable insights for policymakers, energy analysts, and researchers in the pursuit of sustainable and informed energy planning

Abstract

This research focuses on efforts to empower the community in Tingkir Tengah, especially in the context of the SUPER TANGGUH Quality Family Village (KB). The aim of this program is to improve family welfare with a holistic approach, including sustainable economic, social, cultural and environmental aspects. There are six main objectives in this program, namely improving quality of life, welfare, harmony in the family, active community participation, environmental awareness, and improving infrastructure. By involving various groups such as Family Development for Toddlers, Teenagers, the Elderly, Youth Information and Counseling Center, and Efforts to Increase Prosperous Family Income, Kampung KB SUPER TANGGUH manages RT and RW using Rumah DataKu technology and Group Work Initiatives (POKJA). This structured data supports program management more efficiently. Apart from providing an overview of Tingkir Tengah Subdistrict, it is hoped that this research can become an example of an effective empowerment model to increase community participation and welfare at the subdistrict level
