Mestaka: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diterbitkan pada tahun 2022 oleh CV. Pakis Journal. Jurnal ini menerbitkan artikel-artikel yang memuat hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen, mahasiswa, kalangan akademis lainnya, maupun pihak umum. Tujuan jurnal ini adalah sebagai media untuk menyebarluaskan ide pemikiran konseptual maupun gagasan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari semua disiplin keilmuan. Terbit sebanyak 6 kali pada bulan Februari, April, Juni, Agustus, Oktober, dan Desember setiap tahunnya.

<![CDATA[The Internship and Independent Program provides a space for students to gain experience to know and gain understand the professional world and prepare a professional workforce. PT LaCorre Loka Maya is a partner working with the MSIB program. PT LaCorre Loka Maya is a digitally oriented learning and training institution under Arrbey and collaborates with Sekolah Ekspor to provide digital training for exporting commodities within the country. PT LaCorre Loka Maya provides learning in accordance with current developments with aim of producing young exporter who can develop local product that have high sales potential and market value abroad. Students are expected to help UMKM products to compete with foreign products in the international market. In the education and training carried out by PT LaCorre Loka Maya, students are asked to carry out project development where this project is the testing material in this education and training. The project developed is a Batik patterned tie that has the product name TIEK. Batik patterned fashion has its own value that reflects one of the forms of art and culture that has been developed by the Indonesian people for a long time. Batik is often produced in the form of t shirt, shirts, pants, sarongs, and more. But ties in the form of batik motifs are still rare. Therefore, the fashion potential of batik patterned ties will open a new market share in the fashion business of the domestic and international markets.]]>

<![CDATA[ABK (Children with Special Needs) are children who have physical, intellectual and emotional characteristics that are lower or higher than normal children their age. ABK can also be defined as children who have weaknesses and disabilities. Limited knowledge of crew members, especially in maintaining health, can reduce the health status of ABK. The community service carried out is one of the interventions that can be provided, the focus of the problem is regarding understanding infectious and non-infectious disease using the flash card educational game method. This health promotion aims to increase ABK knowledge about health so that they can reduce morbidity rates due to infectious and non-infectious disease. Using educational flash card games is one of innovations used in community service, adapting the learning by playing method. The level of knowledge of the 30 respondents was proven to have increased, which was measured through pre and post test questionnaires. The average post test score increased or was higher after providing health education using educational flash card games, namely from 37.7 to 65.6. There was an increase in understanding and knowledge of SMPLB students and students about infectious and non-infectious disease by 53.3% after being given health education using the flash card educational game method. The flash card educational games method is effective for use in the teaching and learning process and also as innovation in delivering material in community service to ABK respondents.]]>

<![CDATA[This service was carried out to introduce and use card media to remember the extent of memorization of short surahs of santriwan and santriwati in TK/TPA Aqidah Palangka Raya. And also with the use of this card media helps santriwan and santriwati in memorizing short surahs. Community service carried out directly by researchers at one of the Islamic religious education institutions, namely TK / TPA Aqidah Palangka Raya. With the existence of this card media can help children in remembering something that has been memorized before such as memorizing short surahs. The use of card media and this game, children will be honed in their ability to remember and be active in the classroom so that memorization that has been memorized continues to be remembered and memorization of these surahs can also be read when performing prayer services.]]>

This Community Service aims to carry out selection of village officials in Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. The vacant village official position is Head Of Noyu Hamlet. The Village apparatus selection exams carried out include written exams and computer pratical exams in accordance with Karanganyar Regent regulation Number 81 of 2022 concerning Mechanisms for Appointing and Dismissing Village Apparatus. <![CDATA[The number of internet users in Indonesia continues to increase every year, but the increase in the number of social media users is not accompanied by an increase in people's ability to choose and utilize information safely. Online entrepreneurship has many benefits as it can be done from the comfort of their own home and does not require large capital. The mentoring approach is carried out in two stages. First, a direct inspection was carried out of the participants and the location of the activity. It also covers issues related to participant understanding and other needs. For the second stage, materials must be distributed at the location. Implementation in the field also includes presentations and questions and answers about the material. As a result of this community service activity, PKK mothers will be more adept at using the internet and social media. PKK mothers have learned to use the internet and social media to increase productivity. The field of knowledge will help improve education and culture by providing broader insight and experience about the outside world.]]>

<![CDATA[The introduction of numbers in Arabic and English through pictures and singing at TK/ TPΑ Al- Hakam Palangka Raya is an activity that is quite popular with children. This devotion aims to ensure that children can recognize numbers in Arabic and find out the effectiveness of teaching methods using picture media and the addition of singing methods. The service method is carried out using direct or offline communication through a direct approach to children, which is held in 1 meeting. The objects of this service are class 1A children at Al- Hakam Kindergarten/ TPA Palangka Raya. The tools and materials used in this research are image media. The results of this service show that the image media and singing method are very effective in developing knowledge of recognizing Arabic and English numbers in early childhood in class 1A. The children seemed to pay good attention and were enthusiastic about following the teaching of number recognition during class, the children also seemed to be united in pronouncing the numbers in Arabic and English well.]]>

<![CDATA[The free tutoring community service activity at the Al-Mutaqqin Prayer Room in Sawoo Village was carried out because so far there has never been a single non-formal tutoring program in the Sawoo Village area. Elementary school age children only study formally at school and some of them get additional education through independent study at home with parental guidance. This activity aims to explore students' abilities to improve literacy and numeracy to make it even better. Participants in this tutoring service activity are all students from grade 1 to grade 6 of elementary school. Tutoring was carried out in order to familiarize and also improve literacy and numeracy learning abilities for children in the environment around Sawoo Village. The implementation of the activity was carried out in 3 stages. First, make an activity plan by first observing students' literacy and numeracy skills. Second, the implementation takes the form of free tutoring which is held 4 times a week with a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes. Third, evaluate and monitor activities that have been carried out. The results obtained from this free tutoring activity are an increase in students' abilities in the areas of literacy and numeracy, students are also able to solve problems in the context of daily life and are able to follow and understand the material taught in this tutoring process well.]]>

<![CDATA[ This service aims to understand the efforts carried out by the Malang Regency Environmental Service (DLH) to develop worker productivity. This regulation seeks to ascertain and organize the abilities of staff who work at DLH so that they fulfill the specified qualifications and make an ideal contribution to an organization. The way to develop employee abilities is through education and training. However, implementation is still hampered by the unmet number of employees which results in an increase in workload. The service that has been carried out, obtained information that the composition of the workforce needs at DLH in the Malang Regency area, the addition of workers is due to the presence of retirees. Therefore, DLH in the Malang Regency area should carry out monitoring of the addition of workload to employee needs until there is regularity between workload and number of employees.]]>

<![CDATA[The decomposition process of organic waste, including banana peels, can produce greenhouse gases such as methane. These gases contribute to climate change and global warming if not managed properly. One way to utilize banana peel waste is by converting it into liquid organic fertilizer, which can help farmers produce high-quality liquid organic fertilizer at an affordable price. The impact of using chemical fertilizers and pesticides includes the disruption of soil nutrient balance and pesticide residue content in food products. Based on this, research has been conducted by combining organic fertilizer material from banana peel waste with organic pesticide material from yam bean and galangal waste, thus providing a dual function as an organic fertilizer and a biopesticide in one package. This serves as an effective solution for addressing the scarcity of organic fertilizers and pesticides.]]>

<![CDATA[Everyone's personality is a very complex part, including the values that are believed, the attitudes taken, the behaviors shown, and the morals adhered to. Each individual student has a personality that reflects the nature and how students interact within their social community. This phase is very important in the formation of student character, in this condition the outlook on life and life values as a dynamic and mature human being is awakened, students begin to build the foundation of their personality. The purpose of this research is to form the character of faith and piety for vocational students in the field of plantations to build a superior personality. The research method is qualitative with a qualitative-phenomenological approach. The subject of this activity is vocational college students who are determined by purposive sampling. The object of the research is students with their daily drivers in the form of gadgets. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed with the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of this activity are in the form of an important role in adding elements of religious values for students as the main foundation of national values and parameters of religious norms that synergize and are introduced in every lecture to produce Muslim students who are pioneers of change and overcome the problems of the state and nation.]]>
