Abstract

This study aims to find and examine more deeply about: human resource management in improving the quality of schools. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach and case study design. The data were obtained through observation, where the researcher functions as an instrument for conducting observations, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The data were analyzed by interactive analysis through 3 activities, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was obtained by extending the participation and triangulation of the data. From the results of this study, it can be explained that: 1) HR planning is designed and compiled based on the independence of the school by taking into account the characteristics of the school. 2) HR recruitment is carried out in a closed and open manner by utilizing human resources that are considered potential. 3) Selection is done openly. 4) Orientation, although not formal, is still given by introducing environmental conditions, culture and colleagues. 5) The training and development carried out have had a positive impact and influence, both for schools and personnel.

Abstract

In the era of globalization characterized by a qualified human resources. So also with a teacher. Much responsibility of teachers to students, it is necessary high working morale to achieve educational goals. Today, the low performance of many teachers in the spotlight as the main cause of the decline in the quality of national education. One of the factors thought to influence the performance of the teacher is working morale. Many people often underestimated and let it go just like that. The headmaster is always working to build, improve and maintain the morale of teachers. But the biggest challenge is to maintain the spirit of the existing work. This research aims to: (1) Get describe about the working morale of teachers SMPIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin, and (2) Knowing about the factors that influence working morale of teachers SMPIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. This research is a field research, the approach was used in this research is a combination (mixed methods), the research approach combine between quantitative and qualitative methods. The subjects in this research were all of teachers SMPIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin is 42 people. While, the object in the research is the working morale of teachers SMPIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. The results of this research shows that (1) The working morale of teachers SMPIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin are at very high categories is 19 people (45,24%), and high categories is 23 people (54,76%). It indicator is the happiness or pride in working, enthusiasm, completing the task, confident, maximum participation, always have the initiative and innovative, like working together, discipline, calm in the work, and loyalty to the organization and the leader, and (2) the factors that influence working morale of teachers is a good dynamic working environment, good leadership, self-concept and individual ability, the division of tasks and responsibilities are clear, compensation or salaries, and the opportunity to increase (promotion).

Abstract

This study aims to explore information about the model and implementation of the integrated curriculum of the full day school system. This type of research is a descriptive field research using a qualitative approach, taking the background at MI Ibnu Atha'illah Kandangan. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of an integrated curriculum at MI Ibnu Atha'illah: a) planning includes the preparation of a curriculum structure based on the vision and mission of the madrasa, the division of learning time that adopts the boarding school system, and the manufacture of learning tools by teachers taken from various literatures. b) The implementation of learning in the teacher's class uses a variety of methods, but the learning facilities and media are still incomplete, and the priority of teacher qualifications is religious knowledge and the Koran. c) Evaluation of curriculum content is carried out by each teacher in the class, and evaluation of learning outcomes uses written, oral (memorization) and practical test techniques.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the pattern of PAI teacher interaction in learning at MTs. Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Alabio, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The subject in this study was one PAI teacher at MTs. Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Alabio, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. While the object of this research is the pattern of PAI teacher interaction in learning at MTs. Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Alabio, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and provides conclusions using general methods based on data in the field. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of PAI teacher interaction in learning at MTs. Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Alabio, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, includes 1) One-way interaction patterns have been applied in the learning process by PAI teachers. In the one-way interaction, the PAI teacher explained the material for Islamic religious education using the lecture method and the story method. 2) Two-way interaction patterns have been applied in the learning process by PAI teachers. In the two-way interaction, the PAI teacher really explained the Islamic religious education material using the question and answer method. 3) The pattern of multi-directional interaction has been applied in the learning process by PAI teachers. In this multi-way interaction, the PAI teacher really explained the material for Islamic religious education using the discussion method and group method, as well as the question and answer method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Islamic boarding school Ibnul Amin in community development and education. This research is descriptive-qualitative research. Data was collected by participating in observations, interviews, and documentation. There are three things that are important to be described in this study, namely the role of the Ibnul Amin Islamic Boarding School in Community Development in the field of education in the form of increasing community human resources, in this case teachers, leaders, and education actors by means of khidmah tarbawiyah; services through training of educators, teacher training in Arabic, and teacher training in the field of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Efforts in this field, although not maximized, have at least contributed to the development of society. As for the social sector, the Ibnul Amin Islamic Boarding School seeks the realization of Poskestren, Kopmastren, Development in the Economy. Empowerment of Small and Medium Enterprises for the community. In the field of Islamic da'wah, the emphasis is on religious issues and social relations between each other, through religious lectures, religious consultations, and enlivening the symbols of Islam and no less important is da'wah providing direct examples to the community in terms of doing good deeds, doing real work. in order to achieve the real purpose of life. The author considers that the Ibnul Amin Islamic Boarding School still needs to be seen from all aspects, both organizational aspects, and work programs that have been and will be carried out, so that it can be categorized that the Ibnul Amin Islamic Boarding School really carries out its functions and duties for the betterment of the Barabai community as a whole. Specifically and Indonesia in general.

Abstract

One way to increase students' learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects is through giving assignments to students. Based on this statement, this research can be focused on increasing motivation to learn Islamic religious education through giving assignments to students at MIN 1 Tabalong. The subjects in this study were two PAI teachers and several students at MIN 1 Tabalong. While the object of this research is to increase the motivation to learn Islamic religious education through giving assignments to students at MIN 1 Tabalong. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative and provides conclusions using general methods based on data in the field. The results of this study indicate that increasing motivation to learn Islamic religious education through giving assignments to students at MIN 1 Tabalong is illustrated by 1) PAI teachers have given assignments to their students and the assignments have been adjusted to the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). 2) The assignments given by PAI teachers are very numerous and this has made students unable to do them, so that these tasks are assisted by students' parents in doing them. 3) The tasks given by the PAI teacher to their students are quite clear, because students can understand the tasks that have been given by the PAI teacher, both the type of task and the time in completing these tasks.

Abstract

When the Islamic education tries to offer an integrated educational system to fulfill the blank space of general material and Islamic material, this policy will become as if a load for learners. Then, there is a need an effort to do a modernisation of Islamic education system. So, the concept of Islamic educational system from the perspective of Hasan Langgulung is very relevant and needed in education of this era. This is a library research with using hermeneutic approach. The basics of Islamic education are the Holy Koran and the Hadith. The function is to develop the potential (nature) which exist in human beings. Furthermore, the aim of Islamic education is to make human beings become Abdullah and Khalifatullah. Revealed knowledge, social and natural sciences must exist in curriculum of Islamic education. In addition, the content should also be integrated to the learners have integrated personality and observation of reality. There is no dualism of knowledge. Furtermore, aspect spritual, psychological and social also must exist in the curriculum content. At the middle school used "Interdisciplinary Approach" while in elementary school used "Basic Skills". In doing evaluation, they have to emphasize the aspect of wisdom and nobility (virtues) in addition to aspects of selecting and affirmation (reward). Furthermore, the roles of teachers in Islamic education are as a transmitter, a motivator and a facilitator. Educational funding is a shared responsibility. It also incorporates decentralization and centralization sytems. There are some principles in the administration of Islam, among others emphasize faith and morals in the works; justice and equality; discussion; division of labor and tasks; adhering to the planning, organization, supervision, monitoring and follow-up; awards, good relationships and good relations with employees; emphasizes the ability, experience and sincerity in the nomination, appointment, promotion and enhancement of the mandate in the work.

Abstract

The background of the problem is that the Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on PAI learning strategies utilizing Google Classroom, problems in the field are encountered. Signal disturbances, unstable Internet facilities. The ability of PAI teachers to take advantage of Science and Technology (IT) to make online classes, enter PAI materials. Asking questions to students in the Google Classroom application and students having limited Internet Signal, Internet Quota/Credit. Not yet proficient in learning with Google Classroom. The purpose of this research is to make active student learning strategies and utilize Google Classroom effectively maximum, so that KKM PAI is achieved. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Through interviews, observations and documentation studies. The data comes from interview scripts, field notes, photos, videos, tapes, personal documents, notes or memos, and other official documents. The results of the research are that the PAI learning strategy for active students has been implemented. Reduce student interest in learning Google Classroom into a solution to be used as a learning medium for students and teachers using the Google Meetings Application, students achieve completeness in learning KKM according to a predetermined program, PAI teachers first prepare a syllabus, lesson plan (RPP) material, media, methods and student evaluation at SMK PGRI 3 Karawang, West Java.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the indirectness of expression and to describe the meaning of heuristic and hermeneutic reading in Hamzaf Fanzuri's Nyanyian poem, by Abdul Hadi W.M. This type of research is descriptive research. The data in this study are the poetry of Hamzah Fanzuri's Nyanyian, by Abdul Hadi W.M, while the source of data in this study is a collection of poems by Abdul Hadi W.M. Matahari's Carrier, published in 2002 by PT Bentang Budaya. Data collection techniques used in this study were library techniques, reading techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this study went through three stages, namely identifying all the building elements, classifying and then analyzing the data based on the indirectness of expression and giving meaning by reading heuristics and hermeneutics. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that heuristically, the poetry of Hamzah Fanzuri's Song, by Abdul Hadi W.M for meaning replacement, found one of seven figurative languages, namely the variety of figurative language, namely metaphor. For the deviation of meaning, two meaning substitutions were found, namely ambiguity and contradiction. In creating meaning, the elements that build on the poem are rhyme, homologues, and typography. Hermeneutically the poem Hamzah Fazuri's Song by Abdul Hadi W.M., means a poem that describes the poet's longing for God and the human relationship with God.
