This study discusses Blimbingsari Tourism Village, which talks in more detail about the process of forming Blimbingsari Village as a community-based tourism village. This research is a type of qualitative research using a historical approach to the rural economy. The theory used in this research is Pieere Bourdieu's Generative Structural theory. The results of the study, namely the formation of Blimbingsari Village as a Tourism Village were motivated by several factors such as the thoughts of several Blimbingsari Village leaders who had the initiative to form Blimbingsari Village as a Tourism Village. Blimbingsari Village is the only village in Bali that has a community adhering to the Protestant Christian belief with a very thick Balinese culture. This can be seen from the existence of the church which has a building structure resembling a temple building and the use of traditional Balinese clothing and facilities during contextual worship. In addition, the Bali Bombing incident which had a bad impact on the tourism sector was also a strong factor in the formation of Blimbingsari Village as a Tourism Village. Various efforts have been made by the people of Blimbingsari Village to realize Blimbingsari Village as a Tourism Village, including forming a tourism committee and establishing cooperation with various universities both National and International

Sumber Butung is a river located in Tempeh Tengah Village, Lumajang Regency. This river is widely used by local people as a source of water that plays an important role in life. The people who live in Tempeh Tengah Village use Sumber Butung as a place for fishing, bathing, washing clothes, and even doing clean water activities in the river (BABS). One of the activities that are often carried out is bathing and washing clothes, where the soap used for washing is like a detergent made from various chemical compounds such as builders, artificial fragrances, and the most dangerous is surfactants. This can cause various diseases such as skin diseases, and plastic packaging made of soap that is not environmentally friendly can contaminate the soil or water around this source. Bathing and washing clothes trigger the occurrence of soapy water waste in the river which can cause the river water to lack oxygen and endanger the lives of the fish in it. Seeing this condition, we want to take control so that Sumber Butung is not polluted. One of them is to make Sumber Butung a tourist attraction that can help the local community's economy and avoid the occurrence of soapy water waste at Sumber Butung. In addition, the reason for making this place a tourist attraction is the location close to the Petilasan House and the Al Habib Sholeh Well. So that with this control, it is hoped that the rivers will remain clean and can continue to be used for the future and the existing historical and cultural places can be known by the wider community.

The Pamekasan Regency Government's policy on thematic villages has been responded to by the community with the development of tourist villages. This is not without reason considering the many tourism potentials and tourism products in Pamekasan Regency. Each establishment of a tourist village is managed by Pokdarwis in the village. In this postmodern era, tourist villages are very popular in Indonesia because some of them not only offer tourist designs such as tours abroad, but in the midst of tourist boredom with artificial designs, many tourists also want tours with a back to nature theme. Pamekasan Regency has both tourism design potentials because this area has a coastline as well as hills, some of which are designed to resemble tourist objects abroad, some of which are naturally designed. The growth of tourism in Pamekasan has a positive impact on people's economic growth. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, income from the tourism sector has decreased or even not existed at all due to a number of policies to control the transmission of the Covid 19 virus. This study used a qualitative method with data collection through FGD (Focus Group Discussion) to 12 informant Pokdarwis representatives in Pamekasan Regency. The results of this study found that Pokdarwis and tourism actors who had depended on the tourism sector were the most disadvantaged groups due to the covid 19 pandemic. On the other hand, they must still be able to manage tourism places so they don't close forever or collapse. Some of the strategies they have implemented include continuing to open tourism places with restrictions on the number of visitors, promoting in digital media, and enforcing a ticket reservation system for visitors.
