<![CDATA[This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to describe the main characters in the novel Shahada Cinta by Taufiqurrahman al-Azizy based on the psychological approach of Sigmund Freud. The data in this study are sentences or paragraphs that describe the characters. The data source of this research is the novel Shahada Cinta by Taufiqurrahman al-Azizy. Data collection is done by reading and recording techniques. The research data were analyzed using Sigmund Freud's theory of Literary Psychology. The results of the study of all the data in the novel Shahada Cinta by Taufiqurrahman al-Azizy show that the characters that appear are simple characters and round characters. In this novel, the ego personality system is more prominent, namely the personality component whose task is to find in reality what the id needs as a satisfaction and tension reliever. The main characters try to find and reveal their identity through life experiences and religious teachings. After being analyzed using Sigmund Freud's three personality systems, namely the id, ego, and superego, it turns out that each of the main characters has these three personality systems.]]>

<![CDATA[Oyster mushroom productivity that is too high can cause difficulties in cultivation. The rainy season with high humidity causes the growth of oyster mushrooms to be very rapid, so there is a tendency to harvest. Oyster mushrooms cannot be stored for long, either at room temperature or in the refrigerator. This study aims to determine the quality of oyster mushroom flavoring including color, texture, and taste based on shelf life and percentage of water content. This study processed white oyster mushrooms with variations in drying temperatures of 50oC and 55oC using a completely randomized design with two treatments and three repetitions. The best percentage of water content is flavoring with 50oC temperature treatment, which is 6.027%, the quality of the flavor enhancer in terms of color, texture, aroma, and taste does not decrease with a shelf life of up to 8 weeks.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, company size and audit opinion on the company's audit report lag. Researchers used 31 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014-2017 from audited banking companies. Test result 1 shows profitability has an effect on the company's audit report lag, while solvency, liquidity, company size and audit opinion have no effect on the company's audit report lag. Adding insight and knowledge about accounting knowledge, especially in understanding the effect of profitability, solvency, liquidity, company size, audit opinion on Audit Report Lag in analyzing each information so that the information can be useful in increasing student knowledge of the company's audit field and this research is expected to provide useful information for consideration of policy making in order to improve company performance to be more productive and efficient.]]>

<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on public health and affects the economic conditions, education, and social life of the Indonesian people. The decline in these activities impacts the socio-economic conditions of the community, especially the vulnerable and poor. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to an increasingly diverse group of vulnerable groups with complex conditions in layers. In response, the government carried out several policies by providing some social assistance to the community. Social assistance from the government is distributed to the community through a mechanism for distributing aid that existed long before the pandemic. This study is intended to obtain an overview of the social assistance provided by the government of the Republic of Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic, whether it has been able to empower beneficiaries or not. This study uses a literature review and a limited survey. In evaluating empowerment, the researcher was guided by the theory of empowerment, self-determination, the use of processes, and the theory of use and action. The researcher concludes that the government's social assistance program to both individuals and MSMEs has not been able to empower the beneficiaries. However, some reasons for those conclusions are several factors. The most reason is the data on beneficiaries that have not been updated and the assistance that is not well-targeted. On the other hand, the assistance failed to improve the skills of the beneficiaries. The absence of evaluation and the confusion of the stakeholders responsible for this social assistance program lead the program to be more complicated.]]>

<![CDATA[One way to determine consumer behavior is to analyze their perceptions of the product. With consumer perception, producers can find out what are the strengths or weaknesses, opportunities or threats for the products being marketed. This study aims to determine how consumers' perceptions of processed mackerel fish products in Kabupaten Sambas. The method used in this research is a survey method. The number of respondents studied were 100 people, using incidental sampling. The analysis design used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study revealed that overall consumer perceptions of processed mackerel, namely consumer perceptions of the price of processed mackerel fish products obtained a score of 413 with an average value of 4,13 (strongly agree,) Consumer perceptions of the quality of processed mackerel fish products obtained a score of 412 with an average -average 4,00 (agree), consumer perceptions regarding the availability of processed mackerel fish products get a score of 402 with an average score of 4,00 (agree). average 4,04 (strongly agree).]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the ideals of the Puteri Aisyiyah orphanage children in the Riau region in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to find out about the ideals of orphanage children and how their efforts are to achieve these goals. In determining the informants, a saturated sampling technique or a census was used, namely all 8 children from the orphanage who were studying at a Vocational High School. The theory used is rational choice theory by James Coleman. The research results obtained are all informants have ideals with their own reasons. After graduating from Vocational High School, there were informants who chose to continue their education to college and some wanted to work immediately. All informants make various efforts to achieve their goals. Some informants have skills and talents that influence them in deciding their goals, and other informants' aspirations are influenced by the majors they take in Vocational High Schools. All informants have resources as supporting factors in achieving their goals, namely parental support, inheritance, and savings. Of all the informants, some are rational and some are irrational with their efforts and resources to achieve the desired goals.]]>

The results of the study 1) al-Ghazali mentioned the name of the counseling formula with the term kimiya' al-sa'adah/spiritual chemistry; 2) the form of counseling done by al-Ghazali is spiritual counseling; 3) the counseling techniques used are self-knowledge questions; contemplation techniques; mirror technique; imagery technique.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role of leaders in creating efficiency and effectiveness of working from home during the covid-19 pandemic at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Branch. This type of research is qualitative, which is described the results of observations and interviews through online, with the employees in the company. The study was conducted from April 10 to July 6, 2020. The results showed that the role of a leader in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Branch in creating the efficiency and effectiveness of working from home during the co-19 pandemic had carried out its role properly. This is seen from the performance of employees while working from home remains productive, although there are obstacles or obstacles in its implementation such as network disruption and for mothers who have small children. However, the work produced by employees is efficient and effective, so the work program can also be achieved annually.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to figure out the general manager's leadership style at PT. Victory International Futures. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The writing of this final project is the result of research conducted for approximately 2 (tow) months from May to July. From the result of the study it can be concluded that the general manager at PT Victory Internasional Futures is still not good, it is proven that many employees resign on the grounds of not being able to find coustomers and not achieving the predetermined targets.]]>
